Description

The present invention relates to a sanitary napkin having a blade portion and fixed to underwear such as shorts, a sanitary napkin such as a female incontinence pad and a panty liner.

In sanitary napkins, the material and structure of each member have been improved to improve its function and wearing feeling. Absorbers have also been developed with the aim of such improvements, and in recent years, various types of functional materials have been proposed in accordance with usage conditions and types of articles.

Patent document 1 is disclosing the sanitary product which has the absorber which was divided | segmented into three separated in the width direction inside. Each of the space portions of the absorber has a chamber in which a cover sheet is inserted and covered, and a groove extending in the longitudinal direction is formed between the chambers. It is said that the groove can be used to promote liquid transfer in the longitudinal direction of the product, increasing the usability of the absorbent body in the longitudinal direction, while preventing side leakage.

By the way, this type of absorbent article typified by sanitary napkins is usually worn on shorts and placed on the crotch. However, the crotch part tends to fluctuate greatly due to body movements such as walking, and the sanitary napkin tends to be twisted. Not only is the attachment feeling worsened by the twist, but it also causes side leakage. The present inventors have confirmed that this phenomenon is particularly remarkable in an absorbent article such as a napkin using an absorbent body divided in the width direction. Even when an absorber having such a divided portion is used, it is desirable to further improve the side leakage prevention property by suppressing twisting.
Based on the above idea, the present invention solves a problem peculiar to an absorbent body having a portion in which the absorbent section is divided in the width direction, prevents the sanitary napkin from being twisted due to movement of the body, and the like. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a sanitary napkin with significantly improved leakage prevention.

The above-described problems include a liquid-permeable surface sheet disposed on the skin contact surface side, a leak-proof sheet disposed on the non-skin contact surface side, and an absorber interposed between the both sheets. A sanitary napkin configured to have an absorbent main body, wherein the absorbent body inherent in the sanitary napkin has a longitudinal direction and a width direction orthogonal thereto, and at least the longitudinal direction thereof The central part is divided into three or more absorbent parts as viewed in the width direction, and the skin-abutment surfaces of the left and right side absorbent parts on the outermost sides in the divided width direction are arranged on both sides in the width direction. The problem has been solved by a sanitary napkin in which a pair of blade-like sheets inserted into the absorbent main body from the side are joined.

The sanitary napkin of the present invention solves the problems peculiar to the absorbent body having a portion in which the absorbent portion is divided in the width direction, prevents the sanitary napkin from twisting due to body movement, etc., and improves the anti-flipping property As a result, the excellent effect of significantly improving the prevention of leakage is obtained.

FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing a sanitary napkin as an embodiment of the sanitary napkin according to the present invention from the skin contact surface direction. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II shown in FIG.
In the sanitary napkin 10 of the present embodiment, the absorbent body 3 divided into the side absorbent parts 31 and 31 and the central absorbent part 32 as viewed in the width direction is disposed on the skin contact surface side of the back sheet 2. . Further, on the skin contact surface side of the back sheet 2, the side sheet 8 is in contact with and joined to the back sheet 2 outside both sides in the longitudinal direction of the absorber 3. The surface sheet 1 is sandwiched between the back sheet 2 and the side sheet 8 at the portion where the back sheet and the side sheet are in contact, and the surface sheet 1 is further inward in the width direction (X direction) than the absorber 3. The absorbent main body 10 is arranged so as to be positioned on the skin contact surface side. On the non-skin contact surfaces of the side absorbent parts 31, 31 in the absorbent main body 10, the blade-like sheet 4 inserted and installed in the absorbent main body 10 is joined at the inner end of the side absorbent parts 31, 31. And extend outward in the width direction of the absorbent main body 10. The non-skin contact surface side of the central absorbent portion 32 is entirely joined by the joint portion 32T on the skin contact surface side of the back sheet 2. In addition, the blade-like sheet 4 and the back surface sheet 2 are not joined at a position where the absorber 3 overlaps the both sheets in plan view.
The perimeter seal G formed on the peripheral edge portion of the napkin at the outside of the absorbent core 3 is divided into first and G 1 in the sealing region and the second sealing region G 2 otherwise including wing-like sheet 4 in a plan view The The first sealing region G 1, Surrounded by a pair of intersections q 2 of a pair of intersections q 1 and the blade-like sheet 4 and the absorbent body 3 of the blade-shaped sheet 4 and the absorbent body 10 in a plan view area is there. Joint portions in the second sealing region G 2 (not shown) does not inhibit the overall stretch, once absorbed liquid topsheet 1 to the extent that does not leak, the backsheet 2 and heat-sealing the side sheets 8 such This is the area over the entire circumference of the napkin that is joined together by. In the first sealing region G 1, the topsheet 1, the backsheet 2, wing-like sheet 4 and the side sheets 8 is joined in the width direction outwardly of the absorbent body 3, intermittent staggered the joint in the longitudinal direction Are formed by a plurality of joints g arranged in a row. Further, the side sheet 8 is not joined except for the peripheral seal G, and has the effect of forming a pocket p from the free end 81 of the side sheet to the peripheral seal G to prevent lateral leakage of liquid or the like.

