Claims (5)

  1. Regulating mechanism (2) for a timepiece (1), this mechanism (2) comprising at least three functional organs known by the designations of balance (3), pallet fork (4) and escapement wheel (5), the balance (3) cooperating with the pallet fork (4) which, itself, co-operates with the escapement wheel (5),
    this mechanism being characterized in that it comprises a pallet fork (4) constituted by two functional elements which are referred to as first element (41) and second element (42), and
    - the first element (41) bears a functional part which, referred to as first functional part (410), is intended to co-operate with the balance (3), which comprises for this purpose a dart (7) provided to prevent an accidental tilting and two horns (413) constituting a portion in the form of a fork (412) and which is mounted rocking on a first shaft (411),
    - the second element (42) bears a functional part which is referred to as second functional part (420), is intended to co-operate with the escapement wheel (5) and is mounted rocking on a second shaft (421),
    - the first element (41) and the second element (42) bear respectively a third functional part (430) and a fourth functional part (440) which, together, constitute an articulated connection (6) capable of ensuring the transmission of a rocking movement of the first element (41) to the second element (42) and vice-versa, characterized in that the articulated connection (6) is, with respect to the first shaft (411) and second shaft (421), positioned in such a way that a rocking of the second element (42) at a predetermined amplitude value, brings about a rocking of the first element (41) at a greater amplitude value.
  2. Mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the third functional part (430) and the fourth functional part (440), which constitute the articulated connection (6), are formed by toothed sections which are engaged with one another in such a way as to ensure the sought-after transmission of movement.
  3. Mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the third functional part (430) and the fourth functional part (440), which constitute the articulated connection (6), are formed by a pin (61) shaped as a cylinder of revolution, with a longitudinal axis substantially parallel to any one of the shafts referred to as first shaft (411) and second shaft (421), and a cutout (62) which co-operate in such a way as to ensure the sought-after transmission of movement.
  4. Mechanism according to any one of the claims 1 to 3, characterized in that:
    - the first functional part (410) of the first element (41) is mounted rocking on the first shaft (411) between two angular positions, predetermined by means of stops and referred to as first position (4111) and second position (4112),
    - the second functional part (420) of the second element (42) is mounted rocking on the second shaft (421) between two angular positions predetermined by means of stops and referred to as third position (4211) and fourth position (4212),
    - the articulated connection (6) constituted by the third functional part (430) and the fourth functional part (440) ensures the transmission of the rocking movement of the first element (41) to the second element (42) and vice-versa, in such a way that:
    • when the first functional part (410) is in its first position (4111) then the second functional part (420) is in its third position (4211) and
    • when the first functional part (410) is in its second position (4112) then the second functional part (420) is in its fourth position (4212).
  5. Mechanism according to any one of the claims 1 to 4, characterized in that:
    - the balance (3) comprises
    • an axial arbor (30) and, fixed on this arbor (30), two rollers which are
    • a first roller which, referred to as small roller (31), has a peripheral face (310) shaped as a cylinder of revolution and in which a notch (311) is made intended to receive the end of an element referred to as dart (7) and having as a function to prevent the accidental tilting of the first element (41) between its two positions referred to as first position (4111) and second position (4112), this function being achieved by contact of the dart (7) with the peripheral face (310),
    • a second roller which, referred to as large roller (32), bears a piece referred to as impulse pallet (321) and having as a function to receive an impulse from the escapement wheel (5) and another piece referred to as impulse pin (322) and having as a function to activate the rocking of the first element (41) with a view to bringing about an operation known by the name of lift of the pallet fork,
    - the escapement wheel (5) has a toothing (50) whose profile corresponds to that of an escapement wheel (5) for escapement of the Robin type, that is to say capable of imparting to the impulse pallet (321) an impulse for maintaining the oscillation movement of the balance (3),
    - the portion in the form of a fork (412) constituted by the two horns (413) is intended to co-operate with the impulse pin (322) and the dart (7) is intended to co-operate with the peripheral face (310) of the small roller (31) or to engage itself in the notch (311) reserved in this peripheral face (310), and this, with a penetration which is such that in the case of abrupt acceleration applied to the timepiece, the function of preventing the tilting of the first part between its two positions referred to as first position and second position is ensured in particular despite operational play,
    - the second functional part (420) borne by the second element (42) bears two pieces which are referred to, the one, as entry pallet (422), the other as exit pallet (423), which are oriented and borne in such a way as to permit the locking and unlocking of the escapement wheel (5) with an amplitude of rocking of the second element (42) having a value less than the rocking value of the first element (41).
