Definitions
- the invention relates to an installation lock and key the preamble of claim 1.
- crossbeard fuses Built-in fuses have long been known as crossbeard fuses. These crossbar fuses are in the lock case mounted and screwed tight. The assembly is comparative elaborate and the locking security comparatively modest. The invention has for its object a mounting security to create that essentially in any commercially available lock can be used without rework.
- DE 32 26 607 A1 discloses a double lock cylinder more commonly Length that is operated with a long key.
- the shaft the key is twice as long as that of a normal one Key and all the tumblers arranged in the cylinder bag are through holes in the broad sides of the key shaft classified.
- Such long keys are only suitable for special applications and in any case not as a house key.
- the object is achieved according to claim 1.
- the inventive Installation lock is essentially similar to a rotary lock cylinder equipped, but is much shorter than this and has a continuous rotor, of both Pages can be operated with the key.
- the effective part of the Key is essentially as long as the rotor.
- the installation safety device there are two long signs or rosettes, each having a rotatable sleeve have as a key guide.
- This key guide leads the Target the key into the key channel of the installation lock.
- the key guide can be turned in the long plate or the rosette stored and rotates with the closing process.
- the installation safety device according to the invention can be any commercially available one Have a profile, for example the European profile, Swiss profile or an English or Scandinavian Oval profile.
- An advantage of the installation safety device according to the invention is also seen in the fact that the driver is both symmetrical can also be arranged asymmetrically. This is particularly so possible due to the continuous rotor. Such an asymmetrical Arrangement is advantageous for rebated doors.
- the inventive Installation security also allows the construction of a small locking system with, for example, several apartment keys and a central key. They are keys too possible with which the installation protection only from the left or can only be operated from the right.
- the tumblers are preferred arranged so that the outer closure from the inner closure is different. Then, as mentioned, it is a key possible that only closes from the outside and it is another key possible, only from the inside closes. It is then possible with such a small locking system of course also a passport key that is issued by the Closes inside and outside.
- slides for the tumblers are mounted in the housing. These are perforated differently and preferably on the driver supported directly. This has the main advantage that knocking out the rotor is largely impossible. If the sliders are perforated differently, you can do so by Inserting such slides drilling patterns are created which result in new closings.
- the installation protection is always much shorter is the door intended for installation.
- the Installation locks each about 5 to 10 mm shorter.
- the installation protection is then not on the outside of the door and can accordingly no longer be touched and demolished. In order to the security value of each door is significantly increased. This is also possible with a rebated door, because here the driver can be arranged asymmetrically.
- the installation safety device shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a housing 3, in which a one-piece rotor 4 is rotatably mounted.
- a continuous key channel 17 is incorporated into the rotor 4, in which the effective part 2c of a security key 2 is inserted.
- a guide part 2b Between the effective part 2c and the Handle 2a is a guide part 2b. The function of this Guide part 2b is explained in more detail below.
- the rotor 4 is secured with a clamping ring 15.
- a faceplate screw hole 12 is incorporated.
- On the Rotor 4 has a driver 10 placed in a slot 13 of the housing 3 is mounted.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 show, there are three in the housing 3 Slider 6 used, which is not the housing pins 8 here include further shown tumblers known per se. These tumblers are spring-loaded in a known manner and act with control surfaces in the effective part 2c of the key 2 together.
- FIG Rotor 4 has a hole 33 machined into which a sleeve 24 is used, a compression spring 23 and a locking pin 22 records.
- This locking pin 22 engages in a stepped bore 21 of the driver 10 a. They are spaced apart three such holes 21 are provided, optionally for different Rotational positions of the driver 10 can be used. In this case, the middle hole 21 is used.
- FIG. 6 shows a door 25 into which a conventional mortise lock 26 is used.
- This mortise lock 26 has in Usually a bolt 29 and a bore 27 for one Forend screw. In the usual way is on the door 25 Lever set with two pushers 28 and two long signs 30 appropriate.
- the built-in fuse 1 is shown in the Lock case 26 used and with the one not shown here Forend screw fixed. It is now essential that the one shown in FIG specified length A of built-in fuse 1 is selected so that the installation lock 1 according to FIG. 6 on the lock case 26 on both sides protrudes little.
- the length of the installation fuse is 1 therefore much smaller than the width of the door 25.
- the installation protection 1 is therefore neither visible nor immediately visible to the eye accessible. It can therefore not be gripped with a tool and be torn down.
- the key 2 passes through a guide sleeve 31 which Key 2 leads when inserted on the guide part 2b.
- the guide sleeve 31 is rotatable in a bore 34 of a door plate 30 stored.
