Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart apparatus and a triage tag.
In recent years, several major earthquakes have already occurred in Japan. In addition, it is said that there will be no surprise when a major earthquake such as the Tokai, Tonankai and Nankai earthquakes occurs. These great earthquakes have occurred or are expected to occur in large cities, and the damage will be unimaginable. For example, the function of the big city stops, all the infrastructures such as communication and power supply become unusable, and the state where the rescue and rescue activities from outside cannot be obtained continues for a long time. In such a situation, a large number of disaster victims occur in the disaster area and evacuate in several evacuation centers. (There is no prior art document. The prior art known to the applicant is not literature information.)
By the way, in the case where a single doctor is in charge of patrols for each evacuation center in order to rescue a large number of victims as described above, each evacuation center is like a state hospital with many victims. It was in. For this reason, the doctor must concentrate on the treatment of the victim without insomnia immediately after the occurrence of the earthquake, without having time to eat, and the physical, psychological, and I couldn't afford any room. In such a difficult situation, it is virtually impossible to store and use the collected medical information. The above points were also pointed out by doctors in hospitals, rescue centers and shelters in another major earthquake.
Therefore, in view of the above, the present invention has been devised to create an electronic medical record for a large number of disaster victims in a disaster-stricken area so that a doctor can smoothly support emergency medical care such as medical treatment for many disaster victims. It is an object of the present invention to provide an emergency medical support electronic medical chart apparatus and a triage tag.
In solving the above-mentioned problems, an emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart apparatus according to the present invention, according to
Vital sign data measuring means (300a to 300c) for measuring the vital sign data of the victims;
A terminal (400) having operation input means, processing means (404), and display means (400b, 400c).
The operation input means is operated by a medical assistant to identify the disaster victim's specific items, the symptoms of the disaster patient examined by the doctor based on the vital sign data measured by the vital sign data measurement means, and the doctor's treatment details for the victim Is input to the processing means.
The processing means performs processing so as to input the specific items of the disaster victim, the symptoms of the disaster victim, and the treatment contents of the doctor from the operation input means into the electronic medical record and output them to the display means.
The display means displays an electronic medical record,
When the doctor confirms that the contents of the electronic medical record are correct, the fact is input by operating the operation input means, thereby confirming the contents of the electronic medical record.
As a result, most of the input to the electronic medical record is made by the medical assistant, so that the doctor only has to finally confirm whether or not the content inputted by the medical assistant is correct. As a result, the physician can concentrate on the patient's examination. Therefore, a doctor can examine a large number of victims efficiently and in a state suitable for an emergency. In other words, in order to examine a large number of victims, even if the doctor has no physical, psychological, and time allowance for inputting each victim's data into the electronic medical record. The doctor can concentrate on examining a large number of victims without extra work.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart device according to the first aspect,
A storage body (110), and a lid (120) that can be opened and closed at the upper end opening of the storage body,
The storage body is
An outer casing (110a) formed by impregnating a paulownia wood or wood having the same characteristics as this paulownia with a flame retardant solution, and an iron plate or the same characteristics as this iron plate fitted in the outer casing. An inner casing (110b) formed of a metal plate having an inner casing (110c) fitted in the inner casing and formed of wood;
The upper end opening is constituted by the entire upper end opening of each casing,
The lid is fitted with a hollow frame (120a) formed by impregnating a paulownia material or wood having the same characteristics as the paulownia material with a flame retardant solution, and an upper end opening of the frame. An inner wall portion (124) made of wood, an inner wall portion (125) formed on a steel plate or a metal plate having the same characteristics as the iron plate, laminated on the inner wall portion, and the inner wall A lid wall (120b) configured with an outer wall portion (126) made of paulownia wood or wood having the same characteristics as the paulownia wood, laminated on the portion,
Each of the lower end opening of the frame body and the entire upper end opening of each housing includes a portable storage (100) formed in a fitting shape that fits airtightly to each other,
The vital sign data measuring means and the terminal are stored in advance in the storage.
According to this, among the constituent members of the storage, the constituent members facing the outside are the outer casing and the lid of the storage main body. In addition, the storage body has a three-layer structure of an outer casing, an inner casing, and an inner casing, and the lid wall of the lid has a three-layer structure of an inner wall section, an inner wall section, and an outer wall section. It is configured.
