本発明者等は係る課題を解決するために鋭意研究したところ、重水素減少水(スーパーライトウォーター)を布おしぼりの洗浄、消毒に使用し、紙おしぼりは濡れた状態の保持に重水素減少水(スーパーライトウォーター)と消毒薬を使用する方法を開発して、本発明を提供するものである。
