Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Hochdruckpumpe zur Versorgung von Verbrennungskraftmaschinen mit Kraftstoff, an deren Gehäuse (2) eine Verstelleinheit (5) zum Verschieben des Einspritzzeitpunktes aufgenommen ist. Die Verstelleinheit (5) umfasst einen Einspritzverstellerkolben (6) mit Zulaufbohrungen (10,11), wobei im Einspritzverstellerkolben (6) ein Regelschieber (12) bewegbar aufgenommen ist, welcher an seiner einem Kaltstartbeschleunigungskolben (23) zuweisenden Seite (18) mit einer Vorspannkraft beaufschlagt ist. Zwischen dem Kaltstartbeschleunigungskolben (23) und der zweiten Stirnseite (18) des Einspritzverstellerkolbens (6) ist ein diesen direkt beaufschlagendes Federelement (62) sowie ein von diesem Federelement (62) unabhängiges, auf den Regelschieber (12,20) einwirkendes, an einem Träger (55) aufgenommenes Federpaket (60,61) angeordnet. The invention relates to a high-pressure pump for supplying internal combustion engines with fuel, to whose housing (2) an adjusting unit (5) for moving the injection time is added. The adjusting unit (5) comprises a Einspritzverstellerkolben (6) with inlet bores (10,11), wherein in the Einspritzverstellerkolben (6) a control slide (12) is movably received, which on its a Kaltstartbeschleunigungskolben (23) facing side (18) with a biasing force is charged. Between the cold start acceleration piston (23) and the second end face (18) of the Einspritzverstellerkolbens (6) is a directly acting spring element (62) and one of this spring element (62) independent, on the control slide (12,20) acting on a support (55) received spring assembly (60,61) arranged.