Although details regarding the materials and dimensions of the top sheet 1, the back sheet 2, the side sheet 8, the blade-like sheet 4, and the absorber 3 will be described later, in the present embodiment, the top sheet 1 quickly transmits the excreted body fluid. However, a hydrophilic air-through non-woven fabric is used from the viewpoint of transmission to the absorbent body and from the viewpoint of good touch. Further, as the back sheet 2, a breathable moisture permeable film is used as a single layer. An absorbent core (not shown) composed of pulp fiber, absorbent polymer, or the like is used as the absorbent body 3, and a moisture-permeable film is used as a single layer as the blade-like sheet 4, which extends from the absorbent main body. A fixing adhesive (not shown) is applied to the skin contact surface. Is used. Moreover, the adhesive (not shown) for fixing the sanitary napkin 100 to clothing is applied to the non-skin contact surface side of the back sheet 2. The sanitary napkin 100 is bonded and fixed to the clothes of the user by the adhesive. The sanitary napkin 100 of this embodiment is arranged with its top sheet side facing the wearer's skin contact surface and its vertical direction from the lower abdomen to the buttocks, in other words, the width direction of the left and right feet. Wear it in the direction of the connecting line.

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the side in contact with the human body is referred to as the skin surface side or the skin contact surface side or the surface side, and the side in contact with the underwear is the non-skin surface side or the non-skin contact surface side or the back surface side. That's it. In addition, the direction positioned on the front side of the human body when worn is referred to as the front, and its end is referred to as the front end, and the direction positioned on the rear is referred to as the rear, and the end is referred to as the rear end. The normal direction of the front or back surface of the sanitary napkin is called the thickness direction, and the amount is called thickness. Furthermore, a direction having a relatively long length in plan view of the sanitary napkin is referred to as a longitudinal direction, and a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction is referred to as a width direction. The longitudinal direction typically coincides with the front-rear direction of the human body when worn.

FIG. 2 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line II-II in FIG. In FIG. 2, the position of the joint portion g is indicated only by a symbol, and the cross-sectional shape thereof is omitted. Absorber 3 of the present embodiment is divided into the side absorbent portions 31, 31 and the central absorbent portion 32 as viewed in the width direction, are arranged so as to have a predetermined clearance d 1 with respect to each other in the natural state . By doing in this way, even when a large amount of excretion is present in the central absorption part 32, for example, the transition in the width direction of the liquid is prevented by the valleys m existing between the absorption parts, and side leakage is effectively prevented. Can be prevented. The trough m also functions as a liquid channel in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 100, and improves the liquid diffusibility by guiding the liquid to the front and rear absorbent parts that are difficult to use in the vicinity of the excretory part. Gives a high dry feeling. Furthermore, in the absorbent body 3 divided in the width direction, the rigidity in the width direction of the sanitary napkin is suppressed, and a moderate flexibility is exhibited in the closed leg direction at the crotch. In the present embodiment, the absorbent body 3 is divided into three parts in the width direction, but it is sufficient that at least the central part w in the longitudinal direction is divided into three or more in the width direction, for example, other than the central part w in the longitudinal direction. The side absorbent parts 31, 31 and the central absorbent part 32 may be connected without being separated at the front part and the rear part in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body. Further, with respect to the division in the width direction of the side absorbent parts 31, 31 and the central absorbent part 32, at least the skin contact surface side of the absorbent body only needs to be separated in the width direction, and the non-skin contact surface side is separated. It may be connected without. Further, the side absorbent parts 31, 31 and the central absorbent part 32 may also be a combination of different members. The longitudinal center portion W, a region surrounded by the intersection points q 1 of the blade-shaped sheet 4 outer and widthwise right and left pair of absorbent body 10 in a plan view, an area which substantially coincides with the excretory part. The excretory part is a part that directly receives excretion of menstrual blood or vaginal discharge and its vicinity.

