Le dispositif est une variante des matériels utilisés pour l'ostéosnthése rachidienne appuyé sur des vis l:édiculovertébraIes Introduites par vole postérieure (fig 1). Le dispositif de base est composé de 3pièces séparées (fig 2): - la pièce (A) comporte une barre (1) dont la longueur varie avec l'écart interpédiculaire. Elle dispose à sets deux extrémités d'un anneau (2) incliné selon l'orientation donnée aux vis. Ces deux anneaux disposent en leur centre d'un logement vertical (3) ouvert sur ses deux faces, visant à recevoir la partie (5) de la vis (B). La surface interne de ces logements est taillée selon le mode hexagonal ou selon toute autre forme capable de bloquer les contraintes en torsion exercées sur les deux vis lorsqu'elles sont en place. La longueur de la pièce (A) et l'orientation des vis (B) sont données par le viseur (E) (fig 5).
