Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Prüfung der Nutzungsberechtigung für Zugangskontrolleinrichtungen, insbesondere Schließeinrichtungen für Fahrzeuge, mit einer zugangsseitigen Steuereinrichtung (A) mit einem Speicherbereich (SP3) für einen geheimen Code, einer benutzerseitigen Schlüsseleinrichtung (B), die einen Transponder mit einem Speicherbereich (SP1) zum Speichern eines geheimen Codes (M1), enthält, und Vergleichsmitteln (V) in der Steuereinrichtung (A) zur Feststellung der für die Freigabe der Zugangseinrichtung erforderlichen Berechtigung Damit eine neue Schlüsseleinrichtung einer solchen Vorrichtung durch den Benutzer selber bei gleichzeitigem Schutz vor Mißbrauch automatisch angelernt werden kann, ist vorgesehen, daß der Transponder der Schlüsseleinrichtung (B) einen weiteren Speicherbereich (SP2) enthält, in dem eine fahrzeugspezifische Freigabeinformation (M2) der Schlüsseleinrichtung (B) an die Steuereinheit (A) abgelegt werden kann, zur Ermöglichung der Überprüfung durch die Steuereinrichtung (A), ob die Schlüsseleinrichtung die Berechtigung besitzt, an die Steuereinrichtung (A) angelernt zu werden.