Moreover, in the storage body, the outer casing is made of paulownia or wood having the same characteristics as this paulownia, and the inner casing is formed of an iron plate or a metal plate having the same characteristics as this iron plate. The inner casing is made of wood. Further, in the lid, the frame body and the outer wall portion are formed of paulownia material or wood having the same characteristics as this paulownia material, and the inner wall portion is formed of an iron plate or a metal plate having the same characteristics as this iron plate, The inner wall is made of wood.
Therefore, when a strong impact force is applied to the storage from the outside, the storage uses the strong impact force as an external force at the outer wall of the outer casing, frame body and lid wall based on the three-layer structure. Will receive.
However, as described above, the outer casing, the frame, and the outer wall of the lid wall are made of paulownia or wood having the same characteristics as this paulownia. Further, if the thickness of the wood is a thickness that can sufficiently and gently absorb the above-mentioned strong impact force, the above-mentioned external force is made of paulownia board or wood having the same characteristics as this paulownia material. The outer casing, the frame, and the outer wall of the lid wall, with its inherent characteristics and plate thickness, distribute the stress centered on the part subjected to the external force, and relax and absorb well and moderately. It is transmitted to the middle wall of the body and lid wall. Therefore, the inner casing and the inner wall of the lid wall are not plastically deformed.
Thus, as described above, the inner wall portion of the inner casing and the lid wall is made of the metal plate that is harder than wood, so that the external force transmitted as described above is applied to the inner wall portion of the inner casing and the lid wall. Is more rapidly relaxed and absorbed by the inner casing and the inner wall of the lid wall.
After that, since the inner wall of the inner casing and the lid wall is formed of wood as described above, the external force transmitted to the inner wall of the inner casing and the lid wall as described above is applied to the inner casing and the lid. It can be relaxed and absorbed by the inner wall of the wall.
Through the above-described process, the strong impact force described above can be satisfactorily absorbed by the storage body and the lid having the three-layer structure described above. This means that the vault has good tolerance.
Further, as described above, the outer casing, the frame, and the outer wall of the lid wall are formed by impregnating a flame retardant solution into paulownia or wood having the same characteristics as this paulownia. For this reason, the outer casing, the frame, and the outer wall portion of the lid wall are excellent in high temperature fire resistance. Therefore, even if a fire occurs, the outer casing, the frame, and the outer wall of the lid wall are difficult to burn.
In addition, the storage body and the lid are configured in the three-layer structure as described above, and the inner casing and the inner wall of the lid wall are formed of an iron plate or a metal plate having the same characteristics as this iron plate. Yes. For this reason, combined with the high temperature fire resistance of the outer casing and the outer wall of the lid wall, the fire resistance of the storage is further improved. This means that the storage has excellent fire resistance.
Further, as described above, the outer casing, the frame body, and the outer wall portion of the lid wall are made of paulownia or wood having the same characteristics as this paulownia. This wood has the property of being highly moisture resistant. Moreover, the lower end opening of the frame body and the entire upper end opening of each housing are each formed in a fitting shape that fits in an airtight manner.
Under such a premise, paulownia wood or wood having the same characteristics as this paulownia wood exhibits the property of expanding against water immersion due to its moisture resistance, so that the outer casing, frame and lid The outer wall portion of the wall can well exhibit water resistance against water immersion. This means that the storage has excellent water resistance.
As a result, the vital sign data measuring means and the terminal stored in the storage can be well stored in the storage under the tolerance, fire resistance and water resistance.
Further, by using the vital sign data measuring means and the terminal that are well stored in this way, the same function and effect as those of the first aspect of the invention can be achieved.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart device according to the second aspect,
The lower end opening of the frame body and the entire upper end opening of each casing are at their corresponding ends so that the lid rotates in an inclined manner with respect to the upper end opening of the storage body. Are supported by each other,
The fitting shape of all the upper end openings of each case is a stepped cross section from the inner case side to the outer case side, and the fitting shape of the lower end opening of the frame is the inner case side. The cross-sectional staircase shape is opposite to the cross-sectional staircase shape from the outer casing side to the outer casing side.