Good liquid diffusibility and prevention of side leakage can be obtained by the absorbent body 3 having the divided absorption portions. On the other hand, when pursuing the prevention of side leakage, one of the causes of side leakage is “slip” of sanitary napkins. For example, in a sanitary napkin that is worn on the crotch where the frequency of change is very high when walking, etc., the absorbent body in the state of absorbing liquid is subjected to a force that is sandwiched and squeezed between the left and right thighs. It is easy to twist in a substantially hourglass shape in which the center in the direction can be bundled toward the center in the width direction. If it is twisted in this way, the trough m formed by providing the dividing portion in the width direction described above will be clogged and closed in the width direction at the twisted portion. As a result, the liquid guiding function in the longitudinal direction is difficult to be exhibited, and the liquid diffusibility is also lowered as well as the side leakage prevention ability is lowered. On the other hand, according to the present embodiment, the side leakage prevention property and the liquid diffusibility can be remarkably improved by suppressing the twisting of the absorber by the entraining action of the blade-like sheet 4 described below.

Here, the dynamic characteristics of the internal absorbent body and the blade-like sheet in the sanitary napkin 100 of the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is a modeled perspective view for explaining the interlocking state between the shorts 5 and the absorbent body 3 when the sanitary napkin of the present embodiment is mounted, and the ratios and shapes of various dimensions are not necessarily shown in FIG. It is modeled and not shown in FIG. In FIG. 3, the shorts 5 is schematically and partially shown as a saddle face having a transverse main curvature surface 5 b and a longitudinal main curvature surface 5 a which are shapes when worn. If the transverse main curvature surface 5b is a convex surface having a center of curvature radius in the negative (D) direction, the longitudinal main curvature surface 5a is regarded as a concave surface having a center of positive (U) curvature radius. be able to. That is, the saddle face shape is a surface formed by intersecting two arcs having the center point of curvature in opposite directions at the arc vertices so as to face each other and extending both arcs without contradiction. On the other hand, in FIG. 3, the absorbent body 3 of the sanitary napkin 100 is shown as a cross section at the transverse main curvature surface 5b portion, and the remaining portion is indicated by a one-dot chain line. The top sheet 1, the back sheet 2, the side sheet 8, and the side absorption part 32 on one side are not shown to avoid complication of the drawing. In the figure, a halftone dot surrounded by a one-dot chain line indicates the joint 31T, the U side is the skin contact surface side, and the D side is the non-skin contact surface side. It should be noted that the shape of the sanitary napkin when attached is shown schematically and does not necessarily have the same shape as illustrated in the implementation of the present invention.

In FIG. 3, shorts 5 partially show a shape corresponding to a crotch cloth when worn on the crotch. 5c shows a part of the leg opening on the left foot side, and 5d shows a part of the leg opening on the right foot side. When walking, the direction of force applied with the left foot in front is indicated by arrows f 1 and f 2 . The direction of the force pulling the crotch part with the right and left feet is reversed. In the vicinity of the leg opening portions 5c and 5d, a force in the opposite direction is applied, but in the upper part of the heel surface, both forces are combined, resulting in complicated kinking. For example, the force indicated by the arrows f 1 and f 2 is applied to the main points for receiving the sanitary napkin 100 indicated by the crotch center A, and the direction is not limited to the major axis direction, but is actually a distortion in the width direction. Are also combined. The distortion component in the width direction is caused by a complex force generated on the saddle surface formed by the opposite curvatures in the two directions described above. For example, the point B on the transverse main curvature surface 5b is at the longitudinal main curvature surface 5a. Shorts 5 is the force f 3 occurs resulting in an attempt to return to the natural shape, distortion is caused by the it. As a result, the shorts 5 are twisted as if they were squeezed toward the crotch center A in the width direction. The force f 3 toward the crotch center A direction propagated to the absorber with a thickness within the sanitary napkin, the absorbent body in the inner portion so as to follow it is possible will twist. In particular, once the absorbent body is deformed, it is difficult to restore the original shape, and the absorbent body is maintained in an irregular state. For example, even if the absorbent body has a structure in which the absorbent body 3 is divided in the width direction, the above-mentioned twist resulting from the movement and shape of the body propagates to the entire absorbent body 3 and the above-described trough m is blocked. , Side leakage prevention and liquid diffusibility tend to decrease.

