Abstract

Sistema de protección para faltas de alta impedancia en líneas de distribución eléctrica. El sistema, aplicable a una subestación de distribución con su correspondiente barra distribución (1) de la que se derivan las líneas de distribución (2), incorporando cada una de éstas un interruptor (8), comprende un generador de señales (4) que son convenientemente moduladas y codificadas para que sean detectadas por un sensor (6) previsto en cada línea (2) y asociado a un equipo de protección (7) conectado al correspondiente interruptor (8) de cada línea (2), con la particularidad de que las señales procedentes del generador (4) son aplicadas a la barra de distribución (1) mediante un dispositivo adaptador (5), todo ello de manera tal que el dispositivo de protección (7), con la información proveniente del generador (4) y la intensidad medida por el sensor (6) establecerá la variación de la impedancia de la línea (2) operando ante determinados cambios de la misma.Protection system for high impedance faults in electrical distribution lines.
