Description

The present invention relates to a pants-type disposable diaper that is excellent in fit to the body and prevention of diaper slipping, and that prevents an elastic body from being compressed by an elastic elastic member.

Conventionally, in a pants-type disposable diaper, in order to attach an absorbent body that absorbs body fluid to the body, an elastic elastic member is disposed on the nonwoven fabric or the like that holds the absorbent body to improve fit to the body. I am doing so.

For example, as shown in FIG. 12, in a diaper main body 50 in which an absorbent body 40 is interposed between a top sheet and a back sheet, a front body 50F that forms a waist opening and a waist disposed on a back body 50B. Leg elastics that are curved along the edge of the diaper main body 50 forming a leg opening by being curved in a convex shape from the elastic member 51 and each of the front body 50F and the back body 50B to the substantially central side of the crotch. A pants-type disposable paper diaper including members 52, 52... Is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Further, as shown in FIG. 13, a plurality of elastic elastic members 61, 61... Are arranged along the left and right directions on each of the front body side and the back body side of the diaper body 60, and from the waist opening side to the crotch A pants-type disposable diaper is known in which the elastic elastic members 61, 61,... Are arranged so as to be convexly curved from the waist opening side toward the crotch side as it goes toward the side (see, for example, Patent Document 2). ).
JP 2000-258931 A JP 2001-204762 A JP 2002-35030 A

However, in the case of Patent Document 1, the leg elastic member 52 is disposed along the edge of the diaper main body 50 that forms the leg opening. Although it can be fitted to the wearer of the diaper, the substantially triangular region Tr in the exterior sheet composed of the top sheet and the back sheet, surrounded by the leg elastic member 52, the waist elastic member 51, and the absorber 40, When contracted by the leg elastic member 52 and the waist elastic member 51, the inside of the substantially triangular region Tr is swelled in the product state, and a pocket-like space is formed inside the diaper. become.

When such a pants-type disposable paper diaper is taken off and put on, there is a problem that a toe or a heel may be caught in this pocket-like space, which may interfere with wearing.

Moreover, in the case of the said patent document 2, the diaper itself and the absorber of a diaper are made to fit a body by curving the elastic elastic member of the crotch part side among several elastic elastic members 61, 61 .... However, there is a problem in that the contraction force of the elastic elastic members 61, 61, which is an action force for stabilizing the diaper around the waist becomes weak, and the diaper is easily slipped off from the waist.

On the other hand, in the case where the leg elastic members 52, 52... Cross the absorber 40 as in Patent Document 1, the contraction force of the leg elastic members 52, 52. There is a problem that will let you. In order to cope with this problem, a method has been proposed in which the leg elastic members 52, 52... On the absorber 40 are cut so that the contraction force is not introduced into the absorber 40 (see, for example, Patent Document 3). .

On the other hand, when the elastic elastic member is fixed to the sheet, there is a method in which a hot melt adhesive is uniformly applied in a curtain shape on the elastic elastic member arrangement region on the sheet side, and the elastic elastic member is introduced and fixed thereon. Although this method is used frequently, the sheet itself may become hard and the feeling of wearing may be deteriorated, so in recent years, adhesives are applied in a plurality of rows at predetermined intervals. Then, a method for fixing the elastic elastic member has been proposed (hereinafter referred to as a bead coating method).

However, as shown in FIG. 11, when the elastic elastic member is cut on the absorbent body 40 in order to eliminate the shrinkage of the absorbent body under the condition that the bead coating method is adopted, the fixing point ( There is a problem that the fixed point lines L) are not aligned and become zigzag. As a result, there are problems such as the loss of fit of the absorbent body and the occurrence of wrinkles in the absorbent body, and the appearance is deteriorated.

Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is to prevent the paper diaper from slipping down during absorption of body fluids, and to make the paper diaper adhere closely along the body line like shorts or briefs, and bead as a method for fixing the elastic elastic member. In cutting the elastic stretchable member to prevent the absorber from being shrunk under the condition of adopting the coating method, the problem is to solve the problem that the fixing points of the elastic stretchable member are not aligned and become zigzag.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention according to claim 1 is composed of an absorbent main body including an absorbent body and an exterior sheet integrally provided on the outer surface side of the absorbent main body. In a pants-type disposable diaper in which a waist opening and a pair of left and right leg openings are formed by joining the front and back of the seat on both sides,
In each of the front body and the back body, the exterior sheet extends from the one side joint edge that joins at least the front body and the back body to the crotch side, crosses over the absorbent main body, and the front body and the back body A plurality of curved elastic elastic member groups arranged to be spaced apart from each other without reaching the other side joining edge,
The curved elastic elastic member group is fixed by an adhesive applied so as to form a plurality of rows along the horizontal direction at intervals in the vertical direction with respect to the exterior sheet at least in a transverse region on the absorbent main body. In addition, the ratio of the gap width of the adhesive and the spacing width in the adhesive gap width direction between the curved elastic elastic members is set to be approximately an integral multiple, and the curved elastic elastic member is formed on the absorbent main body. A pants-type disposable diaper is provided in which the group is cut and discontinuous on a line along the longitudinal direction of the diaper.

The present invention according to claim 2 includes an absorbent main body including an absorbent body and an exterior sheet integrally provided on the outer surface side of the absorbent main body, and the front body and the rear body of the exterior sheet in a product state. In a pants-type disposable diaper in which a waist opening and a pair of left and right leg openings are formed by joining at both sides,
The exterior sheet includes a waist elastic elastic member disposed around the waist opening, and a plurality of waist elastic elastic members arranged along the horizontal direction with an interval in the vertical direction between the front body and the back body. In each of the front body and the back body, the front body and the back body are extended from the one side joint edge joining the front body and the back body to the crotch side, across the absorbent main body and the front body and the back body. The curved elastic elastic member group includes a plurality of curved elastic elastic member groups that reach the other side joining edge and are spaced from each other without crossing each other. Formed so as to substantially cover the entire region of the exterior sheet surrounded by the absorbent main body and the waist elastic elastic member group,
The curved elastic elastic member group is fixed by an adhesive applied so as to form a plurality of rows along the horizontal direction at intervals in the vertical direction with respect to the exterior sheet at least in a transverse region on the absorbent main body. In addition, the ratio of the gap width of the adhesive and the spacing width in the adhesive gap width direction between the curved elastic elastic members is set to be approximately an integral multiple, and the curved elastic elastic member is formed on the absorbent main body. A pants-type disposable diaper is provided, characterized in that the group is cut and discontinuous on a line along the longitudinal direction of the diaper.

In the present invention described in claims 1 and 2, the exterior sheet extends from the one side joining edge joining the front body and the back body to the crotch side in each of the front body and the back body, and crosses over the absorbent main body. As it reaches the joint edge on the other side of the front body and the back body, and has a plurality of curved elastic elastic members arranged at intervals without crossing each other, it prevents diaper slipping At the same time, it can be brought into close contact with the body line like shorts or briefs.

In addition, the curved elastic elastic member group is an adhesive applied so as to form a plurality of rows along the horizontal direction at intervals in the vertical direction with respect to the exterior sheet at least in a transverse region on the absorbent main body. When cutting the elastic elastic member in order to prevent the absorber from being compressed under the condition of being fixed by the bead coating method fixed by the adhesive interval width between the adhesive and the adhesive interval width between the curved elastic elastic members The ratio with the distance in the direction was set to be an integer multiple. As a result, the intersections of the curved elastic elastic member group and the adhesive line are aligned on a line along the diaper longitudinal direction, so that the curved elastic elastic member group is along the diaper longitudinal direction on the absorbent main body. If it cut | disconnects on a line, the fixed point of the said curved elastic expansion-contraction member will come uniformly.

In addition, in the invention according to the second aspect, the curved elastic elastic member group in particular includes the side of the outer sheet, the absorbent main body, and the waist elastic elastic member group. Since it is formed so as to substantially cover the entire area, the entire area of the exterior sheet is substantially uniformly contracted by the curved elastic elastic member group, and the inside of the area swells as in the past, and the pocket No space will be formed. Thus, if there is no pocket-like space inside the pant-type disposable diaper (exterior sheet) that hinders wearing, when the wearer takes off the pant-type disposable diaper, there are toes and heels on the inside. Since it becomes difficult to catch, it becomes easy to wear the exterior sheet of a pants-type disposable diaper. Further, in the invention according to claim 2, the pant-type disposable diaper is provided with the waist elastic elastic members on the front body and the back body which hit the waist of the body separately from the group of curved elastic elastic members. The disposable diaper can be stably worn around the waist, and the pants-type disposable diaper is less likely to slip.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the pants-type disposable diaper according to the first or second aspect, wherein at least five of the curved elastic elastic member groups are arranged in each of the front body and the back body. In order to effectively prevent slippage of the paper diaper, it is desirable to arrange at least 5 curved elastic elastic member groups, preferably 7 or more.

