Abstract

Στην παρούσα εφεύρεση παρουσιάζεται μέθοδος και σύστημα για την in vivo ανίχνευση αλλοιώσεων στα βιοχημικά ή και στα λειτουργικά χαρακτηριστικά ιστών και την χαρτογράφηση του βαθμού της αλλοίωσης των χαρακτηριστικών αυτών. Η μέθοδος βασίζεται στηνταυτόχρονη μέτρηση των χωρικών, χρονικών και φασματικών μεταβολών στα χαρακτηριστικά του επανεκπεμπόμενου από τον εξεταζόμενο ιστό φως, οι οποίες προκαλούνται με τη συστηματική χορήγηση ή την τοπική εφαρμογή ειδικών ουσιών οι οποίες ενισχύουν την οπτική αντίθεση μεταξύ φυσιολογικού και παθολογικού ιστού. Το σύστημα παρέχει την δυνατότητα καταγραφής διαδοχικών χρονικά εικόνων σε μία ή περισσότερες φασματικές περιοχές, ενώ από την επεξεργασία των μετρητικών δεδομένων, υπολογίζονται παράμετροι οι οποίες εκφράζουν τα χαρακτηριστικά της κινητικής απόκρισης του ιστού σε κάθε χωρικό σημείο της υπό ανάλυση περιοχής. Η χαρτογράφηση και ο χαρακτηρισμός της αλλοίωσης βασίζονται στις παραμέτρους αυτές. ΰ
