Abstract
531,570. Composite blocks. WAGERLE, K. July 26, 1939, No. 21724. Convention date, July 26, 1938. [Class 87 (i)] A building material usable also for table tops, window sills &c. consists of a basic layer of cement, gypsum, plaster of Paris, lime, wood, iron, mortar or cardboard, a second layer of moisture-resisting material such as oil emulsion on which after being dried is applied a third layer comprising a mixture of zinc oxide with fluosilicate of zinc formed into a paste with water and allowed to harden. In an example given the third layer contains also fluor spar meal and talcum and in another example cryolite and bole also. Other additions thereto may include wood meal, asbestos or. paper meal and iron. wood or wire reinforcement may be embedded therein.
