Description

The present invention relates to absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, panty liners, and incontinence pads for absorbing menstrual blood and vaginal discharge, etc., and fits round the buttocks without gaps, making menstrual blood difficult to pass through the buttocks The present invention relates to an absorbent article.

Conventionally, as absorbent articles such as panty liners, sanitary napkins, and incontinence pads, a liquid-impervious back sheet such as a polyethylene sheet or a polyethylene laminated nonwoven fabric, and a liquid-permeable top sheet such as a nonwoven fabric or a liquid-permeable plastic sheet; There is known an intervening absorbent body made of cotton-like pulp or the like.

Numerous improvements have been made on this type of absorbent article, and various means for preventing body fluid leakage have been taken. As one of these body fluid leakage prevention means, there is a technique for forming a concave groove in the absorber by hot embossing.

For example, in the following Patent Document 1, a high absorption on the use surface side at the center in the width direction of the absorbent article is intended to allow the absorbent body to be in close contact with the perineum as well as the female blood outlet. The body has a middle and a high part, and embosses extending substantially in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article are formed on both sides of the middle and high part, respectively, and the pair of left and right embosses form an enlarged region of an emboss separation width. Each of the embossed lines is formed by a curved line having a center of curvature on the center side of the absorbent article, and the first bulge-shaped embossed line is continuously formed on the rear side of the absorbent article. The second emboss line is formed by a curve having a center of curvature on the center side of the absorbent article via an intermediate arc-shaped emboss formed by a curve having a center of curvature on the outer side of the second side. Absorbent article having left the shape embossing is disclosed.

Moreover, in the following patent document 2, while having the 1st protrusion part P1 which protrudes back of an absorbent article, the substantially U shape by which a leak-proof groove is formed in the width direction in this absorbent article of the said 1st protrusion part P1. A first U-shaped portion U1 and a second protruding end portion P2 that is formed on the rear side of the first U-shaped portion U1 and protrudes backward, and a leak-proof groove is formed in the width direction of the second protruding end portion P2. A substantially U-shaped second U-shaped portion U2 and a third protruding end portion P3 formed on the rear side of the second U-shaped portion U2 and protruding rearward, and in the width direction of the third protruding end portion P3. An absorptive article provided with a leak-proof groove part consisting of a substantially U-shaped third U-shaped part U3 in which no leak-proof groove is arranged is disclosed.
JP 2006-149798 A JP 2007-152033 A

In the absorbent article described in Patent Document 1, since the second bulge-shaped emboss is formed continuously through the intermediate arc-shaped emboss on the rear side of the first bulge-shaped emboss, In addition to being able to adhere the absorber to the perineum as well as the perineum, the adhesion to the body is further improved compared to conventional products, and the transmission leakage to the rear side can be surely prevented. It has the effect of becoming.

However, menstrual blood or the like may leak beyond the perineum for some reason. In this case, if the surface of the absorbent article does not fit the roundness of the buttocks without a gap, menstrual blood may leak to the rear side along the buttocks.

On the other hand, when a plurality of U-shaped portions U1, U2, U3 are formed in the widthwise central portion of the absorbent article as in the absorbent article described in Patent Document 2, when bending deformation is applied in the longitudinal direction, Bending force concentrates on these U-shaped parts, the absorbent body bends with each U-shaped part as a fold base point, and the absorbent article curves along the roundness of the heel part.

However, the absorbent article attached to the shorts compresses the absorbent body in the width direction by receiving a compressive force inward from the thigh at the crotch portion, and on the rear side (buttock side) from the crotch portion. Also, an inward compression force acts inward. Such an inward compression force acts concentrated on the folding base point, and the folding base point becomes extremely compressed, so that the absorbent article cannot follow the roundness of the buttocks and is separated from the body. A gap occurs. Therefore, menstrual blood or the like travels along the buttocks and leaks to the rear side.

Then, the main subject of this invention is to provide the absorbent article which fits the roundness of the buttocks without a gap | interval, and menstrual blood etc. did not easily propagate along a buttocks.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the absorbent article in which an absorbent body is interposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the back sheet as the present invention according to claim 1,
In a plan view, a width direction groove formed in a curved shape convex toward the rear side substantially along the width direction at the center in the width direction at a position corresponding to the collar portion, and from each side of the width direction groove to the rear side, respectively. A plurality of M-shaped grooves composed of longitudinal grooves formed in a curved shape along the substantially longitudinal direction are formed in the longitudinal direction,
The M-shaped groove is provided with an absorbent article in which the top of the longitudinal groove is formed at a position on the rear side in the longitudinal direction from the top of the widthwise groove.

