- カテーテルであって、
遠位部分及び近位部分、
前記カテーテルの前記遠位部分に配置され、血管構造の外部に配置されている対象者の軟組織内のロケーションをイメージングし、画像信号を生成するイメージング装置、並びに
前記カテーテルの前記遠位部分に配置された第1の出口ポートを備える第1のルーメンであって、ガイドワイヤを受け入れる第1のルーメン、
を備えるカテーテルと、
前記カテーテル内にスライド可能に配置された針であって、第2のルーメンおよび第2の出口ポートを備える針と、
前記画像信号を受信するためのコントローラと
を備える、血管内処置システムであって、
前記コントローラは、実行されると1つ又は複数のプロセッサに、
前記画像信号を使用して前記血管構造の外部に配置されている前記対象者の軟組織をイメージングすることと、
前記対象者の軟組織内の対象領域を識別することと、
前記針を前記カテーテルに対して並進させ、前記針を、前記血管構造を通じて前記対象領域へと挿入させることと、
前記針を通じて前記対象領域に治療薬を送達することと
を行わせる命令を含む、非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体を備える、
血管内処置システム。 - 前記非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体の、前記対象領域を識別するための前記命令は、実行されると、1つ又は複数のプロセッサに、前記対象領域内の組織のタイプを決定することを行わせる命令を含む、請求項1に記載の血管内処置システム。

前記画像信号を使用して血管構造の外部に配置されている前記患者の軟組織をイメージングするステップと、
前記患者の軟組織内の対象領域を識別するステップと、
前記針を前記カテーテルに対して並進させ、前記針を、前記血管構造を通じて前記対象領域へと挿入するステップと、
前記針を通じて前記対象領域に治療薬を送達するステップと
を含む、患者を処置する方法。 - 前記対象領域を識別するステップは、前記対象領域内の組織のタイプを決定するステップを含む、請求項11に記載の患者を処置する方法。