The present invention according to claim 4 provides the pants-type disposable diaper according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein the waist elastic elastic member group is cut and discontinuous on the absorber.

In the present invention described in claim 4, the waist elastic elastic member group is cut and discontinuous on the absorber. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the absorbent body from shrinking in the width direction even in the front body and the back body.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent slipping of the paper diaper at the time of absorption of body fluid, and to make the paper diaper close to the body line like shorts or briefs, so that it is comfortable to wear. It will be a thing.

Further, when the curved elastic elastic member is cut to prevent the absorber from being contracted under the condition that the bead coating method is adopted as the elastic elastic member fixing method, the fixing point of each curved elastic elastic member is set to the diaper longitudinal direction. It becomes possible to align on a line along the direction.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a product-state appearance view of a pants-type disposable paper diaper 1 according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an assembled view in an unfolded state.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the present pants-type disposable paper diaper 1 (hereinafter simply referred to as a paper diaper) is provided between a liquid-permeable surface sheet 11 made of nonwoven fabric and a leak-proof sheet 12 made of polyethylene or the like. The absorbent main body 10 interspersed with an absorbent body 13 such as cotton pulp, and the exterior sheet 20 provided integrally on the outer surface side of the absorbent main body 10, and the predecessor of the exterior sheet 20 in a product state A pants-type disposable diaper having a structure in which a waist opening and a pair of left and right leg openings are formed by joining a back and a back body on both sides.

Hereinafter, the absorbent main body 10, the exterior sheet 20, and the assembly structure thereof will be described in this order.

(Structure of the absorbent main body 10)
First, an example of the structure of the absorbent main body 10 will be described in detail based on FIG. 3 and FIG.

As described above, the absorbent main body 10 has a structure in which an absorbent body 13 such as cotton-like pulp is interposed between a liquid-permeable surface sheet 11 made of a nonwoven fabric or the like and a leak-proof sheet 12 made of polyethylene or the like. And absorbs and retains body fluids.

In the illustrated example, the absorbent body 13 is formed in a substantially hourglass shape in the illustrated example, and by narrowing the width of the absorbent body in the crotch, the contact with the crotch portion is weakened and the wearer feels irritated. Not to give. The absorbent body 13 is surrounded by the crepe paper 14 in order to maintain the shape and improve the diffusibility of the body fluid that has passed through the liquid-permeable surface sheet 11. As the absorber 13, it is desirable to use an airlaid absorber that can reduce the bulk.

As the liquid-permeable surface sheet 11 covering the surface side (skin contact surface side) of the absorbent body 13, a porous or non-porous nonwoven fabric or a porous plastic sheet is preferably used. The material fibers that make up the nonwoven fabric can be synthetic fibers such as olefins such as polyethylene or polypropylene, polyesters and polyamides, recycled fibers such as rayon and cupra, and natural fibers such as cotton. A nonwoven fabric obtained by an appropriate processing method such as a spun bond method, a thermal bond method, a melt blown method, or a needle punch method can be used. Among these processing methods, the spunlace method is excellent in terms of flexibility and drapeability, and the thermal bond method is excellent in terms of being bulky and soft. When a large number of through holes are formed in the liquid-permeable surface sheet 11, urine and the like are quickly absorbed, and the dry touch property is excellent. The liquid-permeable surface sheet 11 is wound around the side edge of the absorbent body 13 and extends to the back surface side of the absorbent body 13.

