Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a transport system on a vehicle at least two bridging bridges intended for crossing breaches and removal of the bridges above the breaches from the vehicle.
We already know systems for depositing a span of short length or greater length after end-to-end assembly end of two or three short spans from a vehicle (as described, for example, by EP-A-0 362 065). However, these known systems are of an extremely complex and sophisticated and involving a cantilever of a beam relatively large launch compared to the vehicle during the removal of spans, overhang which must be taken up by means further increasing the size and complexity of the system.
The object of the present invention is to eliminate the above drawbacks by proposing a transfer system on a road vehicle, such as a truck, at least two bridging spans superimposed on a chassis of the vehicle that can be assembled end to end and removal of each of the spans or two spans assembled end to end above breaches to cross, and of the type comprising a beam of support and launching of a span or assembled span movable relative to the vehicle to a cantilever position at the front of the latter, means for moving the span or spans assembled relative to the support and launching beam at a cantilever position at the front of said beam and a plate guided support of the support and launch beam and tilting relative to the vehicle to allow removal of the span or assembled span, and which is characterized in that it includes at least one controlled hook for removing the span or assembled spans mounted at the end of the support beam and of launching and being able to occupy a relative position of support of a axis of handling of the span or assembled span located at the opposite of the end of the span or spans assembled in support on the bank of the breach to be crossed opposite to the vehicle by tilting of the support plate, from which support position the hook can be lowered to deposit the other end of the span or spans assembled on the bank of the breach close to the vehicle.

Each span includes two pairs of handling axes front and rear respectively, two axes of handling of each pair being fixed opposite each other to the two central boxes of two span elements in the upper part thereof.
Referring to Figures 1 to 36,
A titre
A cet
Each span element includes a central box
rigid 7 and two
The
The two elements of a span are assembled by their link arm forming a spacer so that the span can have each of its ends of two respectively movable 8 and fixed 9 access spouts so that there is no taxation for the direction of presentation of spans during their coupling. Of course, each access spout has a width identical to that of the corresponding central box and configuration deposited above a gap in the span, the spouts opposite liftables of the latter are locked at the bottom of their central support box.
As shown in Figure 7, the two link
travure.Each
câbles 57.The system for removing the
A chaque
l'autre bras 91 à la plaque 90.The system further comprises means for moving a span
or two spans assembled end to end relative to the
d'accouplement 112.The system also comprises two controlled

verrouillage solidaire du bras de liaison correspondant 3c.Figures 33 to 36 show the lifting device of the two arms of
The system also includes a
The system finally includes a device forming an anti-tilt foot
of the vehicle located at the front thereof and comprising a
The principle of depositing three spans assembled end to end, which already appears in part from the above description of the system, will be detailed with reference to Figures 37A and 37P.
As shown in Figure 37C the
d'entraínement de l'arbre 111.As shown in Figure 37E, the assembled
figure 37F.
d'entraínement de l'arbre 111.In order to free the rear part of the
As shown in Figure 37J, the
The
From the position shown in Figure 37M, the
Bien entendu, la reprise au sol des travures s'effectue suivant les différentes phases considérées en partant de la figure 37O à la figure 37A.Of course, the recovery on the ground of the works is carried out according to the different phases considered from figure 37O to figure 37A.
travure, dans le cas présent la travure supérieure 2.Figures 38A to 38H show the removal phases of a single
span, in this case the
accouplé au plateau 112 d'entraínement de l'arbre 111.From the transport position shown in FIG. 38A, the
d'entraínement de l'arbre 111.The
Then, as shown in Figure 38D, the
poutre 43 un angle d'environ 3°.Before tilting the support plate 45 -
position Z.The
figure 38A.As shown in FIG. 38H, the
Of course, the liftable spouts 8 of the
The stages of assembly and removal of two spans coupled end to end but obviously result from the steps described in FIGS. 37A to 37P and therefore do not have to be detailed.
The system according to the invention described above is of a structure and relatively simple to operate compared to systems known until now and above all remove one or more spans assembled in a minimum of time.
