Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately hold and fix the intervals among an upper case, a planar antenna element, and a ground plate at regular intervals in a planar antenna. SOLUTION: A plurality of small protrusions 21 having stepped parts for fixing a planar antenna element 12 with regular intervals are arranged at the central site of the backside of an upper case 16 of a planar antenna 11, and the planar antenna 12 in which small holes are opened at parts corresponding to the small protrusions 21 is fixed so that the small holes can be fit into the small protrusions 21. A plurality of large protrusions 22 having stepped parts are arranged near the peripheral part of the backside of the upper case 16 for arranging a ground plane 13 at regular intervals from the planar antenna 12, and the ground plane 13 in which holes are opened at parts corresponding to the large protrusions 22 is fixed so that the holes can be fit into the large protrusions 22. Thus, it is possible to assembly the planar antenna by maintaining the regular intervals among the upper case 16 and the planar antennal element 12 and the ground plane 13.

[0004] In order to obtain the planar antenna characteristics efficiently, it is necessary to precisely maintain a predetermined distance between the upper case and the ground plane. In this case, the planar antenna element does not have a predetermined interval with respect to the upper case, and a ground plane to be disposed at a predetermined interval in parallel with the planar antenna element is also provided in the upper case. And the lower case is fitted and fixed at the joint portion, so that there is a difficulty in obtaining dimensional accuracy during molding of the upper case and the lower case, and
The work of assembling the planar antenna element and the ground plane may be difficult in view of the above-described problem of accuracy.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been proposed to achieve the above-mentioned object, and a planar antenna element formed of a square or circular metal plate is arranged in parallel with a ground plane. A feed conductor is arranged between the element and the ground plane, a center conductor of a coaxial line is connected to one end of the feed conductor to feed power to the planar antenna element, and an outer conductor of the coaxial line is connected to the ground plane. In a planar antenna configured to supply power to a planar antenna element through an antenna cord of a coaxial line by electromagnetic coupling, the planar antenna element has a predetermined interval at a central portion on the back surface of an upper case of the planar antenna. A plurality of small protrusions having steps for fixing the same, and further, the flat antenna element having a small hole perforated at a position corresponding to the small protrusion, The hole is fitted and fixed to the small projections,
In order to arrange the ground plane at a predetermined interval from the planar antenna element, a plurality of large projections having a step are provided near the periphery of the rear surface of the upper case, and holes are formed at positions corresponding to the large projections. By fixing the ground plane with the holes to the large projections and fixing the holes, the space between the upper case, the planar antenna element, and the ground plane can be maintained at a predetermined distance so that the ground plane can be assembled. It is intended to provide a structured planar antenna.

As described in detail in the above embodiment, the present invention provides a small protrusion for fixing a planar antenna element at a substantially central portion on the back surface of an upper case while maintaining a predetermined distance from the upper case. A small hole provided in the planar antenna is fitted and fixed to the small projection, and has a predetermined distance from the planar antenna element, and is disposed in parallel with the planar antenna element. The ground plane is fixed by fitting a hole formed in the vicinity of the periphery of the ground plane into a large projection protruding in the vicinity of the periphery of the back surface of the upper case. The arrangement and assembly are very easy and accurate. In this way, it is an invention that can exhibit the characteristics as a planar antenna efficiently, thereby contributing to quality improvement and cost reduction.

1. A planar antenna element made of a square or circular metal plate is arranged in parallel with a ground plane, a feed conductor is arranged between the planar antenna element and the ground plane, and a coaxial line is provided at one end of the feed conductor. The center conductor is connected to feed the planar antenna element, and the outer conductor of the coaxial line is connected to the ground plane by electromagnetic coupling,
In a planar antenna configured to feed power to a planar antenna element through an antenna cord of a coaxial line, the planar antenna element is fixed at a predetermined interval to a central portion of a rear surface of an upper case of the planar antenna. A plurality of small protrusions having a step portion are provided, and the flat antenna element having a small hole formed at a position corresponding to the small protrusion is fixed by fitting the small hole to the small protrusion. In order to dispose the ground plane at a predetermined distance from the planar antenna element, a plurality of large projections having a step are provided near the periphery of the rear surface of the upper case, and a portion corresponding to the large projection is provided. A ground plane having a hole formed therein is fixed by fitting the hole into the large projection, thereby maintaining a predetermined interval between the upper case, the planar antenna element, and the ground plane. A planar antenna configured to be able to.
