確定する施工物件標準化情報を作成し、ネットワークを
含む通信手段を介して少なくとも社外の特定の契約業者
群に向けて公開、提示又は送出し、各者においてそれぞ
れ共通の施工物件標準化情報に基づく施工見積作成を募
り、各応募見積価格について前記標準工事価格データと
の差異を一定の査定基準で指数評価し、当該工事に係る
予算策定を適正又は合理的に推進して意思決定に反映さ
せるようにしたことを特徴とする工事予算策定方法。

準工事価格データとの差異を一定の査定基準で指数評価
し、当該工事に係る予算策定をおこなうためのコスト評
価手段を具備し、当該工事に係る予算策定を適正又は合
理的に推進して意思決定に反映させるようにしたことを
