So ist es erforderlich, daß die Fäden nach der Behandlung zum Aufwickeln zu einem größeren Fadenabstand aufgespreizt werden, so daß die Ablaufverhältnisse der Fäden von einer der Aufwickeleinrichtung unmittelbar vorgeordneten Führungswalze von Faden zu Faden unterschiedlich sind. Dem Streckwerk 23 ist eine Kräuselvorrichtung 27 nachgeordnet, die aus einer Texturierdüse 28 und einer Kühltrommel 29 besteht. Hierbei wird aus jedem einzelnen Faden der Fadenschar ein Fadenstopfen 31 gebildet, der am Umfang der Kühltrommel 29 abgelegt und gekühlt wird. Nach der Abkühlung wird jeder der so gebildeten Fadenstopfen 31 durch das Abzugswerk 30 zu einem gekräuselten Faden abgezogen. Das Abzugswerk 30 ist durch eine angetriebene Galette 33 und eine zugeordnete Überlaufrolle 26 gebildet. Die in Fig. 4 dargestellte Behandlungseinrichtung ist somit geeignet, um Kräuselgarne herzustellen. Da derartige Kräuselgarne nach dem Spinnen und Aufwickeln unmittelbar einer Weiterverarbeitung zu einem flächigem Gebilde beispielsweise einem Teppich verwendet werden, müssen einerseits die Fäden zu identischen Spulen gewickelt werden und andererseits die Fäden möglichst identische Kennwerte aufweisen. Nach dem Verwirbeln der einzelnen Fäden werden diese durch die Abzugsgalette 24.2 in die Streckzonen zum Verstrecken geführt. Hierzu sind die Streckgalette 25.1 und 25.2 mit unterschiedlicher Umfangsgeschwindigkeit angetrieben. Nach dem Verstrecken werden die Fäden separat texturiert und zu jeweils einem Fadenstopfen 31 aufgestaucht. Nach Abkühlung der Fadenstopfen 31 werden die Fäden 6.1 bis 6.3 von der Abzugsgalette 33 vom Umfang der Kühltrommel 29 abgezogen. Der Fadenlauf der Fäden wird um ca. 90° gedreht, so daß die Fadenschar mit im wesentlichen gleichbleibenden Behandlungsabstand B am Umfang der Abzugsgalette 33 und der Führungswalze 12 parallel geführt werden. Zudem könnte beispielsweise eine zusätzliche Behandlung der Fäden dadurch erreicht werden, daß die den Wickelstellen vorgeordneten Umlenkrollen einzeln oder in Gruppen angetrieben werden. Damit kann vorteilhaft die Fadenspannung in den Fäden zur Aufwicklung eingestellt werden. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung lassen sich im wesentlichen gleiche Verhältnisse zur Führung der Fäden zwischen der Behandlung und der Aufwicklung der Fäden erreichen.The structure and the arrangement of the individual units of the illustrated embodiments are exemplary. Claims (11)

  1. An apparatus for producing and winding synthetic yarns, comprising a spinning device (1) for melt spinning the yarns, at least one treatment device (7) for treating the yarns, and a takeup device (16) for winding the yarns with a plurality of winding positions (17.1, 17.2, 17.3) that are distributed along a horizontal longitudinal axis of the takeup device (16), wherein for supplying the yarns a driven guide roll (12) and for each winding position a yarn guide (15.1, 15.2) are positioned upstream of the takeup device (16), characterized in that for guiding the yarns the guide roll (12) is aligned vertically to the roll axis and is disposed laterally adjacent the yarn guides (15.1, 15.2 15.3) in that way, that the yarns can be guided in a substantially parallel relationship with respect to each other between the guide roll (12) and the yarn guides (15.1, 15.2, 15.3).
  2. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the yarn guides are formed by freely rotatable deflection rolls (15.1, 15.2, 15.3), wherein the deflection rolls (15.1, 15.2, 15.3) are respectively arranged at the same height as the yarns advancing from the guide roll (12) or wherein the deflection rolls (15.1,15.2, 15.3) are arranged at a common height.
  3. Apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the deflection rolls (15.1, 15.2, 15.3) are constructed for being driven individually or in groups.
  4. Apparatus according to anyone of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a companion roll (14) having substantially the same alignment is associated with the guide roll (12), by which companion roll (14) the yarns are guidable in several loopings on the guide roll (12).

Apparatus according to anyone of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the yarn guides (15.1, 15.2, 15.3) are arranged directly upstream of the winding positions (17.1, 17.2, 17.3) such that in the yarn path each of the yarn guides (15.1, 15.2) is followed by a traversing device (20) of the winding position (17.1, 17.2, 17.3).
  6. Apparatus according to anyone of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a deflection device (11) is arranged in the yarn path upstream of the guide roll (12) for varying the yarn path of the yarns by an angle preferably of 90°.
  7. Apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that the deflection device (11) is formed by one or more guide rolls (36) that are obliquely arranged between a direction of yarn advance upstream thereof and a direction of yarn advance downstream thereof.
  8. Apparatus according to anyone of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the treatment device (7) has a drawing mechanism (23) by which the freshly spun yarns are drawn before winding.
  9. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the treatment device (7) has a crimping device (27) and a removal system (30) arranged downstream of the crimping device (27) by which the yarns are imparted with a crimp before winding.
  10. Apparatus according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the guide roll is formed as last godet (25) of the drawing mechanism (23) or as last godet (33) of the removal system (30).
  11. Apparatus according to claim 10, characterized in that the godets or godet units of the drawing mechanism or the godets or godet units of the removal system are aligned such that their longitudinal axes are substantially vertically.
