Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flachlautsprecheranordnung. The invention relates to a flat speaker arrangement.
Plate loudspeakers essentially consist of a plate-shaped one Membrane (sound plate), a drive system (Driver) and a bracket. The plate-shaped membrane should be particularly light and particularly rigid. The drive system of the plate loudspeaker is the Usually from one or more electromechanical (piezoelectric or preferably electrodynamic) transducers. The bracket is used to support the weight of the plate To transfer the diaphragm and the drive system to a fixed support, without hindering the desired membrane movement.
Record speakers of conventional design (planar) operated under resonance, that is, through constructive measures an attempt is made to record in the frequency range below the to operate the first bending vibration resonance. This Principle known from the conventional cone loudspeaker is called a piston speaker. in case of a Planars (rigid plate loudspeakers) become like the piston loudspeakers Bending vibrations (with high constructive Effort) prevented.
Record loudspeakers of the latest design, however, are resonant operated, that is, through constructive measures is express promoted that the plate in the operating frequency range in bending vibration resonances. This speaker principle is called a multi-resonance panel speaker. The term sometimes used in this context "Bending shaft loudspeaker" is ambiguous in that when they both on multi-resonance record speakers as also on the non-resonant absorber plates that deflect with bending waves could relate. The well-known multi-resonance speakers are all plate-shaped, direct radiating, loudspeakers that can also be used without a housing, for example installed as a ceiling loudspeaker in suspended ceilings or in the manner of a poster stand with a foot section operated freestanding.
If a case-free multi-resonance plate speaker in the proximity of a sound-reflecting wall (distance less brought as a diagonal, aligned plane-parallel), see above one observes a general drop in performance at low Tones (wall effect). A solution for the "wall effect" consists of using the multi-resonance record speaker with a shield the rear-mounted flat housing. The Solution is only suitable for small, handy Disks with a limited bandwidth.
Large flat speakers theoretically have the following advantages: It becomes a very low lower cut-off frequency due to self-shadowing achieved, with an additional advantage also lowest plate resonances are relatively low. Of Large flat speakers also have a high sensitivity due to the large membrane area, since the radiated power proportional to membrane area and proportional to Square of the mean effective speed on the membrane is. There are also relatively low nonlinear distortions due to the small deflection of the drivers. Because of the large area can be given the same acoustic Performance that correspond to the quick square will be lower. Finally, a relatively high maximum output due to the large area.
In contrast, the other large flat speakers have (Planars, electrostats and magnetostats) all the serious Bundling problem: The solid angle narrows in the high frequency range to the square of the ratio of wavelength and membrane diagonal. For example, at five meters Listening distance to the ear of the listener to within five centimeters the center perpendicular to the plates. This is rarely observed in practice. With large ones Electrostat (flat speaker with soft membrane) comes the great effort for powerful high-voltage electronics added. For large magnetostats (also flat speakers with a soft membrane) also affect the effort for expensive large specialist magnet drivers and their great weight disadvantageous. For large planars (flat speakers with rigid membrane) there is the problem of radical restriction of the operating frequency band: The first bending wave resonance frequency as the relevant frequency limit falls quadratically with the plate diagonal.
Of the four possible principles for large flat speakers (Planar, electrostat, magnetostat, multi-resonance plate loudspeaker) offer the multi-resonance plate speakers all the advantages of the large flat speakers (Cutoff frequency, sensitivity, distortion, Power reserve) without the disadvantages mentioned (bundling effect, High voltage requirements, expensive flat magnet drivers, limited Operating frequency band). However, have Multi-resonance record speakers, like all large ones in general Flat speakers, the problem of a suitable bracket. Freely placed large walls of any kind require complex Support and securing structures. This leads to, that so far only small to medium multi-resonance flat speakers can be realized, but then not all of them Offer advantages or the advantages only to a limited extent.
The invention has for its object a flat speaker assembly to indicate that does not have these disadvantages.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine Flachlautsprecheranordnung
gemäß Patentanspruch 1. Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen
des Erfindungsgedankens sind Gegenstand von Unteransprüchen. The task is solved by a flat speaker arrangement
According to
The flat speaker arrangement according to the invention uses the load-bearing support structures already available to the user (for example building walls) as a bracket, so that also with Large loudspeakers can be realized with little material can. Advantageously, no difficult to control single and therefore large-area sound plate used, but single record speakers that like something "Tiles" can simply be applied to the building wall. The The pleasant sound of the multi-resonance speakers is based on this mainly on a flexible shaft operation above the Frequency of coincidence. For example, this is only with a Edge-fixed, self-supporting sound plate (e.g. sandwich plate) reached. The flat speaker arrangement according to the invention is also characterized by the fact that no "Wall effect" occurs that it requires little effort and that they are operated over the entire hi-fi bandwidth can, both in low-frequency piston operation and in high frequency real bending wave radiation operation.
This is achieved with a flat speaker arrangement several similar plate loudspeakers that are lined up seamlessly are such that the individual record speakers (after installation on a predetermined, stable Mounting surface) a rigid, shear-proof edge connection to the adjacent plate speakers to have.
These panel loudspeakers preferably each have one Vibration generator drivers, a sound plate and a Bracket open and work high-frequency in multi-resonance bending shaft operation.
Sound bars, which are self-supporting, low-damping sandwich panel with a light, shear-resistant core and a front surface and / or connected to it over the entire surface rear cover sheet are executed. Both the individual Record speakers as well as the whole, from the individual Reach the "wall covering" assembled together with the loudspeakers especially by laying (assembling) the necessary mechanical Stability.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the back of the Driver for mounting the plate speakers with the back the sound plate are connected, the back of the Driver to attach the plate speakers to one for it provided area, such as a wall are. The drivers can be both electrodynamic as well as being piezoelectric and can continue to be embedded or attached to the rear of the sound bar his.
The sound plate preferably has a profiled, spacing structure (distance profile), which the Can hold the soundboard unsupported. The back of the distance profile can be attached to a designated Surface (for example wall of a room). As a distance profile several individual spacer elements can be provided be or a full area on the back of the Sound plate fixed mat made of soft material (for example Foam) can be attached. When using a mat as a distance profile, recesses are preferred for this brought in the driver (s). It can be very simple Assign the individual record speakers to one for it Mount the intended surface (e.g. wall).
Furthermore, the distance profile can be a circumferential, hermetic dense, in contact with the surface provided for fastening Bead have, so that a better bass reproduction is achieved.
The resonance volume obtained in this way can be provided with a ventilation opening be provided, which ensures an even better bass reproduction is achieved. The ventilation opening is preferred executed as a bass reflex tube. The bass reflex tube can also be used as a floating tube in the sound plate be arranged so that the bass reflex tube is not through the side edge of the spacer profile must, but frontal ventilation is achieved. Prefers becomes a floating tube in a breakthrough the sound plate firmly anchored, for example the Breakthrough in the sound plate pre-punched, but still is prepared locked. This enables the user to choose between an operation with or without a tube.
An alternative attachment of the bass reflex tube provides this by means of a rear mounting flange on the Attachment intended to attach surface, using a or several openings connect to the enclosed air volume to ensure. The breakthrough of the sound plate needs to be bigger than the tube diameter, so that when the Tube remains an annular gap free. This must preferably be sealed airtight but vibration-isolated, for example through a thin film so that the bending vibrations the sound plate are not hindered. Here too the opening of the sound plate is pre-punched, but not closed so that the user can use the tube at will can plug in or not.
The plate loudspeakers are preferably in the form of a bridge network interconnected. The record speakers, for example the same impedance. The bridge network is now like this built that the electrical impedance of the overall system as far as possible in the area of commercially available loudspeaker impedances is (for example, 4 to 8 ohms).

