従来、プロジェクター等の投影装置によりスクリーンに映像を映し出してプレゼンテーションを行う場合、プレゼンターと、スクリーンの映像を切換えるためにプロジェクターを操作する人と2人で行う場合と、プレゼンターがプロジェクターの傍で操作しながらプレゼンテーションを行う方法が採られている。しかし前者の場合はプレゼンテーションのプレゼンターの説明と映像の切換えのタイミングが難しく、後者の場合はスクリーン上の映像を指し示す場合にプロジェクターとスクリーンの間を往来しなければならないという問題があった。

又、近年ラップトップ型のパソコンとプロジェクターを接続し、プレゼンテーションを行う場合があるが、前述した問題とパソコンをプレゼンターの傍に置くスペースが必要で,プレゼンターの行動範囲が制限され、パフォーマンス性に乏しい従来のプレゼンテーションのスタイルから抜け出せないでいた。

そこで、本発明は、携帯型の遠隔操作手段により、スクリーン上の映像切換えの遠隔操作と要部の指摘を円滑に行うことが出来る遠隔操作プレゼンテーションシステムを提供することを課題とするものである。

本発明は、上記の課題を解決するためになされたもので、スクリーンに映像を投影する投影手段と、前記投影手段を制御する制御手段と、前記制御手段を無線により遠隔操作する遠隔操作手段とから成り、前記遠隔操作手段にレーザーポインタを備えたことを特徴とする遠隔操作プレゼンテーションシステムである。

図1は、本発明の一実施例を示す概略説明図で、1はスクリーン2に映像3を投影するプロジェクターで、USB等の通信ケーブル4でホストPC5と接続されている。6はレーザーポインタ内蔵のリモコン、7はホストPCのPCカードスロットに接続されているPCカード型の受信機である。

リモコン6はトラックボール等のインターフェースを内蔵しており、受信機7とはIEEE802.11やブルートゥース又は赤外線等の無線によって通信を行う。スクリーン2に投影された映像3はホストPC5に保存された画像データをホストPC5にインストールされたソフトフェアによりプロジェクター1によって投影され、そのソフトウエアはリモコン6によって操作される。リモコン6はレーザーポインタを内蔵しているのでレーザー光8により映像3を指し示めしつつ、映像3の切換えを行うことができる。

以上説明したように、本発明によれば、スクリーン2の映像を携帯型の操作装置、即ちリモコン6で切換えることができるため、任意の位置でプレゼンターがプレゼンテーションを行うことができ、プレゼンターの行動範囲が自由になり、会場内で自由に動き回ることが出来るので、プレゼンテーション効果を向上させることが出来る。
