Erfindungsgemäß werden dabei ansonsten seitens des Mobilfunknetzes genutzter beziehungsweise nutzbarer Identifizierungsdaten, vorliegend das mobile Endgerät identifizierende Daten und/oder den Nutzer des mobilen Endgerätes im Mobilfunknetz identifizierende Daten, über eine unabhängig vom Mobilfunknetz gegebene Kommunikationsverbindung im Kurzstreckenfunkbereich zwischen einem Aktorikelement und einem in zellularen Mobilfunknetzen betreibbaren mobilen Endgerät mitgeteilt und zur Berechtigungsbestimmung zur Steuerung des Aktorikelementes genutzt.
