Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0019】
受付部202は、第1ユーザによる発呼を受け付け、例えばvoiceXML(extensible Markup Language)技術、CTI(Computer Telephony Integration)技術などを利用して、会話形式で第1ユーザの応対を行う。
【0037】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an e-mail technology, and particularly to an e-mail address registration technology.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, the number of users who use e-mail has been reduced due to the lower prices of personal computers and mobile phones (hereinafter simply referred to as "terminal devices"), the development of network technology using these devices, and the enhancement of the infrastructure of the network environment. Are increasing rapidly. In general, electronic mail does not require human intervention like mail, so that messages can be transmitted and received in a short time. Further, since the e-mail is stored in the mail server or the user's terminal device, the sender can transmit the message at his own convenience, and the receiver can refer to the message at his own convenience. Further, the e-mail can be attached with any file such as a still image, a moving image, a data file created by a predetermined application, and a program. As described above, e-mail has characteristics different from communication tools such as telephone, mail, and facsimile, and thus is widely used not only in business situations but also in private. As a technique using such an e-mail, there is one that automatically registers a homepage address described in the body of the e-mail (Patent Document 1).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The communication speed in the network increases with the progress of infrastructure development, and communication of several hundred Mbps using optical fibers will be possible in the future. In addition, since the development of data compression technology can also be expected, it is expected that video mail will become popular. The video mail is for transmitting an electronic mail with moving image data attached to a predetermined address, and the user may speak a message to the camera. As a result, for example, a user who is not good at inputting a sentence using a keyboard, or a user who has a hand or arm disorder, can easily send a message. However, in order to newly transmit a video mail, it is necessary to input an e-mail address of a transmission destination, and this operation requires a keyboard operation.
[0005]
The present inventor has focused on such points and made the present invention, and its purpose is to facilitate the registration of an e-mail address, to minimize the keyboard operation that occurs with the creation of an e-mail, An object of the present invention is to provide an e-mail device that is easy to operate.