In the sanitary napkin 100 according to this embodiment, the blade-like sheet 4 is joined by the joining portion 31T at the inner end portion of the side absorbent portion 31, and the blade-like sheet 4 and the back sheet 2 are absorbent 3 in plan view. Is not joined at a position overlapping with both sheets. In this way, when the wing is wound on the non-skin contact surface side of the shorts in order to attach the sanitary napkin 100 to the shorts, the tensile force f 4 generated when the wings are fixed is applied to the side absorption part 31. Propagate. This is due to the fact that the blade-like sheet 4 is joined by the fulcrum joint t 1 at the inner end portion of the side absorption part 31, and the tensile force f 4 is lateral with the leg opening edges 5 c and 5 d as the base line. It is transmitted to the absorption part 31. It receives a tensile force f 4, and the force f 3 coupled with the side absorbent portion 31 along the force or curvature B towards the longitudinal direction along the Kuramen shape the force to stabilize the specific forms a fulcrum junction 31T As a result, the skin contact surface side of the valley part m is separated in a fan shape as seen in the cross section in the width direction. The spaced valleys m are distorted by the complex force that causes the above-mentioned twist due to body movements, etc., but against this, the force with the side joint 31T as a fulcrum resists the stress and stabilizes the form. Make it. As a result, the trough m is prevented from being blocked, and high liquid diffusibility and side leakage prevention properties are exhibited. Moreover, the wing-like sheet 4 are separate bodies, and since the bonding pattern of a plurality of joints g in the first seal region G 1 is a staggered, the junction g in the first seal region G 1 tensile force f 4 And is deformed into an approximately eight shape outward in the width direction. Independently or interacting with the stabilizing force generated in this portion due to the deformation, the stabilizing force with the joint 31T of the side absorbing portion 31 as a fulcrum acts, and the valley m is separated. The effect will be further enhanced. In addition, description of each force mentioned above is the force typically shown in describing this invention, and, thereby, this invention is not limited and interpreted.

Joint g in the first seal region G 1 in this embodiment is a staggered. In the present invention, the staggered arrangement means an arrangement in which the pitches of the joint portions in adjacent rows are shifted when a plurality of rows of the joint portions g are arranged in parallel. In other words, this arrangement is an arrangement that does not coincide with the projected image of the adjacent joint g when the joint g in a predetermined row is projected in a direction perpendicular to the width direction. This specific example will be described with reference to FIG. 1. The joint row C juxtaposed to the joint row D extending in the longitudinal direction (Y direction) is adjacent, and this is repeated alternately. Assume an auxiliary line t d continuing in the direction (X direction) perpendicular to the direction of extension of the junction sequence D center in the plan view of the junction sequence D. On the other hand, a similar auxiliary line t c in the joint row C is assumed. The auxiliary line t c and the auxiliary line t d are arranged so as to be shifted from each other by a half pitch, that is, so that the distance between the auxiliary line t c and the auxiliary line t d is equal throughout, thereby forming a staggered arrangement. As a modified example of the present embodiment, for example, the connecting portion row C and the connecting portion row D are set in the width direction (X direction) of the absorbent body by rotating the pitch shifting direction by 90 °, and in the longitudinal direction (Y direction). Embodiment which gives a shift | offset | difference to the extended auxiliary line is mentioned. Further, the joint portion g may be bonded to no linearly be longitudinally spaced similarly to the second seal region G 2, but by the staggered arrangement, the non-joint portion between the joint g It is preferable in that the force applied to the blade-like sheet can be transmitted to the inside more effectively through the above, and the shape stabilization force of the joint portion 31T of the side absorption portion described above is increased.