The leak-proof sheet 12 that covers the back surface side (non-skin contact surface side) of the absorbent body 13 is made of a liquid-impervious plastic sheet such as polyethylene or polypropylene. Those are preferably used. This water-impervious / breathable sheet is a microporous sheet obtained by, for example, melt-kneading an inorganic filler in an olefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene to form a sheet, and then stretching in a uniaxial or biaxial direction. If the sheet thickness is the same, the rigidity is lower than that of the non-porous sheet, which is superior in terms of flexibility.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, the gathered nonwoven fabric 15 that forms the three-dimensional gathered BS is a nonwoven fabric made into a double sheet by folding, and the side edges of the absorbent body 13 that is wound up by the liquid-permeable surface sheet 11. The part is further wound up from the upper side and extends to the back surface side of the absorbent body 13 to be bonded. More specifically, the gathered nonwoven fabric 15 has a three-dimensional gather BS forming portion at the middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the paper diaper, and a range from the middle portion in the width direction to the back side of the absorbent body 13 is bonded by a hot melt adhesive or the like. Further, at the front and rear end portions in the longitudinal direction, the section from the intermediate portion in the width direction to the one side end edge is bonded in a range extending to the back surface side of the absorber 13, and the portion forming the three-dimensional gather BS is the absorber. While being folded at the upper surface portion of 13, it is bonded by a hot melt adhesive or the like.

In the gathered nonwoven fabric 15 formed of the double sheet nonwoven fabric, a plurality of thread-like elastic elastic members 16, 16,... As shown in FIG. 4 (B), the thread-like elastic stretchable members 16, 16... Are used to form a three-dimensional gather BS by raising a non-woven fabric portion protruding from the absorber side edge portion by elastic stretch force. Is.

The leak-proof sheet 12 enters into the double sheet-like gathered nonwoven fabric 15 and constitutes a leak-proof wall on the lower end side of the three-dimensional gather BS as shown in FIG. As the leak-proof sheet 12, it is desirable to use an opaque sheet so as not to cause browning such as defecation and urine. As the opacification, a plastic film and a pigment and filler such as calcium carbonate, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, white carbon, clay, talc and barium sulfate are preferably used.

As the thread-like elastic stretchable member 16, materials such as styrene rubber, olefin rubber, urethane rubber, ester rubber, polyurethane, polyethylene, polystyrene, styrene butadiene, silicon, polyester, and the like that are usually used can be used. In order to make it difficult to see from the outside, it is preferable that the thickness is 925 dtex or less, the tension is 150 to 350%, and the interval is 7.0 mm or less. Instead of the thread-like elastic elastic member, a tape-like elastic elastic member having a certain width may be used.

In the same manner as the liquid-permeable surface sheet 11, the material fiber constituting the gathered nonwoven fabric 15 is not limited to synthetic fibers such as polyethylene or polypropylene, such as olefins, polyesters, and polyamides, but also regenerated fibers such as rayon and cupra, Non-woven fabric obtained by an appropriate processing method such as a spunbond method, a thermal bond method, a melt blown method, a needle punch method, etc. can be used. It is preferable to use a non-woven fabric with a low basis weight and excellent air permeability. Further, with respect to the gathered nonwoven fabric 15, in order to prevent the transmission of urine and the like, to prevent fogging and to improve the feel to the skin (dry feeling), a silicon-based, paraffin-metal-based, alkylchromic chromoid-based water repellent It is desirable to use a water-repellent non-woven fabric coated with such as.

(Structure of exterior sheet 20)
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the exterior sheet 20 is a non-woven sheet having a two-layer structure including an upper layer nonwoven fabric 20 </ b> A and a lower layer nonwoven fabric 20 </ b> B, and various elastic elastic members between the upper layer nonwoven fabric 20 </ b> A and the lower layer nonwoven fabric 20 </ b> B. Is provided and is provided with elasticity. The planar shape forms a pseudo hourglass shape as a whole by the concave leg-around cut lines 29 formed to form leg openings on both sides of the middle.

In the exterior sheet 20 according to the present invention, as the elastic elastic member, in the developed shape shown in FIG. 5, waist elastic elastic members 24, 24... The back body B has a plurality of waist elastic elastic member groups 25, 25,... Arranged in the horizontal direction at intervals in the vertical direction, and each of the front body F and the back body B has the waist In addition to the rotational elastic members 25, 25..., The front body and the back body extend from the one side joint edge joining the front body F and the back body B to the crotch side and cross the absorbent main body 10 on the crotch side. And a plurality of curved elastic elastic member groups 26, 28,... Arranged at intervals without crossing each other. The curved elastic elastic member groups 26, 28, ... are cut by the absorbent main body 10 and are discontinuous. Further, in the exterior sheet 20, a so-called leg-hole elastic elastic member that is substantially continuous along the leg-cut line 29 is not provided.

