  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Weiterverfolgung der geografischen Lokalisierung des Objekts eine bestimmte Zeit lang nach dem Ereignis sichergestellt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Weiterverfolgung der Messung des physikalischen Parameters eine bestimmte Zeit lang nach dem Ereignis sichergestellt wird.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner auf gespeicherte Informationen der elektronischen Einrichtung zum Verwalten des Objekts zugegriffen wird und von dem Objekt aus mindestens eine der Informationen der Überwachungs- und/oder Alarmeinheit zur Auslegung der mindestens einen Information im Hinblick auf einen eventuellen Einsatz an dem Objekt mitgeteilt wird.
  7. Vorrichtung zum Identifizieren und Registrieren eines Ereignisses, wie etwa eines Zwischenfalls oder eines Unfalls, das am Standort eines feststehenden oder beweglichen Objekts, insbesondere eines Fahrzeugs, das mit einer elektronischen Verwaltungseinrichtung zum Umsetzen des Verfahrens nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen versehen ist, vorkommt, umfassend Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um mindestens eine Information, die mit diesem Ereignis verbunden ist, aus mindestens einer Messung eines physikalischen Parameters zu erzielen, Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um die mindestens eine Messung des physikalischen Parameters, der mit diesem Ereignis verbunden ist, auszuführen, Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um das Ergebnis der mindestens einen Messung des physikalischen Parameters zu speichern, und Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um dieses einer Überwachungs- und/oder Alarmeinheit mitzuteilen, ferner umfassend:
    - mindestens einen Sensor, der eingerichtet ist, um am Standort des Objekts den physikalischen Paramater auszuwerten und um einen Qualifizierungsgrad des Ereignisses in Abhängigkeit von einer Messwertskala des physikalischen Parameters zu bestimmen,
    - Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um in der Messwertskala des physikalischen Parameters mindestens eine vorbestimmte Qualifizierungsschwelle eines Ereignisses zu definieren,
    - Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um am Standort des Objekts mindestens eine erste Qualifizierung eines Ereignisses zu identifizieren, wobei diese Qualifizierung einem Messwert des physikalischen Parameters zum Zeitpunkt des Ereignisses entspricht, der kleiner als die vorbestimmte Qualifizierungsschwelle ist, und um eine zweite Qualifizierung eines Ereignisses zu identifizieren, wobei diese Qualifizierung einem Messwert des physikalischen Parameters zum Zeitpunkt des Ereignisses entspricht, der größer als die vorbestimmte Qualifizierungsschwelle ist,
    - Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um am Standort des Objekts nur Messwerte des physikalischen Parameters, der mit dem Ereignis verbunden ist, aufzuzeichnen, und um einen Bericht mit Bezug auf das Ereignis zu erstellen, wenn dieses Ereignis der ersten Qualifizierung entspricht,
    - Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um vom Standort des Objekts aus die Messwerte des physikalischen Parameters und einen Bericht mit Bezug auf das Ereignis der Überwachungs- und/oder Alarmeinheit, die eine Plattform zum Verwalten der Ereignisse bildet, die im Verhältnis zum Standort des Objekts abgesetzt ist, im Hinblick auf mindestens einen Einsatz am Standort des Objekts mitzuteilen, wenn das Ereignis der zweiten Qualifizierung entspricht,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Folgendes umfasst
    - Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um einen neuen Wert mindestens einer der vorbestimmten Qualifizierungsschwellen eines Ereignisses zu definieren, Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um diese neue Schwelle an den Standort des Objekts zu übertragen, wo sie aufgezeichnet wird, und Kontrollmittel, um eine Bestätigung der Änderung des Wertes einer der Schwellen auszuwerten, der von dem Standort des Objekts an die Überwachungs- und/oder Alarmeinheit übertragen wird, wobei die Überwachungs- und/oder Alarmeinheit eine Plattform zum Verwalten der Ereignisse bildet, die im Verhältnis zum Standort des Objekts abgesetzt ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Gerät zum geografischen Lokalisieren des Standorts des Objekts und Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um diese Lokalisierung in die Messwerte des physikalischen Parameters, der mit dem Ereignis verbunden ist, und den Bericht mit Bezug auf das Ereignis, unabhängig von dem für das Ereignis berücksichtigten Qualifizierungsgrad einzubeziehen, umfasst.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine Sensorgruppe, die eingerichtet ist, um am Standort des Objekts mehrere physikalische Parameter auszuwerten und um einen Qualifizierungsgrad des Ereignisses in Abhängigkeit von einer Messwertskala der physikalischen Parameter zu bestimmen,
    - Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um in jeder der Werteskalen der physikalischen Parameter mindestens eine vorbestimmte Qualifizierungsschwelle eines Ereignisses zu definieren,
    - Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um am Standort des Objekts mindestens eine erste Qualifizierung eines Ereignisses zu identifizieren, wobei diese Qualifizierung einem Messwert eines der physikalischen Parameter zum Zeitpunkt des Ereignisses entspricht, der kleiner als die entsprechende vorbestimmte Qualifizierungsschwelle ist, und um eine zweite Qualifizierung eines Ereignisses zu identifizieren, wobei diese Qualifizierung einem Messwert eines der physikalischen Parameter zum Zeitpunkt des Ereignisses entspricht, der größer als die vorbestimmte Qualifizierungsschwelle ist,
    - Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um am Standort des Objekts nur Messwerte der physikalischen Parameter, die mit dem Ereignis verbunden sind, aufzuzeichnen, und um einen Bericht mit Bezug auf das Ereignis zu erstellen, wenn dieses Ereignis der ersten Qualifizierung entspricht,
    - Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um von dem Standort des Objekts aus die Messwerte und einen Bericht mit Bezug auf das Ereignis der Überwachungs- und/oder Alarmeinheit, die eine Plattform zum Verwalten der Ereignisse bildet, die im Verhältnis zum Standort des Objekts abgesetzt ist, im Hinblick auf mindestens einen Einsatz am Standort des Objekts mitzuteilen, wenn das Ereignis der zweiten Qualifizierung entspricht, und
    - Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um einen neuen Wert mindestens einer der vorbestimmten Qualifizierungsschwellen eines Ereignisses zu definieren, Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um diese neue Schwelle an den Standort des Objekts zu übertragen, wo sie aufgezeichnet wird, und Kontrollmittel, um eine Bestätigung der Änderung des Wertes einer der Schwellen, der von dem Standort des Objekts an die Überwachungs- und/oder Alarmeinheit übertragen wird, auszuwerten, wobei die Überwachungs- und/oder Alarmeinheit eine Plattform zum Verwalten der Ereignisse bildet, die im Verhältnis zum Standort des Objekts abgesetzt ist.
  10. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine erste Einrichtung (11), die sich am Standort des Objekts befindet, und eine zweite Einrichtung (12), welche die Überwachungs- und/oder Alarmeinheit bildet, umfasst, wobei die zweite Einrichtung eine Station (12a) zum Speichern und Empfangen der gemessenen Werte der Messungen der physikalischen Parameter und/oder des Berichts, der von der ersten Einrichtung (11) ausgegeben wird, eine Einsatzstation (12b), die eingerichtet ist, um Einsätze am Standort des Objekts zu organisieren, und eine Bestätigungsstation (12c), die eingerichtet ist, um mit der ersten Einrichtung (11) zu kommunizieren und die Einsätze zu bestätigen, umfasst.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Einrichtung (11) eine Einheit (11 a) umfasst, die eingerichtet ist, um die Werte der von den Sensoren empfangenen Werte zu erheben, und die jeweils mit einer Einheit (11 aa) zum Abspeichern der Informationen und einer Einheit (11 ab) zum Erstellen eines Berichts verbunden ist, um diese Daten aufzuzeichnen und den Bericht, der mit allen Ereignissen, die am Standort des Objekts vorkommen, auszugeben.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, class die Station (12a) zum Speichern und Empfangen der zweiten Einrichtung (12) eine Extranet-Station ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie integrierte Mittel umfasst, die eingerichtet sind, um eine automatische Übertragung von Lokalisierungsdaten an eine Zwischenrelaisstelle vorzunehmen.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die integrierten Mittel das so genannte "E-Call-" System umfassen.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Mittel (100) zur Fernkommunikation mindestens einer Information über ein bewegliches Objekt, insbesondere ein Kraftfahrzeug oder dergleichen, umfasst, die Mittel (105), die eingerichtet sind, um die mindestens eine Information zu identifizieren, Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um die mindestens eine Information zu speichern, und Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um diese Information einer Überwachungs- und/oder Alarmeinheit (104) mitzuteilen, umfassen.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (101) umfasst, die eingerichtet sind, um auf die gespeicherten Informationen der elektronischen Verwaltungseinrichtung des Fahrzeugs (102) zuzugreifen, und Mittel (LH, 103), die eingerichtet sind, um von dem Fahrzeug aus mindestens eine der Informationen der Überwachungs- und/oder Alarmeinheit (104) für eine Auslegung der mindestens einen Information im Hinblick auf einen eventuellen späteren Einsatz am Fahrzeug mitzuteilen.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (106, 107) umfasst, die eingerichtet sind, um eine Weiterverfolgung der mindestens einen identifizierten Information über das bewegliche Objekt sicherzustellen.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um eine geografische Lokalisierung des beweglichen Objekts vorzunehmen, und Mittel, die eingerichtet sind, um diese geografische Lokalisierung in die mindestens eine Information einzubeziehen, die der Überwachungs- und/oder Alarmeinheit mitgeteilt wird, umfasst.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel umfasst, die eingerichtet sind, um eine Weiterverfolgung der geografischen Lokalisierung des beweglichen Objekts sicherzustellen.