The size of each absorbent portion according to the present embodiment is not particularly limited, but considering use in a sanitary napkin, the width h 1 of the central absorbent portion 32 in the width direction is different depending on the sanitary napkin to be incorporated (see FIG. 2). Is preferably 10 to 60 mm, and more preferably 20 to 40 mm. Widthwise length h 2 of the side absorbent portion 31 is preferably 5 to 35 mm, 10 to 30 mm is more preferable. The distance h 3 from the absorber side edge 3s junction 31T of the side absorbent portion 31 and the wing sheet 4 is preferably positioned in 0~30Mm, the bonding width t 1 is 1~30mm is preferred.

Although the dimensions of the joints g which is a staggered is not particularly limited, from the viewpoint of preventing leakage of the liquid, the longitudinal length h 4 is preferably 1 to 25 mm, more preferably 3 to 20 mm, a width direction length h 5 is preferably 1 to 10 mm, 2 to 6 mm is more preferable. Moreover, the pitch p 1 in the longitudinal direction is preferably 3 to 35 mm, more preferably 5 to 30 mm, and the pitch p 2 in the width direction is preferably 1 to 20 mm, more preferably 2 to 15 mm. The longitudinal length h 6 of the longitudinal center W is preferably 30 to 150 mm, more preferably 40 to 100 mm, and the extension length h 7 from the absorbent main body 10 in the width direction of the blade-like sheet 4 is 10 -60 mm is preferable and 20-50 mm is more preferable. Incidentally, the ratio of the maximum length in the width direction of the extending length h 7 and the absorbent body 10 from the absorbent body 10 in the width direction of the blade-like sheet 4 1: 2 is preferred.

Here, regarding the sanitary napkin as the second embodiment of the present invention, differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 is a plan view schematically showing a sanitary napkin as the second embodiment, and the topsheet 1 and the sidesheet 8 are not shown.
In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the absorber 3 is divided in the width direction, and the side absorption parts 31 are further divided in three in the longitudinal direction to form a trough m 1 extending in the width direction. ing. Other materials and dimensions are the same as those in the first embodiment. In this way, reducing the longitudinal stiffness in the sanitary napkin by valleys m 1, to achieve high fit to improve the adhesion feeling to curved body. Furthermore, since the central absorbent portion 32 is formed continuously in the longitudinal direction, it can cope with the diffusion of the liquid due to the liquid transmission in the gap unique to the body shape, and suppresses the bending at the time of wearing the sanitary napkin, Mounting becomes easy.

The surface sheet 1 in the present embodiment is preferably a hydrophilic thermal bond nonwoven fabric from the viewpoint of promptly absorbing excreted bodily fluid and transmitting it to the absorbent body and from the viewpoint of good touch, and particularly preferably an air-through nonwoven fabric. The topsheet 1 is preferably a thermoplastic resin fiber that has been subjected to a hydrophilic treatment, and the fiber is a fiber that has undergone a three-dimensional crimp such as a secondary crimp or a tertiary crimp. Specifically, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, nylon, and composite fibers thereof are prepared, and various hydrophilizing agents are applied at a stage before cutting into a predetermined length to form staples. Hydrophilic agents include various alkyl sulfonates represented by α-olefin sulfonates, acrylates, acrylate / acrylamide copolymers, ester amides, ester amide salts, polyethylene glycol and derivatives thereof, water-soluble Hydrophilic treatment with a hydrophilizing agent known to those skilled in the art, such as a reactive polyester resin, various silicone derivatives, various sugar derivatives, and mixtures thereof, can be used.

As the back sheet 2, a moisture permeable film alone, a non-moisture permeable film alone, a laminate of a film and a nonwoven fabric, or a water-repellent nonwoven fabric (such as SMS or SMMS) can be used. It is most preferable to use a moisture permeable film alone as a leak-proof material from the viewpoint of cost and matching with an anti-displacement adhesive. As the film material in this case, a film obtained by melt-kneading a thermoplastic resin and an inorganic filler that is not compatible with the thermoplastic resin and extruding the film to a predetermined size to make fine holes, or essentially moisture The non-porous film which is highly compatible and can discharge water vapor, such as a permeable membrane. In order to realize a leak-proof layer that sufficiently exhibits the performance of moisture discharge related to the present invention and does not ooze out moisture, the moisture permeability should be in the range of 0.7 to 3.0 g / 100 cm 2 hr. Is preferable, and it is still more preferable that it exists in the range of 1.0-2.5. From the standpoint of sufficiently improving the smoothness, it is most preferably from 1.5 to 2.5. Moreover, in order to be able to use without trouble, such as a tear of a film, a film basic weight is 18-70 g / m < 2 >, More preferably, it is 25-60 g / m < 2 >. Moreover, a preferable inorganic filler compounding quantity is 30-65 mass% as a mass% of the filler with respect to the mass of the whole film, More preferably, it is 40-60 mass%.

