会員端末からのクーポン発行要求と、前記クーポンの発行要求を行った会員を特定する識別子とを受信することに応じて、前記クーポンデータベースから前記クーポンを発行するクーポン発行手段と、
前記クーポン発行手段は、前記クーポンの発行と共に、発行した前記クーポンと前記識別子とを対応付けたクーポン発行データを前記クーポンデータベースに登録し、
決済端末からのクレジットカードの利用明細データを受信することに応じて、前記利用明細データを利用明細データベースに登録する利用明細管理手段と、
前記利用明細データベースに登録された前記利用明細データと、前記クーポンデータベースに登録された前記クーポン発行データとを突合し、前記クーポンを利用した利用明細データを特定するデータ突合手段と、
