Ceiling or wall lining panels of perforated aluminium are formed at their sides with upturned walls 2 outwardly flanged at their edges 3, and at their ends with lips 6 arranged so that adjacent panels interfit. The lips 6 are formed on narrow upturned edges which leave a gap 5 at the corners of each panel.
