<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a user is not recognized to be the same person when the same user makes reservation by different units (portable telephone set, browser and the like) and they are authenticated as different reservation information if the user is identified at every unit used at the time of reservation although a system where a broadcast program is selected and it is recorded by using the portable telephone set and the like exists in a conventional case. <P>SOLUTION: A system where ID and a password are registered at every user and the program can be recorded while the individual is specified is provided. Since reservation of the individual can be specified, reservation is realized by a plurality of persons from the same portable telephone set. 本発明は録画装置、録画メールサーバ装置、及び、録画希望出力装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から、携帯電話、あるいは、ブラウザ等を利用して、放送番組を選択して録画を行うシステムはある（特許文献１参照。）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、予約の際に用いる機器ごとにユーザを識別する場合には、同一のユーザが異なる機器（携帯電話、ブラウザ等）で予約を行った場合に、ユーザが同一人物であることは認識されず、別個の予約情報として、認証される。また、同一の機器を用いて異なるユーザが予約を行った場合にも、ユーザが別の人物であることは認識されない。そのため、重複する予約が適切に対処できない等の課題が生じる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明では、この課題を解決するために、ユーザごとに、ＩＤを登録しておき、個人を特定しながら番組の録画を行うことができるシステムを提案する。これにより個人の予約が特定できるので、携帯電話から行った予約をブラウザから削除する等の処理が可能となり、また、同一の携帯電話等から複数人で予約を行うことも可能となる。

また、個人の特定の他に、録画機器の特定もできる。したがって、ユーザは複数の録画機器の中から任意に選択して録画予約できるため、時間が重複した予約や、録画媒体の録画可能残量不足を認識し、解決する処理を行うことができる。このとき、録画機器の機種ごとに用意される入力画面の指示に従うことで、簡易かつ適切に録画希望番組情報を入力することができる。

実施形態１について説明する。本実施形態は、録画予約メールに基づいて放送番組の録画を行う録画装置である。

図１は、本実施形態の概念の一例を示すものである。利用者Ａが、録画希望出力端末装置を用いて、自宅の録画装置に録画予約メールを送信する場面を示したものである。利用者Ａは自身の録画希望出力端末装置（携帯電話等）に、録画予約メールサーバ装置から放送番組表を取得し、それに基づいて録画を希望する番組の情報を返す。録画希望情報を受けた録画予約メールサーバ装置は、利用者Ａの自宅等に設置された録画装置に対して録画の予約のためのメールを送信する（録画希望出力端末装置と、録画予約メールサーバ装置については後述する。）。録画予約メールを受けた録画装置は、その録画の予約情報に基づいて、録画を行う。これにより、利用者は外出先からでも容易に録画装置へ放送番組の録画予約ができ、便利である。

図６は、録画希望情報から生成する録画予約情報と、録画予約情報を含む録画予約メールの具体例を示した。録画希望情報は、利用者が録画を希望する番組の情報であり、ここでは、放送局のコード、放送日時、放送開始時間、放送時間、番組のタイトルにより構成されている。録画希望情報のうち、記録媒体や、利用者の都合により、一部の番組のみを録画予約情報とする場合もある。今、利用者の選択により、「名作ドラマ」の録画予約はせずに、「ニュース＆スポーツ」だけを録画予約することとした。この場合、「ニュース＆スポーツ」についての録画予約情報が生成される。さらに、この録画予約情報に宛先のメールアドレスなどを付加することにより、録画予約メールが生成できる。録画希望出力端末装置から録画装置に対する録画予約を、録画予約メールサーバ装置を介して行うことで、録画装置の各機種に対応する録画予約メールを生成することができるという利点がある。