In the first aspect of the present invention, in a plan view, a widthwise groove formed in a curved shape convex toward the rear side substantially along the width direction at the center in the width direction at a position corresponding to the collar portion, and the width direction When a plurality of M-shaped grooves are formed in the longitudinal direction, each consisting of a longitudinal groove formed in a curved shape along a substantially longitudinal direction from both sides of the groove toward the rear side. When bending deformation is applied in the longitudinal direction, bending stress concentrates on the top of the widthwise groove formed in a convex curved shape on the rear side, and a fold wrinkle is formed in the width direction with this top as a folding base point. , Bend along the roundness of the buttocks.

On the other hand, the inward compressive force acting inward by the pressure from the thigh is maximized at the top of the longitudinal groove. At this time, the top portion of the longitudinal groove is formed at a position on the rear side in the longitudinal direction from the top portion of the width direction groove. Therefore, the top portion of the longitudinal groove is inward at a position shifted rearward from the top portion of the width direction groove serving as the folding base point. The compressive force is maximized, the force applied to the folding base is dispersed, no extreme compressive force is applied to the folding base, the surface of the absorbent article fits into the roundness of the buttocks, and menstrual blood etc. travels through the buttocks It can be difficult.

The present invention according to claim 2 is the absorbent article according to claim 1, wherein the M-shaped groove has a radius of curvature at the top of the longitudinal groove larger than the radius of curvature at the top of the widthwise groove. Provided.

In the second aspect of the invention, since the radius of curvature at the top of the longitudinal groove is larger than the radius of curvature at the top of the widthwise groove, the longitudinal groove disperses the inward compression force over a wide range. As a result, the inward compression force applied to the folding base point can be further dispersed.

The present invention according to claim 3 provides the absorbent article according to any one of claims 1 and 2, wherein the longitudinal groove has a rear end formed at a position on the outer side in the width direction from the front end. Is done.

In the invention according to the third aspect, the longitudinal groove is formed at a position on the outer side in the width direction from the front end, so that the inner compression force propagating from the direction of the thigh is appropriate. Therefore, the inward compression force applied to the folding base point can be more dispersed.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in at least one of the M-shaped grooves, the longitudinal groove is formed in a curved shape convex toward the center in the width direction. An absorbent article is provided.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in at least one of the M-shaped grooves, the longitudinal groove is formed in a curved shape protruding outward in the width direction. An absorbent article is provided.

The inventions according to claims 4 and 5 show the direction in which the longitudinal groove is convexly curved, and may be curved convexly inward in the width direction or convexly convex in the widthwise outer side. good.

As this invention which concerns on Claim 6, as for the said M-shaped groove | channel, the absorbent article in any one of Claims 1-5 in which a part of said adjacent M-shaped groove | channels is formed is provided. The

In the invention described in claim 6 above, in order to control the pressure applied to the folding base point of the M-shaped groove and to prevent menstrual blood and the like from being transmitted along the surface of the absorbent article, The part is formed continuously.

As this invention which concerns on Claim 7, the said M-shaped groove | channel provides the absorbent article in any one of Claims 1-6 from which a magnitude | size differs, respectively.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide an absorbent article that fits into the roundness of the buttocks without any gaps, and that menstrual blood or the like hardly propagates through the buttocks.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[Basic structure of sanitary napkin 1]
1 is a development view of a sanitary napkin 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a view taken along the line II-II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a view taken along the line III-III in FIG. is there.

The sanitary napkin 1 includes a liquid-impervious back sheet 2 made of a polyethylene sheet, a liquid-permeable top sheet 3 that allows permeation of menstrual blood, cages, and the like, and an intervening sheet between the sheets 2 and 3. Absorbent body 4 made of cotton-like pulp or synthetic pulp, etc., crepe paper 5 surrounding the absorbent body 4 for maintaining the shape of the absorbent body 4 and improving diffusibility, and substantially side edges of the absorbent body 4 And a pair of left and right three-dimensional gathers BS, BS provided to project from the surface side in a predetermined section in the front-rear direction so as to include at least the body fluid discharge portion H, and In the periphery of the absorbent body 4, the outer edge portions of the liquid-impervious backsheet 2 and the liquid-permeable topsheet 3 are in contact with the upper and lower end edges by an adhesive such as hot melt or an adhesive means such as heat seal. The liquid-impermeable back sheet 2 extending laterally from the absorbent body 4 at both side edges and the side nonwoven fabric 7 forming the three-dimensional gather BS are adhesives such as hot melt. Wing-like flaps W, W that are joined by an adhesive means such as heat seal or the like and project laterally by the laminated sheet portion of the liquid-impermeable backsheet 2 and the side nonwoven fabric 7 are formed. the second wing-shaped flaps W B to the portion located on the buttocks side, W B are formed.