As the wing sheet 4, a moisture permeable film alone, a non-moisture permeable film alone, a laminate of a film and a nonwoven fabric, or a water-repellent nonwoven fabric alone can be used. In order to transmit the tensile force f 4 to the side absorber 31 and from matching with the adhesive material, it is preferable to use a sheet in which a nonwoven fabric and a film are bonded together by hot melt or the like. By bonding the nonwoven fabric and the film, the elongation of the sheet can be suppressed as compared with a single sheet, and the tensile force f 4 can be effectively transmitted to the side absorber 31. As the non-woven fabric, it is preferable to use spunbond, SMS, SMMS or the like which is less likely to stretch than the air-through non-woven fabric. Moreover, the transferability of an adhesive material can be improved by setting it as the form which compressed the non-skin contact surface side of the wing sheet into the film or film shape.

The absorber 3 is a mixture of fluff pulp and superabsorbent polymer particles, or a mixture of fluff pulp, superabsorbent polymer particles and thermoplastic synthetic resin fibers, and is compressed to a required thickness. The core 20 is preferably covered entirely with a liquid-permeable sheet such as tissue paper or a hydrophilic fiber nonwoven fabric in order to prevent the shape of the core 20 from dropping and the polymer particles from falling off. As the polymer particles, starch-based, cellulose-based or synthetic polymer-based particles can be used.

Although not illustrated in the embodiment of the present invention, a region having higher rigidity than the non-formed portion may be formed in the side absorption portion 31 by a compression region in which the top sheet and the absorber are integrated. The compression area is formed of a high compression part with a higher density of the absorbent than the non-formation part and a low compression part formed by the high compression part. A plurality of designs such as curved curves, stars, and heart shapes can be formed. It is preferable that the compression region is formed in the portion where the wing-like sheet is arranged also in the side absorption portion 31 in terms of the followability of the body in addition to the improvement of the separation effect of the valley portion m.

An adhesive for fixing the sanitary napkin 100 to the clothes is applied to the non-skin contact surface side of the back sheet 2. The adhesive is applied in the range of the absorbent body 3 in the back sheet 2 for the purpose of preventing twisting of the absorbent body, but is divided into three in the width direction, and the central absorbent section 32 and the lateral absorbent section 31 It is preferable that it is applied within the range. By being applied within the range of the central absorbent portion 32 and the lateral absorbent portion 31, the adhesives are mistakenly bonded to each other when the sanitary napkin 100 is fixed to the clothing or peeled off from the clothing during use. This can be prevented, and the separation of the valleys m can be effectively maintained. Further, it is more preferable that the adhesive is not applied within the range of the central absorbent portion 32 but is applied only within the range of the lateral absorbent portion 31 from the viewpoint that the central absorbent portion 32 can easily fit to a curved body.

Moreover, it is effective not only for menstrual blood but also urine, orimono, loose stool, and the like. In addition to the top sheet 1, the absorber 3, the back sheet 7, and the side sheet 8, members may be appropriately incorporated in accordance with applications and functions. In addition, the material of the top sheet 1, the small absorbent portion 3 and the back sheet 2 of the sanitary napkin of the above embodiment, the conditions in the manufacturing method, and the dimensional terms of the product are not particularly limited, and are used in ordinary sanitary napkins and the like. Various materials can be used.
In the present invention, a sanitary napkin refers to an absorbent article other than a diaper type (absorbent article attached to an undergarment), typically a sanitary napkin, an incontinence pad, a panty liner, etc. It means to include an item attached to the crotch part, and preferably refers to a type in which a blade disposed on an article is beaten and fixed. It is also synonymous with “wing” and sometimes expressed as “wing” or “flap”.