- the door plate 30 can also be a rosette or the like.
- To hold the key 2 has the Guide sleeve 31 according to Figure 7, a guide slot 32, the extends over the entire depth of the guide sleeve 31.
- the Guide sleeve 31 has the function that when inserting the Key 2 of the key channel 17 of the rotor 4 is found.
- FIG. 8 schematically shows the arrangement of the installation fuse 1 in a door 25, which is a blunt door here.
- the driver 10 is, as can be seen, with respect to the mortise lock 26 arranged symmetrically.
- FIG. 9 shows a rebated door 25 ', in which the mortise lock 26 is arranged asymmetrically.
- the installation fuse 1 ' with a housing 3' provided, in which the driver 10 'arranged asymmetrically is. It is due to the asymmetrical arrangement of the driver 10 ' possible to install the installation fuse 1 'in such a way that the Door 25 'does not protrude from the outside. After assembling this one Long signs 30, not shown, or the rosettes are the installation safeguard 3 'not visible from the outside and not easily accessible.
- Figures 10a to 10d show four keys 2, 2 ', 2' 'and 2 '' 'of a small locking system.
- the handles 2a of the keys are omitted here.
- the keys each have 10a an effective part 2c, the two narrow sides 18 and two broad sides 19 has.
- bores 14, 15 and 16 are incorporated. These holes form control surfaces and have different depths, which are given here as usual with numbers.
- the key 2 shown in FIG. 10a is an apartment key, in which an associated installation fuse only from one side can be operated from the left, for example.
- the one in figure Key 2 'shown in FIG. 10b is also an apartment key, but from the other side, for example on the right can operate the associated installation fuse 1.

Built-in fuses have long been known as crossbeard fuses. These crossbar fuses are in the lock case mounted and screwed tight. The assembly is comparative elaborate and the locking security comparatively modest. The invention has for its object a mounting security to create that essentially in any commercially available lock can be used without rework.
Solche Langschlüssel eignen sich nur für besondere Anwendungen und jedenfalls nicht als Hausschlüssel.DE 32 26 607 A1 discloses a double lock cylinder more commonly Length that is operated with a long key. The shaft the key is twice as long as that of a normal one Key and all the tumblers arranged in the cylinder bag are through holes in the broad sides of the key shaft classified. Such long keys are only suitable for special applications and in any case not as a house key.
The object is achieved according to
In the installation safety device according to the invention there are two long signs or rosettes are provided, each having a rotatable sleeve have as a key guide. This key guide leads the Target the key into the key channel of the installation lock. The key guide can be turned in the long plate or the rosette stored and rotates with the closing process. An essential one The advantage of the installation protection is that it is from the outside is invisible and not protruding due to its short length and is therefore tear-proof. The length of the installation fuse is therefore shorter than the door leaf thickness.
The installation safety device according to the invention can be any commercially available one Have a profile, for example the European profile, Swiss profile or an English or Scandinavian Oval profile. An advantage of the installation safety device according to the invention is also seen in the fact that the driver is both symmetrical can also be arranged asymmetrically. It is then possible with such a small locking system of course also a passport key that is issued by the Closes inside and outside.
According to the invention, slides for the tumblers are mounted in the housing. These are perforated differently and preferably on the driver supported directly. This has the main advantage that knocking out the rotor is largely impossible. If the sliders are perforated differently, you can do so by Inserting such slides drilling patterns are created which result in new closings.
It is essential that the installation protection is always much shorter is the door intended for installation. Preferably the Installation locks each about 5 to 10 mm shorter. The installation protection is then not on the outside of the door and can accordingly no longer be touched and demolished. In order to the security value of each door is significantly increased. This is also possible with a rebated door, because here the driver can be arranged asymmetrically.
Further advantageous features result from the dependent ones Claims, the following description and the Drawing.
The installation safety device shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a
As FIGS. 3 and 4 show, there are three in the
To secure the
Figure 6 shows a
Der Schlüssel 2 durchgreift eine Führungshülse 31, die den
Schlüssel 2 beim Einführen am Führungsteil 2b führt. Die Führungshülse
31 ist in einer Bohrung 34 eines Türschildes 30 drehbar
gelagert.
The key 2 passes through a
zugänglich.FIG. 8 schematically shows the arrangement of the
Figures 10a to 10d show four
The key 2 shown in FIG. 10a is an apartment key,
in which an associated installation fuse only from one side
can be operated from the left, for example. The one in figure
Key 2 'shown in FIG. 10b is also an apartment key,
but from the other side, for example on the right
can operate the associated
The built-in
