Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a hygiene device for hygienic removal of soiling by a user, comprising two layers consisting of at least one paper sheet, wherein the paper layers are interconnected at connection edges such that the paper layers have a pocket with an outside for receiving the contaminants, an inside for Make contact with a user's hand and an opening for insertion of the hand along an insertion direction.

Such a hygiene device is known for example as toilet paper in the form of a bag, such as in the DE 41 17 827 A1 disclosed. Such toilet paper is suitable for hygienic cleaning purposes, for example after the use of a toilet, to remove soils that have occurred, for example, as a result of a completed digestion process. Since in this case the toilet paper surrounds the person performing the cleaning process hand and thus protects against contamination, the cleaning process designed as particularly hygienic. This especially benefits those with limited motor skills, such as children or people with certain physical limitations. A hygiene device of the type mentioned thus ensures hygienic cleaning even for these people. The reduced contact between dirt and man also makes it possible to perform the subsequent toilet flushing of the hands with a correspondingly reduced amount of water and cleaning agents. Consequently, in some regions of the world, such hygiene services are also appropriate in view of water scarcity and lack of access to sanitary facilities.

Due to the large variety of different hand sizes in humans, a corresponding individual customization for known hygiene devices for production and cost reasons is not yet possible. Depending on the size of the hand, the hand is often either too big or too small to handle the known hygiene devices. In this context, in particular when the hand is too small, the hand slips against the hygiene device. A hygienic point of view optimal cleaning is therefore only possible to a limited extent.

Based on the described problems of the known hygiene devices, the present invention based on the object to provide a sanitary device of the type mentioned, which provides improved handling in a hygienic cleaning.

The object is achieved with a hygiene device in which the pocket has a taper along the insertion direction, so that a positive arrangement of the pocket on the hand is substantially independent of external dimensions of the hand. During the insertion of the hand in the bag, which consists for example of toilet paper, the hand is inhibited due to the rejuvenation when exceeding a distance dependent on the hand size at a further insertion and thus fixed in the bag. For the benefit of hygienic cleaning, such a fixation of the hand size is almost independent. Thus, the fixation when inserted into the bag for large hands already after a relatively short distance. In analogy, the fixation is achieved in small hands after a relatively long distance. With regard to the transport of larger quantities of, for example, one hundred hygienic devices according to the invention, it is advantageous that the hygiene devices due to the paper layers can be arranged one above the other in layers, in order subsequently to be able to be packaged, for example in foil, in individual packs of the stated quantity. Such packs can be stacked so that no empty space between the packs and thus between the hygiene devices according to the invention for the benefit of the lowest possible storage space or transport space volume.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the taper is formed as a polygon. By this measure, the taper, in contrast to a parabolic shape edges, which fix the hand in the pocket in addition, for example, fingertips, which improves the hygienic cleaning. In addition, the edges improve the hygiene device according to the invention with regard to a cleaning of, for example, gaps and corners.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the polygon is a triangle. This is a geometric shape in which the taper has a continuous range of dimensions, thus expanding the range of candidate hand sizes for use with the hygienic device of the present invention.

In a further development of the invention, the pocket is turned upside down and fixing means are provided for fixing the pocket in a folded state of the pocket. Characterized in that the inside of the bag can be reversed to the outside, after using the hygiene device according to the invention an immediate contamination of the environment is avoided by the pollution received by the device. In this case, by folding the bag and, in this state, by way of example, by means of a lashing device, the risk of contamination is reduced in the case of dry disposal of the hygiene device according to the invention for example, a waste container. Furthermore, this refinement also allows, for example, residues of color cosmetic products to be removed from the skin or sanitary napkins and disposed of, without this resulting in contact with the environment.

In this context, it is particularly advantageous if the fixing means are designed as adhesives. In this way, for example, adhesive tape can be used which is typically also easy to handle for people with limited motor skills.

In order to avoid contamination of the fixing means when using the hygiene device according to the invention, an embodiment of the invention provides that the fixing means are arranged on the inside.

In another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the pocket is deformable in a deformation region, wherein the deformation region after deformation has a recess for storing the contaminants, so that the pocket is formed for a pincer-like gripping movement of the hand. Such a deformation region can be formed from the region of the pocket which, in the case of a partially open hand, extends from the fingertips of the hand to the end of the pocket opposite the fingertips. With the help of a second hand, which is not in the bag, the deformation area can be pressed in the direction of the clamped hand. This ensures that the hygiene device according to the invention is suitable for a forceps-like movement of the thumb with the rest of the fingers. It is particularly advantageous that the sanitary device for hygienic removal and disposal of larger contaminants can be used on surfaces such as in the case of disposal of animal excrement from a street.

In the context of the invention, it is particularly advantageous if the paper layers have at least one connecting surface, which forms a common layer edge with the connecting edges, wherein the connecting surface is provided for establishing a connection between the paper layers by a profile tool. For example, the layers of paper along the bonding surface can be rolled using a profile roll, a tool commonly used in the manufacture of toilet paper, to create a bond between individual layers of paper adjacent the edges of the bond. Advantageously, therefore, a production of the hygiene device according to the invention by minor conversion of an existing production plant for multi-layer toilet paper take place.

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the paper layers in a storage state perforation lines for the separation of the paper layers, wherein the perforation lines are arranged in a triangular pattern and extend along the connection edges. The perforation lines ensure, according to conventional toilet paper, that several pockets can be sequentially separated from the paper layers. The triangular pattern advantageously ensures full use of the paper sheets to ensure that the pockets cover the entire surface of the paper sheets prior to separation.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the paper layers are rolled up into a roll. By means of this measure, the hygiene device according to the invention can be stored on conventional toilet paper rolls. Advantageously, in conjunction with this, the coiling which is frequently provided in the production of conventional toilet paper on such rolls can also be applied to the hygienic device according to the invention.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the paper layers are folded leporelloartig. Due to the fact that the paper layers are folded in such a way, they can be stored with advantage for the cleaning effect in a condition known from wet wipes, soaked with cleaning agents.

In another advantageous embodiment of the invention, the paper sheets are made of paper with high wet strength. By using such paper, it is ensured for the benefit of hygienic cleaning that even contaminants with a high liquid content can be removed with the aid of the hygiene device according to the invention.

In order to improve the protection against contamination, an embodiment of the invention provides that the inside is coated with a protective film. Such a film can for example consist of plastic and in particular in the event of tearing of the outside, avoid contact between the hand and the dirt.

FIG. 1 shows a hygiene device according to the invention in the form of a funnel-shaped bag 1 made of toilet paper. The bag has an outer side 2, are to adhere to the dirt during a body wash. A hand, not shown, can be inserted along a direction 4 through an opening 5 of the bag 1 in the pocket 1, so that the hand is protected in the bag 1 from contamination by the contaminants.