in vielerlei Gestalt erfüllen. Fig. 5 zeigt dabei einige
bevorzugte Ausführungsformen.By consistently exploiting the strength and the balanced

"Box" vorgesehen. Ein umlaufender Randwulst 20 dient einerseits
als Halterung der Multiresonanz-Klangplatte 13 und erzeugt
andererseits bei Befestigung des Wandstrahlerelements
an einer (in Figur 5 nichtgezeigten Wand) unabhängig vom Vorhandensein
weiterer Wandstrahlerelemente einen geschlossenen
Resonanzhohlraum. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 5c is a kind

In diesem
Betracht. The embodiment of Fig. 5d goes from the embodiment

Fig. 6 zeigt eine derartige Realisierung im
Schnitt.
Bassreflex-Tuben 23, 25 ventiliert. Bevorzugt kommen dabei
zwei Ausführungsformen zur Anwendung, nämlich schwimmender
Tubus und feststehender Tubus. If a wall spotlight is made from a higher number than that

In the simplest case, the floating tube is made after

With the fixed tube, you can decouple the reflex tube

The first resonances of the air volume between the sound plate and building wall show a fast polarization in parallel to the wall. The associated scalar pressure distribution is with a Membrane deflection coupled, which polarizes normally to the wall is. Exploitation of the large, from the building wall given edge lengths presupposes that the original mutually insulated wall radiator elements with little loss to each other are coupled.
Klangplattenebene verlaufen. Dann muss lediglich ein zum Zwecke
der Luftdichtigkeit schon während der Produktion aufgebrachter
Isolierstreifen (beispielsweise biegesteifes, luftdichtes

Because the wall loudspeaker is divided into several individual wall radiating elements is divided and preferably all wall radiator elements are constructed in the same way on a wall fixed speaker system preferably a periodic Structure. This structure is also preferred for wiring maintain the individual wall spot elements.
Weicht die Anordnung von einem quadratischen Schema ab, so ergeben sich entsprechend leichte Veränderungen der Gesamtimpedanz gegenüber der Einzelimpedanz.7a is the electrical connection of wall radiator elements using the example of a speaker system with 4 x 4 = 16 wall spot elements shown. Through a matrix-like Linking (series and parallel connection) results here a total impedance that is equal to the impedance of an individual System is. The arrangement deviates from a square From the diagram, there are correspondingly slight changes the total impedance compared to the single impedance.
angelegt werden.7b shows in more detail how a
43 vorgesehen.7c finally shows a section of the network

can be connected individually. To highlight
