【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、環境改善証書および／または環境改善証書付き商品（技術を含む）を、通信ネットワークを介して取引きする電子商取引方法と装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、地球環境や生活環境を保護・改善するため、その保護・改善に資する技術や商品の開発が奨励されている。この開発をより一層奨励するため、開発技術や開発商品に対し、公的機関が、法律（例えば、新エネルギー調達法、グリーン購入法）に基づいて、環境の保護・改善に資する付加価値の高い技術または商品であることを認証する証書を発行する制度がある。

例えば、環境に対する影響が大きい電力事業分野においては、環境の保護・改善に対する貢献度を評価して評価証明を発行するシステムと、その評価証明を有価物として売買する流通システムが提案されている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

これらのシステムにより、発電事業者の環境保護・改善に対する意識や、同じく、電力消費者の環境保護・改善に対する意識が啓蒙され、該意識が向上するとともに、環境の保護・改善に資する付加価値の高い発電技術の開発と、このような発電技術で発電された電力の優先的な消費を促進することができる。

環境の保護・改善がグローバルな技術課題として位置づけられている現在、環境の保護・改善に対する意識の啓蒙・向上は、発電事業者や電力消費者に限られず、広く、環境に何らかの負荷を与える他の技術分野や事業分野においても、強く求められるものである。

そのためには、広汎な技術分野において、環境の保護・改善に資する付加価値を認証して証書を発行する制度の普及・活用を図ることは勿論のこと、さらに、該証書、および／または、同書付き技術（商品）の普及・流通を図ることが必要である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、環境の保護・改善に資する付加価値の高い技術（商品）の一層の開発と普及・流通を図るため、環境の保護・改善に資する技術（商品）を、環境の保護・改善に資する付加価値の高い技術（商品）として認証する環境改善証書（以下「環境改善証書」という。）、および／または、同環境改善証書付き技術（商品）を、通信ネットワークを介して取引きする電子商取引方法と装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
近年、各種の技術分野や事業分野においては、インターネットなどの通信ネットワークを介して、グローバルにかつ迅速に商取引を行うことが普及しているが、本発明者は、この商取引を、環境改善証書、および／または、環境改善証書付きの技術や商品（以下、技術も含めて「商品」という。）の普及・流通に適用すれば、それらの商取引を活発化するとともに、環境の改善・保護に対する意識の啓蒙・向上にも貢献するとの発想のもとに、具体的な商取引方法および装置を検討した。

本発明は、上記検討の結果なされたもので、その要旨とするところは、次のとおりである。
【００１１】
（１） サプライヤーの端末機器、バイヤーの端末機器、および、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器を通信ネットワークで結び、環境改善証書および／または環境改善証書付き商品を、通信ネットワークを介して取引きする電子商取引方法において、
（ａ）サプライヤーは、端末機器から、環境改善証書に係る証書情報、および／または、環境改善証書付き商品に係る証書付き商品情報を、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器に送信し、
（ｂ）証書・商品取引センターは、証書情報および／または証書付き商品情報を、端末機器の証書・証書付き商品情報記憶・蓄積手段に記憶・蓄積し、
（ｃ）バイヤーは、
（ｃ１）端末機器から、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器の証書・証書付き商品情報記憶・蓄積手段に記憶・蓄積されている証書情報および／または証書付き商品情報を求める証書・証書付き商品情報要求情報を、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器へ送信し、
（ｃ２）環境改善証書および／または環境改善証書付き商品を購入する時、環境改善証書および／または環境改善証書付き商品を購入する旨の証書・証書付き商品購入希望情報を、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器を介してサプライヤーの端末機器に送信し、
（ｄ）サプライヤーは、証書・証書付き商品購入希望情報に応答して、環境改善証書および／または環境改善証書付き商品を販売する時、環境改善証書および／または環境改善証書付き商品を販売する旨の証書・証書付き商品販売同意情報を、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器を介してバイヤーの端末機器に送信する、
ことを特徴とする環境改善証書および／または環境改善証書付き商品の電子商取引方法。

