Abstract

Zapato resistente al agua y permeable al vapor, que comprende: - una parte de zapato inferior (11, 111, 211, 311, 411, 511), que comprende una suela (12, 112, 212, 312, 412, 512) que está perforada a través desde la superficie de pisada hacia la zona de descanso del pie, - una parte superior (13, 113, 213, 313, 413, 513), que rodea el pie completamente y comprende a su vez, desde el interior hacia el exterior: - un forro permeable al vapor o perforado (14, 114, 214, 314, 414, 514), - una membrana (15, 115, 215, 315, 415, 515), que es resistente al agua y permeable al vapor y rodea el pie completamente, - una pala permeable al vapor o perforada (16, 116, 216, 316, 416, 516), estando la parte inferior exterior (17, 117, 217, 317, 417) de dicha parte de zapato superior (13, 113, 213, 313, 413, 513), que está superpuesta sobre el área perforada de dicha suela (12, 112, 212, 312, 412, 512), constituida por una parte (15a, 115a, 215a, 315a, 415a, 515a) de dicha membrana (15, 115, 215, 315, 415, 515), estando previsto un elemento protector permeable al vapor o perforado (22, 122, 222, 322, 422, 522) para dicha parte (15a, 115a, 215a, 315a, 415a, 515a) de la membrana (15, 115, 215, 315, 415, 515) debajo de dicha parte (15a, 115a, 215a, 315a, 415a, 515a) de la membrana (15, 115, 215, 315, 415, 515) y por encima de la superficie de pisada de dicha suela (12, 112, 212, 312, 412, 512), el material dispuesto debajo de dicha parte (15a, 115a, 215a, 315a, 415a, 515a) de la membrana (15, 115, 215, 315, 415, 515) y en contacto directo con la misma siendo resistente al agua y/o no retenedor de líquidos, estando prevista una zona de sellado de agua (A, 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A) entre dicha parte (15a, 115a, 215a, 315a, 415a, 515a) de la membrana (15, 115, 215, 315, 415, 515) y dicha suela (12, 112, 212, 312, 412, 512), alrededor del área perforada de dicha suela, y separando las lengüetas de dicha pala del área perforada de dicha suela (12, 112, 212, 312, 412, 512).