Hereinafter, each of the various elastic elastic members will be described in detail.

The waist elastic elastic members 24, 24... Are arranged in the vertical direction in the vicinity of the waist opening edge in the range of the side joint edges 21 and 22 where the front body F and the back body B are joined. A plurality of thread rubber-like elastic elastic members that are attached to the body by applying an elastic force to tighten around the waist of the body. As the waist elastic elastic member 24, thread rubber is used in the illustrated example. However, for example, a tape-like elastic member may be used.

The waist elastic elastic member groups 25, 25... Are arranged in the horizontal direction at intervals in the vertical direction over the range from the upper part to the lower part of the side joint edges 21, 22. It is a rubber-like elastic expansion / contraction member, which applies a horizontal expansion / contraction force to the waist portions of the front body F and the back body B, respectively, to bring the paper diaper into close contact with the body. The boundary between the waist elastic elastic members 24, 24 ... and the waist elastic elastic members 25, 25 ... is not necessarily clear. For example, even if the number of elastic elastic members arranged in the horizontal direction with an interval in the vertical direction on the front body F and the back body B cannot be specified, some on the upper side are elastic waist elastic members. It suffices that the remaining elastic elastic members function as waist elastic elastic members.

In the back body B, the dorsal curved elastic elastic member groups 26, 26... Arranged separately from the waist elastic elastic member groups 25, 25. A plurality of parts extending to the crotch portion along the line 29 and arranged so as to reach the other side side joint edge 22 while crossing the absorbent main body 10 and substantially along the opposite leg circumference cut line 29. In the illustrated example, there are nine elastic rubber-like elastic elastic members, and the dorsal curved elastic elastic member groups 26, 26,... Are arranged at intervals without crossing each other, and then the absorber 13 is contracted. In order to prevent this, the dorsal curved elastic elastic member groups 26, 26... Are cut and discontinuous on the absorbent main body 10.

Discontinuity of the curved elastic elastic members 26 (and a later-described ventral elastic elastic member 28) is opposed to the embossing cutter roll after various elastic elastic members are arranged on the exterior sheet 20 by a known method described later. A method of passing an exterior sheet between the rolls and finely cutting the curved elastic members 26, 28, etc. existing in a rectangular range (range X in the figure) by pressing or heating with the embossing cutter roll. According to. This will be further described later.

As will be described later, in order to maintain the flexibility of the exterior sheet 20, the curved elastic elastic member groups 26, 26... (And a later-described ventral elastic elastic member 28...) Are at least crossed on the absorbent main body 10. In the region, the outer sheet 20 is fixed by an adhesive applied so as to form a plurality of rows along the horizontal direction with a space in the vertical direction. By setting the ratio of the width and the separation width in the adhesive interval width direction between the curved elastic elastic members 26, 26 (and the later-described ventral elastic elastic members 28, etc.) to be substantially an integer multiple, The members 26, 26... (And the later-described ventral elastic elastic members 28, 28...) On the absorbent main body 10 along a line along the diaper longitudinal direction (the side edge of the cutting region X is a substantial cutting line). Each curved bullet when cut with Elastic members 26, 26 (and below the ventral resilient and elastic members 28, 28 ...) is adapted to a fixed point substantially the same line on the diaper longitudinal direction. This point will also be described later.