In the sanitary napkin 1, a plurality of M-shaped grooves M, M... Formed in a substantially M shape are formed in the longitudinal direction in the center in the width direction at a position corresponding to the heel portion in plan view. In the illustrated example, the M-shaped grooves M, M... Are formed with two front M-shaped grooves M1 and two rear M-shaped grooves M2. Further, in the sanitary napkin 1, an elongated front groove 8 a is formed in the longitudinal direction around the bodily fluid discharge portion H at least in the front region including the bodily fluid discharge portion H, and a space is formed between the front grooves 8 a. Thus, a substantially umbrella-shaped front end independent groove 8b is formed. In addition, the said front side groove | channel 8a and the front-end independent groove | channel 8b may be arbitrary forms, and do not need to be.

Hereinafter, the structure of the sanitary napkin 1 will be described in detail.
As the liquid-impervious backsheet 2, a sheet material having at least water shielding properties such as polyethylene is used. The water- and moisture-permeable sheet material is a microporous material obtained by melting and kneading an inorganic filler in an olefin-based resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene to form a sheet, and then stretching in a uniaxial or biaxial direction. A sheet is preferably used. One or a plurality of adhesive layers (not shown) are formed on the non-use side (outer surface) of the liquid-impermeable back sheet 2 so as to fix the sanitary napkin 1 to the underwear when worn on the body. It has become. As the liquid-impermeable back sheet 2, a polylaminated nonwoven fabric in which a plastic film and a nonwoven fabric are laminated may be used.

Next, the liquid-permeable top sheet 3 is preferably a porous or non-porous nonwoven fabric or a porous plastic sheet. As the material fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric, in addition to olefins such as polyethylene or polypropylene, polyesters, polyamides, and other synthetic fibers, regenerated fibers such as rayon and cupra, and natural fibers such as cotton can be used. A nonwoven fabric obtained by an appropriate processing method such as a method, a spun bond method, a thermal bond method, a melt blown method, or a needle punch method can be used. Among these processing methods, the spunlace method is excellent in terms of flexibility and drapeability, and the thermal bond method is excellent in terms of being bulky and soft. When a large number of through holes are formed in the liquid permeable top sheet 3, menstrual blood, venom, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as body fluid) are quickly absorbed, and the dry touch property is excellent. It will be a thing.

The absorbent body 4 is not particularly limited as long as it can absorb and retain bodily fluids. Usually, a fluffy pulp mixed with a water-absorbing polymer powder is preferably used from the viewpoint of the absorption function and cost. The absorbent body 4 is preferably surrounded by crepe paper 5 to maintain its shape. In particular, when the absorbent body 4 is a thin absorbent body, the present invention is particularly effective because it is difficult to fit the absorbent body to the buttocks. The thin absorbent body is formed by reducing the thickness of the absorbent body in order to reduce the wearer's uncomfortable feeling, for example, having a thickness of about 0.5 mm to 5 mm.

On the other hand, the width dimension of the liquid-permeable top sheet 3 is slightly longer than the width of the absorbent body 4 and covers the absorbent body 4 as shown in the cross-sectional views of FIGS. The purpose of the three-dimensional gathered BS is to prevent the permeation of menstrual blood, or the like from the side non-woven fabric 7 different from the liquid-permeable top sheet 3, specifically to increase the feeling of touch. Depending on the case, it is configured using a non-woven fabric material subjected to appropriate water repellent treatment or hydrophilic treatment. The side nonwoven fabric 7 can be made of natural fiber, synthetic fiber, regenerated fiber, or the like and formed by an appropriate processing method. Preferably, the side nonwoven fabric 7 eliminates the feeling of stickiness and prevents stuffiness. For this reason, it is preferable to use a non-woven fabric with reduced basis weight and air permeability. Specifically, it is desirable to use a nonwoven fabric prepared with a basis weight of 18 to 23 g / m 2 , and silicon-based, paraffin-based, alkylchromic chloride-based water repellents, etc. to reliably prevent the passage of body fluids. A water repellent nonwoven fabric coated with is preferably used.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the side nonwoven fabric 7 has an outer portion from the intermediate portion in the width direction from the inner position of the absorbent body 4 to slightly beyond the absorbent side edge to the outer edge of the liquid-impermeable backsheet 2. A pair of left and right wings are bonded to the absorbent body side portion substantially corresponding to the body fluid discharge portion by the laminated sheet portion of the side nonwoven fabric 7 and the liquid-impervious back sheet 2. flaps W, to form a W, a second wing-shaped flaps W B now to the buttocks side position, to form a W B. These wing-shaped flaps W, W and second wing-shaped flaps W B, W, respectively on the outer surface side adhesive layer 12 of the B ..., 13 ... comprises a, when worn for shorts, the wing-shaped flaps W, W are folded line It is folded back to the opposite side at the RL position and wrapped around the crotch portion of the shorts to be fastened.