Thereby, the airtightness of the fitting part (fitting part) between a lid | cover and a storage main body is ensured more specifically, As a result, the effect of the invention of Claim 2 is improved further. obtain.
Moreover, according to the description of
When set in the terminal of the emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart device according to any one of
This is useful for providing a triage tag at the time of a disaster aiming to be able to specify the specific information (address, etc.) of the victim easily and quickly.
In addition, although the code | symbol in the bracket | parenthesis of each said means shows the corresponding relationship with the specific means as described in the implementation shape mentioned later, it is not limited to the said implementation shape.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 3 show an embodiment of an emergency medical assistance electronic medical record apparatus to which the present invention is applied. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart apparatus includes a
The
The
Here, the
In the first embodiment, the
The use of the paulownia board in this way has the inherent characteristics that the paulownia board is rich in moisture resistance, heat resistance, light weight, heat retention and impact resistance, as used in the paulownia chest. Because. In addition, as described above, the reason why the metal silicon flame retardant solution is impregnated in the paulownia plate is that the metal silicon flame retardant solution gives the paulownia plate good heat resistance by the impregnation. For example, a paulownia board impregnated with a metal silicon flame retardant solution has a fairly high heat resistance temperature close to the melting temperature of iron, and has a sufficiently good flame resistance even when exposed to a flame of 1200 ° C. for 10 minutes, for example. Can demonstrate.
Moreover, as each paulownia board which comprises the surrounding
The
なお、周壁113の上端面113e(中側筐体110bの上端開口部の開口端面)は、周壁111の上端面111e(外側筐体110aの上端開口部の開口端面)と同一の面内に位置する。
Here, the
The
The
The
また、内側筐体110cの周壁115は、その上端面115e(内側筐体110cの上端開口部の開口端面)にて、中側筐体110bの周壁113の上端面113e(中側筐体110bの上端開口部の開口端面)よりも上方に突出している。
In addition, the
However, as illustrated in FIGS. 4 to 6, the
In the first embodiment, the
In addition, the
The
The
The
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the
The
The
The
The
Specifically, the

Further, the
As shown in FIG. 2 or 3, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the
Further, the emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart apparatus includes a
The
The terminal 400 is composed of a portable personal computer, and the terminal 400 is detachably attached to the lower surface of the
The terminal 400 acquires the image data acquired by the
The

In the first embodiment configured as described above, if a major earthquake occurs in a certain area (hereinafter also referred to as a disaster area), for example, a cupboard in the building or the like, even if the building of the medical institution does not collapse In many cases, the fixtures of the house fall down due to the shaking of the earthquake.
Here, the emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart apparatus is deployed in advance in the building of the medical institution in the disaster area with the
For example, when the cupboard hits the emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart device as the cupboard falls as described above, the emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart apparatus receives a strong impact force from the cupboard as an external force.
Here, among the constituent members of the
Therefore, the
Here, in the
Moreover, the paulownia board has a plate thickness of 12 mm, and can disperse and absorb the above-mentioned strong impact force sufficiently and gently. For this reason, the above-mentioned external force is based on the characteristic of the paulownia plate and the paulownia plate's inherent characteristics, centered on the portion subjected to the external force by the outer wall portion 126a of the paulownia plate, the
As described above, since the
Thereafter, as described above, the inner wall portion 124c of the
Through the above process, the above strong impact force can be satisfactorily absorbed by the
In addition, if a fire breaks out in a medical institution building due to the occurrence of a major earthquake such as that described above, medical devices and computers and other support devices in the building will be directly burned down and become unusable. There are many.
However, in the emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart apparatus, the
Moreover, the
As a result, as described above, even if a medical device or a support device such as a computer in a building of a medical institution is directly burned down and becomes unusable, the
In addition, if a building is inundated due to the liquefaction phenomenon of a building due to the occurrence of a major earthquake as described above or a tsunami occurs in the affected area and the building of a medical institution is inundated, medical devices and supporting devices such as computers in the building Often, it becomes directly flooded and becomes unusable.
