Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zur Erzeugung eines stickstoffarmen, bzw. nahezu stickstofffreien Gases durch Vergasung heterogener, biogener Brennstoffe, Reststoffe und/oder Kunststoffe in einem Reaktor umfassend eine Vergasungs- und eine Verbrennungszone, wobei der Reaktor ein fluidisiertes Bettmaterial aufweist, welches kontinuierlich in erhitztem Zustand von der Verbrennungszone in die Vergasungszone und von der Vergasungszone im abgekühlten Zustand zusammen mit nicht vergasten Restbrennstoff zurück in die Verbrennungszone geführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Brennstoff in die als zirkulierende Wirbelschicht ausgebildete Vergasungszone eingebracht wird, wobei ein Teil der Wirbelschicht als Wanderbett ausgelegt ist, der Brennstoff in der zirkulierenden Wirbelschicht der Vergasungszone bei Luftabschluss unter Bildung eines Produktgases zumindest teilweise ent- bzw. vergast wird und der verbliebene bzw. nicht umgesetzte Restbrennstoff zusammen mit dem abgekühlten Bettmaterial über das Wanderbett in die Verbrennungszone verbracht wird, wo das Bettmaterial unter Bildung eines schnellen Wirbelbettes fluidisiert, durch Verbrennung des Restbrennstoffes wieder erhitzt und in die zirkulierende Wirbelschicht der Vergasungszone rückgeführt wird. Weiters wird eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens beschrieben.