The dorsal curved elastic elastic member groups 26, 26,... Are different in arrangement from conventional leg-hole elastic elastic members. That is, about two or three elastic expansion and contraction members are not arranged substantially as a bundle with a close interval, but at a predetermined interval so as to form a predetermined expansion and contraction zone, five or more, Preferably, seven or more are disposed, and the entire substantially triangular region Trb of the exterior sheet 20 surrounded by the side edge of the exterior sheet 20, the absorbent main body 10, and the waist elastic elastic member groups 25, 25,. It is formed to cover almost. Therefore, in the substantially triangular region Trb, the dorsal elastic elastic members 26, 26,... Are contracted almost uniformly, so that the inside of the substantially triangular region Trb swells to form a pocket-like space. There is no end. If there is no pocket-like space on the inside of the diaper (exterior sheet) that hinders wearing, when the wearer takes off the pants-type disposable diaper, the toes and heels are less likely to get caught inside the pants. It becomes easy to wear the exterior sheet of a disposable diaper. Further, the substantially triangular region Trb in the exterior sheet 20 is covered and contracted by the curved elastic elastic members 26, 26..., So that the exterior sheet 20 is fitted in accordance with the shape of the body unevenness or bulge. Can be expanded and contracted. That is, on the rear body B side of the diaper 1, the exterior sheet 20 can be brought into close contact with the buttocks of the body.

In addition, the start and end of the dorsal curved elastic elastic member groups 26, 26... Are connected at a predetermined interval from the upper part to the lower part of the joining edge of the front body F and the rear body B, and the absorbent main body. 10 at the intersection with the side edge, the acute angle intersection angle α between the dorsal curved elastic elastic member group 26, 26... And the side edge of the absorbent main body 10 is 35 ° or more, preferably 40 ° or more, more preferably They are arranged in an arrangement pattern of 45 ° or more. Incidentally, in the example of illustration, it arrange | positions so that the crossing angle (alpha) may be around 47 degrees. The crossing angle α is preferably 60 ° or less at most from the balance between the horizontal component force and the vertical component force.

In the present diaper 1, in the back body B, in order to fit the exterior sheet 20 corresponding to the bulge shape of the buttock, the stretch force is applied in a direction along the bulge of the buttock as much as possible at a relatively gentle inclination angle. The elastic elastic member groups 26, 26,... Are arranged. As shown in the illustrated example, if the elastic members 26, 26,... 73% can be applied as a horizontal component force, and the exterior sheet 20 can be brought into close contact with the body so as to wrap the buttocks. As a result, the absorptive main body 10 is not contracted to the center side, and the leak prevention effect is enhanced by securely contacting the absorbent body 10 with the body.

On the other hand, in the front body of the exterior sheet 20, the abdomen curved elastic elastic member groups 28, 28... Arranged separately from the waist elastic elastic member groups 25, 25. It extends to the crotch part along the leg circumference cut line 29, crosses over the absorbent main body 10 and reaches the other side side joint edge 21 along the opposite leg circumference cut line 29 and intersects. The nine elastic elastic members in the illustrated example are arranged at intervals without any gap, and the ventral curved elastic elastic members 28, 28... Are arranged at intervals without crossing each other. After the arrangement, in order to prevent the absorber 13 from being contracted, it is cut and discontinuous on the absorbent main body 10 in the same manner as the dorsal curved elastic elastic member groups 26, 26.

The ventral curved elastic elastic member groups 28, 28... Are also different in arrangement from the conventional leg-hole elastic elastic members. That is, about two or three elastic expansion and contraction members are not arranged substantially as a bundle with a close interval, but at a predetermined interval so as to form a predetermined expansion and contraction zone, five or more, Preferably, seven or more are arranged, and the entire substantially triangular region Trf of the exterior sheet 20 surrounded by the side edge of the exterior sheet 20, the absorbent main body 10, and the waist elastic elastic member groups 25, 25,. It is formed to cover almost. The effect of this is as described above.

The start and end of the abdomen elastic elastic members 28, 28... Are connected at a predetermined interval over the range from the upper part to the lower part of the side joint edges 21 and 21 of the front body F and the back body B. At the intersection with the side edge of the absorbent main body 10, the acute angle crossing angle θ between the ventral curved elastic elastic member group 28, 28 ... and the side edge of the absorbent main body 10 is 30 ° or less, preferably 28 ° or less. Are arranged in an arrangement pattern. Incidentally, in the example of illustration, it arrange | positions so that crossing angle (theta) may be around 26 degrees. The crossing angle θ is preferably at least 20 ° or more from the balance of the horizontal component force and the vertical component force.