However, in the emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart apparatus, the
Under such a premise, the
As a result, as described above, even if a medical device or a support device such as a computer in a building of a medical institution is directly submerged and becomes unusable, the
As described above, the
As described above, when a large earthquake occurs, various disasters such as road breaks, bridge destruction, and house collapse occur in the affected areas, and many disaster victims often occur. These victims are injured due to the occurrence of the above-mentioned damage, or become more ill due to mental and physical fatigue.
However, as described above, the emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart apparatus is maintained in a usable state despite the great earthquake. Here, the height of the
Therefore, even if medical care in the building of a medical institution is difficult due to the occurrence of the above-mentioned great earthquake disaster, the emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart device can be easily taken out of the building and placed in a refuge for many victims. Can be moved.
Thus, after the emergency medical support electronic medical chart device is easily taken out of the building and moved to the evacuation site, the emergency medical support electronic medical record device can be used as follows. deep.
First, a part of the
After opening the
Next, a part of the
At this time, the
As a result, the
Here, the configuration of the terminal 400 will be described. As shown in FIG. 10, the terminal 400 includes a
As shown in FIG. 10, the
Therefore, the
The
After the terminal 400 is fixed on the
Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the
As a result, the emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart apparatus is ready for use. Further, a
Thus, after the emergency medical assistance electronic medical chart apparatus is in a usable state, if the
In addition, as described above, in conjunction with the emergency medical support electronic medical record device being ready for use, doctors and nurses, office staff, or volunteers (hereinafter referred to as medical assistants) attending to the doctors are referred to the evacuation center. When you visit, an announcement will be made that "Please tell us if you are in poor health."
In addition, the
After the display process in
When the measurement and imaging by the medical assistant are completed as described above, the doctor examines the offerer. At this time, the present applicant's current symptom, name, age, address, presence / absence of illness or presence / absence of allergies will be heard from the applicant.
Thereafter, the doctor receives a report on the blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate, and status of the affected part of the offerer from the medical assistant. For example, if the blood pressure is high, the doctor provides the antihypertensive agent in the emergency medical
When the input process in
Further, the medical assistant uses the keyboard to change the triage tag owned by the offerer (assuming that it is the triage tag 800), for example, as a red triage tag (see the hatched line in FIG. 13). Enter “Highest priority treatment”. This is because the owner of the red triage tag is a seriously injured patient and needs treatment first. Further, the medical assistant inputs “ΔΔΔΔ” as an attendant by operating the keyboard.
In accordance with the operation input as described above, the
After the process in
The
When the process of
After giving an antihypertensive agent to the offerer and instructing the method of taking it as described above, the doctor performs a surgical treatment for the injury (specifically, the thigh fracture) of the offerer. When the offerer has a mental symptom such as insomnia or anxiety, the doctor gives the offerer the sleeping agent or the anxiolytic agent in the emergency medical
After the processing in
In addition, the medical assistant inputs the doctor's findings heard from the doctor in conjunction with the input of the above-described treatment content. For example, if the doctor's findings are “I cannot sleep at all”, “Anxiety”, and the meal is “No intake”, then the medical assistant will be able to “No sleep”, “Anxiety” and “Ingestion” on the
The
Thereafter, in
If the contents of the electronic medical record are correct and correct, the doctor, not the medical assistant, inputs “OK” by operating the key mode, so that the determination in
On the other hand, if there is an error in the contents of the electronic medical record, the doctor notifies the medical assistant to that effect. Accordingly, when the medical assistant inputs “NG” by the operation in the key mode, NO is determined in
Thereafter, the medical assistant reconfirms the data input in
Accordingly, if the doctor confirms the contents of the electronic medical record again and inputs “OK” by operating the keyboard, the determination in
As described above, when creation of the offerer's electronic medical record is completed, in
Further, after the processing in
As described above, since most of the input to the electronic medical record is made by the medical assistant, the doctor only has to confirm whether the content inputted by the medical assistant is correct. . As a result, the physician can concentrate on the patient's examination. Therefore, the doctor can examine many other victims of the offerer efficiently and in a state suitable for an emergency. In other words, in order to examine a large number of victims, even if the doctor has no physical, psychological, and time allowance for inputting each victim's data into the electronic medical record. The doctor can concentrate on examining a large number of victims without extra work.