On the other hand, while the inner side part of the said side nonwoven fabric 7 is folded back substantially double, the thread-like elastic elastic member by which the appropriate position of the both ends or the longitudinal direction was fixed to the height direction intermediate part inside this double sheet | seat 19, and a plurality of, in the illustrated example, two thread-like elastic stretch members 20, 20 are fixed at both ends or at appropriate positions in the longitudinal direction at the upper portion of the thread-like elastic stretch member 19. It is arranged. As shown in FIG. 3, the double sheet portion is folded and laminated in a Z-shaped cross section at the front and rear end portions, and is bonded to the absorbent body 4 side, whereby the thread elastic elastic member 19 is disposed. As the bending points, three-dimensional gathers BS and BS standing on the surface side are formed while forming pockets P and P having openings inward in a cross-sectional shape.

[Structure of M-shaped groove M]
4 and 5 are plan views of the M-shaped groove M according to the first embodiment. As shown in FIG. 4 in detail, the M-shaped groove M is formed in a curved shape convex toward the rear side substantially along the width direction at the center in the width direction at a position corresponding to the collar portion in plan view. Width direction groove 9 and a longitudinal groove 10 formed in a curved shape convex toward the center side in the width direction along the substantially longitudinal direction from both sides of the width direction groove 9 to the rear side. ing. In the illustrated example, the M-shaped groove M is formed with two M-shaped grooves M1 and M2 in the longitudinal direction.

Here, the M-shaped groove M is formed such that the top b1 of the longitudinal groove 10 is formed at a position on the rear side in the longitudinal direction from the top a1 of the widthwise groove 9. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the napkin longitudinal distance from the front end of the M-shaped groove M to the top a1 of the widthwise groove 9 is L1, and the napkin longitudinal distance from the top b1 of the longitudinal groove 10 is L2. Then, the relationship of L1 <L2 is established. Here, the top portion a1 of the width direction groove 9 refers to a portion where the width direction groove 9 is maximum on the rear side with respect to the width direction line, and the top portion b1 of the longitudinal direction groove 10 refers to the longitudinal direction line. On the other hand, the longitudinal groove 10 refers to a portion that becomes a maximum on the center side in the width direction.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the M-shaped groove M is preferably formed such that the radius of curvature R2 at the apex b1 of the longitudinal groove 10 is larger than the radius of curvature R1 at the apex a1 of the widthwise groove 9. That is, it is preferable to satisfy the relationship of R1 <R2.

Further, the longitudinal groove 10 preferably has a rear end d1 formed at a position on the outer side in the width direction from the front end c1. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the napkin width direction distance from the center line in the width direction of the M-shaped groove M to the front end c1 of the longitudinal groove 10 is L3, and the napkin width direction distance to the rear end d1. When L4 is L4, it is preferable to satisfy the relationship L3 <L4.

According to the M-shaped groove M formed as described above, the following effects can be obtained. Since the front M-shaped groove M1 and the rear M-shaped groove M2 have the same effect, the front M-shaped groove M1 will be described as an example.

First, as shown in FIG. 5, the bending force (“bending force” in FIG. 5) acting on the absorbent body 4 when the sanitary napkin 1 is bent in the longitudinal direction along the front-rear direction of the buttocks is as follows. , It becomes maximum at the apex a1 of the width direction groove 9, and becomes smaller toward the both sides. For this reason, the absorber 4 is bent along the roundness of the flange portion, with the top portion a1 serving as the folding base point X1, forming a crease in the width direction.