（２） サプライヤーの端末機器、バイヤーの端末機器、および、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器を通信ネットワークで結び、環境改善証書および／または環境改善証書付き商品を、通信ネットワークを介して取引きする電子商取引方法において、
（ａ）サプライヤーは、端末機器から、環境改善証書に係る証書情報、および／または、環境改善証書付き商品に係る証書付き商品情報を、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器に送信し、
（ｂ）証書・商品取引センターは、証書情報および／または証書付き商品情報を、端末機器の証書・証書付き商品情報記憶・蓄積手段に記憶・蓄積し、
（ｃ）バイヤーは、端末機器から、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器の証書・証書付き商品情報記憶・蓄積手段に記憶・蓄積されている証書情報および／または証書付き商品情報に関して問い合わせる証書・証書付き商品情報問合せ情報を、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器へ送信し、
（ｄ）証書・商品取引センターは、証書・証書付き商品情報問合せ情報に回答する証書・証書付き商品情報問合せ回答情報を、バイヤーの端末機器に送信し、
（ｅ）バイヤーは、環境改善証書および／または環境改善証書付き商品を購入する時、環境改善証書および／または環境改善証書付き商品を購入する旨の証書・証書付き商品購入希望情報を、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器を介してサプライヤーの端末機器に送信し、
（ｆ）サプライヤーは、証書・証書付き商品購入希望情報に応答して、環境改善証書および／または環境改善証書付き商品を販売する時、環境改善証書および／または環境改善証書付き商品を販売する旨の証書・証書付き商品販売同意情報を、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器を介してバイヤーの端末機器に送信する、
ことを特徴とする環境改善証書および／または環境改善証書付き商品の電子商取引方法。

（３） 前記証書・商品取引センターは、さらに、環境改善証書および／または環境改善証書付き商品の売買実績を、証書・証書付き商品売買実績情報として、端末機器の売買実績情報記憶・蓄積手段に記憶・蓄積するとともに、サプライヤーまたはバイヤーが端末機器から送信する証書・証書付き商品売買実績情報を求める売買実績情報要求情報に応じ、証書・証書付き商品売買実績情報を、端末機器からサプライヤーまたはバイヤーの端末機器に送信することを特徴とする前記（１）または（２）に記載の環境改善証書および／または環境改善証書付き商品の電子商取引方法。

（ａ）サプライヤーが、環境改善証書に係る証書情報、および／または、環境改善証書付き商品に係る証書付き商品情報を、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器へ送信する送信手段、
（ｂ）証書情報および／または証書付き商品情報を受信して記憶・蓄積する証書・証書付き商品情報記憶・蓄積手段、
（ｃ）（ｃ１）バイヤーが、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器の証書・証書付き商品情報記憶・蓄積手段に記憶・蓄積されている証書情報および／または証書付き商品情報を求める証書・証書付き商品情報要求情報を、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器へ送信する送信手段、および、

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明について、図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。図１に、本発明の通信ネットワーク構造を示す。

サプライヤーの端末機器Ｓｉ（ｉ＝１…ｍ）、バイヤーの端末機器Ｂｉ（ｉ＝１…ｎ）、および、証書・商品取引センターの各端末機器Ｃが、通信ネットワーク１で結ばれている。

なお、実際に、サプライヤ−（Ｂｉ）とバイヤー（Ｂｉ）は、場合により立場が入れ替わるものであるから、特に区別する必要はないが、本発明を説明するため、便宜上区別して、図１に示した。

本発明で扱う商品は、競争原理が働く市場で取引きされる商品か、または、インフラストラクチャーを経て一般消費者に販売・供給される商品である。

なかでも、エネルギーを多量に消費し、環境への負荷が大きい技術分野や事業分野における商品が好ましい。

例えば、エネルギーを多量に消費して製造される鋼材（競争原理が働く市場で取引きされる商品）や、または、インフラストラクチャーを経て一般消費者に販売・供給される商品では、消費者が多量に消費すると環境への負荷が増大する電力が好ましい。

環境改善証書は、公的機関、公的機関に準ずる機関、または、公的機関が指定する機関が、環境の保護・改善のために開発された商品に対し、その環境の保護・改善に資する程度（付加価値）を証明する証書として発行したものであればよい。

また、特定技術分野または特定事業分野に属する民間企業で構成する団体が発行する環境改善証書でも、民間企業が商取引の対象とする限りにおいて、本発明においても、商取引の対象とする。

本発明において、証書情報は、所定の商品において、環境の保護・改善に対する付加価値を証明する情報であるが、所定の商品と切り離されて、独立して市場で取引きされている情報である。それ故、証書情報は、上記付加価値を証明する情報の他、これまでの売買履歴を含む情報である。

また、証書付き商品情報は、上記証書情報が添付されている商品に係る情報であり、商品の売買履歴をも含む情報である。そして、証書付き商品情報においては、証書情報が切り離されて取引の対象となることがある。

（ａ）サプライヤーが、環境改善証書に係る証書情報、および／または、環境改善証書付き商品に係る証書付き商品情報を、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器へ送信する送信手段、
（ｂ）証書情報および／または証書付き商品情報を受信して記憶・蓄積する証書・証書付き商品情報記憶・蓄積手段、
（ｃ）（ｃ１）バイヤーが、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器の証書・証書付き商品情報記憶・蓄積手段に記憶・蓄積されている証書情報および／または証書付き商品情報を求める証書・証書付き商品情報要求情報を、証書・商品取引センターの端末機器へ送信する送信手段、および、