In the present paper diaper 1, since the front part of the body does not have a bulge that becomes a catch like the back buttock of the body, it is found that the slippage of the paper diaper tends to occur mainly on the front body side F In view of the above, the elastic expansion / contraction member groups 28, 28,... Are arranged with a relatively tight inclination angle, and the expansion members 28, 28,. As a result, 90% of the applied expansion / contraction force can be applied as an upward component force, and slipping of the paper diaper can be effectively prevented.

(Method for manufacturing exterior sheet 20)
Next, the manufacturing method of the exterior sheet 20 will be described in detail.

As shown in FIG. 6, the outer sheet 20 is manufactured by supplying the upper layer nonwoven fabric 20A to the upper side of the nip roller portion 30 and the lower layer nonwoven fabric 20B to the lower side, and the upper layer nonwoven fabric 20A and the lower layer nonwoven fabric 20B. Are provided with various elastic elastic members (waist elastic elastic member 24, waist elastic elastic member 25, dorsal curved elastic elastic member 26, ventral elastic elastic member 28), and the exterior sheet 20 is continuously provided. Assembled.

Here, the waist elastic elastic members 24, 24... And the waist elastic elastic members 25, 25... Are linearly introduced along the line direction, whereas the curved elastic elastic members 26, 28. Then, it is introduced into the nip roller section 30 while meandering in a curved shape by a known traverse device 32. The traverse device 32 has a holding portion of elastic elastic members 26, 28,... At the front end portion, and elastically moves the continuous web (sheets 20A, 20B) in the width direction at a calculated speed. The elastic members 26, 28, ... are arranged in a predetermined curved shape.

The waist elastic elastic member 24 and the waist elastic elastic member 25 are fixed to the sheet by applying a hot melt adhesive to the peripheral surfaces of the elastic elastic members 24, 25. To be supplied.

On the other hand, with respect to the intermediate zone M between the waist elastic elastic members 25, 25 ... of the front body and the waist elastic elastic members 25, 25 ... of the back body, at least one side of the upper nonwoven fabric 20A and the lower nonwoven fabric 20B. In the illustrated example, the lower-layer nonwoven fabric 20B is bead-coated by the coater 33 so as to form a plurality of rows along the horizontal direction at intervals in the vertical direction, and the curved elastic elastic members 26, 28,. In the intermediate zone M, it is fixed by a hot melt adhesive applied to the lower layer nonwoven fabric 20B.

In order to cut the curved elastic elastic members 26, 28,... On the absorbent main body 10 and make them discontinuous, JP-A-2002-35029, JP-A-2002-178428, and JP-A-2002-273808 The described cutting method is preferably employed. The elastic stretchable member cutting method described in the publication basically has a plurality of convex portions arranged on the surface after manufacturing a laminated sheet 20 ′ to be the exterior sheet 20, as shown in FIG. The laminated sheet 20 ′ is passed between an embossed heat roll 34 and an opposing roll 35 opposite to the embossed heat roll 34, and the curved elastic elastic members 26, 28,. It cut | disconnects by at least one of the pressurization between 34 convex parts and the opposing roll 35, and a heating. Note that the X region in FIGS. 5 and 6B shows the cutting range.

As shown in FIG. 7 (a), the opposing roll 35 is preferably separated from the embossed heat roll 34 so as to contact only the embossed portion 34a of the embossed heat roll 34. As shown in (B), when the embossed portion 34a is lowered, it comes into contact with the opposing roll 35. In addition, on the surface of the embossed portion 34a, small convex portions 40 to 43 as exemplified in FIG. 8 are further formed in the defined region 34b in a substantially hourglass shape. The front end surface of .about.43 comes into contact with the opposing roll 35. FIG.

Examples of preferred emboss patterns are shown in FIGS. 8 (a) and 8 (b). FIG. 8A shows an emboss pattern in which a plurality of linear convex portions are arranged in a staggered manner. A row of convex portions arranged by arranging linear convex portions 40 of length S1 and width W1 in the axial direction (black arrow direction) of the embossing heat roll 34 with a distance D1 and the same length B1 as the convex portions 40 , The width W1 of the convex portions 41, 41 in the circumferential direction of the embossed heat roll 34 (in the direction of the white arrow) is spaced from the convex portion 40 by a distance M1, and the lengthwise center line of the convex portion 41 is 2 / It is constituted by a pattern in which convex row groups arranged so as to pass through the points of D1 are alternately repeated. FIG. 8B shows a pattern in which rhombic convex portions are arranged in a staggered manner. A row of convex portions arranged such that the rhombic convex portions 42, 42 of the major axis B2 and the minor axis W2 are arranged in the axial direction (black arrow direction) of the embossed heat roll 34 with a distance D2 and the same as the convex portion 42 The rhombus-shaped convex portions 43, 43 are in the circumferential surface direction of the embossed heat roll 34 (in the direction of the white arrow), the convex portion 42 is separated from the distance M2, and the short axis of the convex portion 42 corresponds to a point of 2 / D2. The pattern of the convex part group arrange | positioned so that it may consist of the pattern which repeated alternately.