Further, the inward compressive force acting inward by the pressure from the thigh (“inward compressive force” in FIG. 5) becomes maximum at the apex b1 of the longitudinal groove 10 and decreases toward the front and rear sides thereof. . Here, when the width direction groove 9 is formed in a convex curved shape on the front side as in a conventional sanitary napkin, an inward compressive force acts on the folding base point X1, and the folding base point X1 becomes Extremely compressed, the crease becomes deeper, and the absorbent body 4 moves away from the surface of the buttocks. For this reason, a gap is generated between the surface of the buttocks and the surface of the sanitary napkin 1, and menstrual blood or the like is easily transmitted through the buttocks, resulting in leakage of menstrual blood or the like. On the other hand, in the present invention, the widthwise groove 9 is formed in a convex curved shape on the rear side, and the apex b1 of the longitudinal groove 10 in the M-shaped groove M1 is the apex a1 ( Since the inner compression force is formed at a position rearward from the folding base point X1, the force applied to the folding base point X1 is increased. scatter. For this reason, an extreme compressive force does not act on the folding base point X1, the surface of the sanitary napkin 1 fits into the roundness of the buttocks without gaps, and menstrual blood or the like is not easily transmitted through the buttocks.

Further, since the radius of curvature R2 at the apex b1 of the longitudinal groove 10 is larger than the radius of curvature R1 at the apex a1 of the widthwise groove 9 (R1 <R2), the longitudinal groove widens the inward compression force. The inner compression force applied to the folding base point X1 can be further dispersed.

Further, in the longitudinal groove 10, the rear end d1 is formed at a position on the outer side in the width direction from the front end c1 (L3 <L4), so that the inward compressive force propagates from the thigh direction. Can be received accurately, and the inward compression force applied to the folding base point X1 can be more dispersed.

In addition, in the portion surrounded by the M-shaped groove M, the absorbent body protrudes on the surface side by the inward compressive force, and comes to fit moderately in the groove of the buttocks.

On the other hand, FIGS. 6 and 7 are plan views of the M-shaped groove M ′ according to the second embodiment. As a second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, a width direction groove 9 formed in a convex curved shape on the rear side substantially along the width direction, and a rear side from each side portion of the width direction groove 9. Two M-shaped grooves M ′ are formed in the longitudinal direction. The M-shaped grooves M ′ are formed of a longitudinal groove 11 formed in a curved shape convex outward in the width direction along the substantially longitudinal direction. Here, in the example shown in FIG. 6, the front M-shaped groove M1 ′ and the rear M-shaped groove M2 ′ are formed independently, but the longitudinal groove 11 of the front M-shaped groove M1 ′. The rear end portion and the rear M-shaped groove M2 ′ may be formed continuously and integrally in the intermittent portions 11a and 11a indicated by dotted lines in the drawing (see FIG. 7). .

According to the M-shaped groove M ′ according to the second embodiment, the following effects can be obtained as compared with the M-shaped groove M.

As shown in FIG. 7, the portion surrounded by the M-shaped groove M ′ is wider than the M-shaped groove M, so that the absorbent body protrudes on the surface side with a large area due to the inward compressive force, and in the heel part. Fits over a large area.

Incidentally, the M-shaped grooves M and M 'can be formed in various forms. As shown in FIG. 8, the M-shaped groove M (see FIG. 8 (A)) according to the first embodiment and the M-shaped groove M ′ (see FIG. 8 (B)) according to the second embodiment are respectively The front M-shaped grooves M1, M1 ′ and the rear M-shaped grooves M2, M2 ′ can be formed to have different sizes. Specifically, it is preferable that the M-shaped grooves M2 and M2 'on the rear side are larger than the M-shaped grooves M1 and M1' on the front side as in the illustrated example. As a result, the absorber in the portion surrounded by the rear M-shaped grooves M2 and M2 'can be raised higher or more widely fitted to the buttocks.

Moreover, as FIG. 9 shows, the M-shaped groove | channel of the front side and a rear side can be formed by the M-shaped groove | channel of a different form. That is, as shown in FIG. 5A, the front M-shaped groove is the M-shaped groove M1 according to the first embodiment, and the rear M-shaped groove is the M-shaped groove M2 according to the second embodiment. If it is, it can be made to fit more on the back side of the buttocks. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5B, the M-shaped groove on the front side of the buttock is the M-shaped groove M1 ′ according to the second embodiment, and the M-shaped groove on the rear side is the M-shaped groove according to the first embodiment. In the case of M2, it is possible to fit more on the front side of the buttocks.

On the other hand, in the portion of the absorbent body 4 surrounded by the M-shaped grooves M and M ′, the thickness and softness of this portion are changed to make it easier to swell on the buttock side (surface side) to fit the body. It can be made easier.

The M-shaped grooves M and M ′ may be embossed added from the surface side of the liquid-permeable top sheet 3 or embossed added only to the absorbent body 4. The emboss pattern may be a continuous curve as shown in the drawing, or may be a stitch shape or a dot shape. In addition, the width and / or depth of the embossed groove can be changed in each part of the M-shaped grooves M and M ′. Thereby, the force applied to the M-shaped grooves M and M ′ can be adjusted.
