Abstract

Telecommunication system consisting of a main station with a large number of radio receivers and at least one radio transmitter. The systems are interconnected by a control unit. During operation the transmitter will send a continuous train of recognition signals via the direction of the control unit. These will give an indication of the operational state of the receivers. The recognition signals generated by the control unti are in code form. If a receiver in operation receives a signal from a remote station then the associated symbols will be omitted from the recognition signals. The control unit has a separate sequence selector for each receiver.