The length B1 of the linear protrusion and the long axis B2 of the rhombus are preferably in the range of 1 to 25 mm, more preferably 5 to 25 mm. Further, it is preferable that the distances D1 and B1 between the adjacent convex portions are the same or B1 is longer. Because of the staggered arrangement, the elastic member positioned between the convex portions 40 can be reliably cut by the convex portions 41. Similarly, in D2 and B2, it is preferable that D2 ≦ B2. If B1 or B2 is shorter than 1 mm, the elastic member may not be cut in some cases. If it is longer than 25 mm, the area of the seal portion becomes too large. The touch may be worse. Therefore, the range of D1 and D2 is also preferably in the range of 1 to 25 mm, and D1 is more preferably 3 to 25 mm. When the convex part is a rhombus, if the corners of the convex parts adjacent to each other in the roll circumferential direction overlap only slightly when viewed from the direction in which the elastic member is attached, the elastic member may escape from the seal part and cannot be cut. D2 is more preferably 3 to 10 mm.

The width W1 of the linear protrusion and the short axis W2 of the rhombus are preferably 0.5 to 15 mm. If it is thinner than 0.5 mm, the elastic member may not be cut. If it is thicker than 15 mm, the area of the seal portion becomes too large, and the feeling of touch may deteriorate. For W2, the lower limit is more preferably 1 mm or more.

The distance between the rows of the convex group is not particularly limited, but M1 or M2 is preferably 5 to 25 mm. The shape of the convex portion is not limited to the above-mentioned linear shape and rhombus shape, but can be applied to diagonal lines, circular shapes, triangular shapes, star shapes, other polygonal shapes, and the like. It can also be changed according to each row of convex portions.

In this disposable diaper, when the curved elastic elastic members 26, 28, ... are cut and discontinuous on the absorbent main body 10, the fixed points of the curved elastic elastic members 26, 28, ... are in the longitudinal direction of the diaper. in order to be substantially aligned on the same straight line, as shown in FIG. 9, a gap width S 1 of the adhesive, the curved elastically extensible members 26 ..., 28 ... adhesive spacing width direction of the spacing width between substantially integral multiple ratio of the S 2, is set to 1x in the illustrated example. Then, the intersection (circled portion) between the adhesive line and the curved elastic elastic members 26, 28,... Is regulated at a fixed position in the diaper longitudinal direction, and therefore absorbs the curved elastic elastic members 26, 28,. Assuming that the elastic elastic members 26, 28,... Are fixed at substantially the same straight line (fixed point line L) in the longitudinal direction of the diaper. Become.

If Shimese some other embodiments, for example, FIG. 10 (A) is said to the interval width S 1 of the adhesive curved resilient and elastic members 26 ..., 28 ... between the spaced width S 2 of the adhesive spacing width direction This is an example when the ratio is set to almost double. Further, the adhesive line is not limited to a linear bead, and as shown in FIG. 10 (B), each adhesive line may be applied in a spiral shape and applied in a plurality of rows as a whole. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 10 (C), each adhesive line may be applied in a wave shape by summit spraying, and may be applied in a plurality of rows as a whole.

(Assembling paper diapers)
As shown in FIG. 2, the absorbent main body 10 and the exterior sheet 20 are integrally bonded to the upper surface side of the exterior sheet 20 by an adhesive such as hot melt. And the absorptive main body 10 and the exterior sheet | seat 20 are folded up in the front-back direction, and the both sides are mutually assembled by heat welding or a hot-melt-adhesive etc., and it assembles into a pants-type paper diaper.
