Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Leiterplatten-Steckverbinder mit einer an einer ersten Leiterplatte angeordneten ersten Kontaktleiste, z.B. einer Messerleiste, und einer zweiten Kontaktleiste, z.B. einer Federleiste, die an einer zur ersten Leiterplatte senkrechten zweiten Leiterplatte angeordnet ist, mit folgenden Merkmalen:
- a) die erste Kontaktleiste ist an ihren Seiten von einem mit Stiften in Bohrungen der ersten Leiterplatte eingesteckten, metallenen Abschirmelement umgeben,
- b) das Abschirmelement ist mit nach innen gewölbten federnden Kontaktelementen ausgebildet,
- c) die zweite Kontaktleiste ist in einem Randbereich der zweiten Leiterplatte liegend und an der Leiterplattenlängskante vorstehend angeordnet und von zwei in Bohrungen der zweiten Leiterplatte eingesteckten, metallenen Abschirmschalen umschlossen,
- d) eine Abschirmschale ist so ausgebildet, daß sie die zweite Kontaktleiste an der Oberseite der zweiten Leiterplatte vollständig bis auf die Steckfläche umschließt. Ein derartiger Steckverbinder ist aus der DE-OS 38 34 182 bekannt.

Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung durch folgende weitere Merkmale gelöst:

- f) an der Innenseite der Längs- und Querwände des Rahmens sind umlaufende, in engen Abständen gefiederte Bleche als innere Kontaktelemente befestigt,
- g) die Abschirmschalen der zweiten Kontaktleiste sind von entgegengesetzten Seiten der zweiten Leiterplatte mittels Einpreßstiften an der zweiten Leiterplatte befestigt,
- h) die von der Unterseite her an der zweiten Leiterplatte befestigte Abschirmschale ist so ausgebildet, daß sie den zweiten Leistenkörper an seiner Unterseite einschließlich seiner an der Unterseite der zweiten Leiterplatte vorstehenden elektrischen Anschlüsse abdeckt.

Der erfindungsgemäße Steckverbinder dient der Steckverbindung zweier geschirmter Kontaktleisten, die an zwei zueinander senkrechten Leiterplatten angeordnet sind. An einer ersten Leiterplatte 1 ist eine erste Kontaktleiste, z.B. eine Messerleiste 2, und an einer zur ersten Leiterplatte 1 senkrechten zweiten Leiterplatte 3 ist eine zweite Kontaktleiste, z.B. eine Federleiste 4, angeordnet, wobei jede Kontaktleiste für sich bis auf die Steckfläche mit einer Rundumschirmung versehen ist. Die Messerleiste 2 des geraden Steckverbinderteiles ist an ihren Seiten von einem metallenen Abschirmelement 5 umgeben, das als starrer rechteckiger und geschlossen umlaufender Rahmen ausgebildet ist. Dabei besteht der Rahmen entweder aus einem Blechbiegeteil oder - wie bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel - die Längs- und Querwände 5a bzw. 5b des Rahmens sind aus einzelnen Blechteilen gebildet, die an den Eckbereichen des Rahmens z.B. dadurch miteinander verbunden sind, daß die Querwände 5b mittels seitlicher Haken 6 in die Längswände 5a eingehängt sind. In jedem Fall ist der Rahmen mittels von an den Längs- und Querwänden 5a bzw. 5b leiterplattenseitig vorgesehenen Einpreßstiften 7 gegebenenfalls unter Zwischenfügung einer rahmenseitig mit Umlaufnuten 8 ausgebildeten Platte 9 in Bohrungen der ersten Leiterplatte 1 eingesteckt und dadurch an dieser befestigt. Das Abschirmelement 5 ist ferner mit nach innen gewölbten federnden Kontaktelementen ausgebildet, indem an der Innenseite der Längs- und Querwände 5a bzw. 5b nahe der ersten Leiterplatte 1, z.B. durch Punktschweißen befestigte, umlaufende und in engen Abständen gefiederte Bleche als innere Kontaktelemente 10,11 vorgesehen sind, die z.B. als an den Längswänden 5a befestigte Einzelbleche 10 und als an den Querwänden 5b befestigte Einzelbleche 11 ausgebildet sind. Außerdem sind die Längs- und Querwände 5a bzw. 5b des Rahmens 5 an ihrer der zweiten Kontaktleiste 4 zugewandten Stirnseite mit einzelnen federnden Führungslappen 12 und 13a,13b versehen, die einen Einführtrichter bilden, wobei an den Längswänden 5a des Rahmens jeweils vier äußere Führungslappen 12 und an den beiden Querwänden 5b des Rahmens jeweils zwei äußere Führungslappen 13a und 13b vorgesehen sind. Die z.B. aus Blechbiegeteilen bestehenden, im Querschnitt etwa U-förmigen Abschirmschalen 20,21 sind mittels an den leiterplattenseitigen Kanten vorgesehener Einpreßstifte 24 bzw. 25 von entgegensetzten Seiten der zweiten Leiterplatte 3 her in deren Bohrungen eingesteckt und dadurch an der Leiterplatte befestigt. Hierbei sind einander gegenüberliegende Einpreßstifte 24,25 der oberen und unteren Abschirmschale 20 bzw. 21 jeweils in dieselbe Bohrung der zweiten Leiterplatte gesteckt. Ferner können zur Befestigung der oberen Abschirmschale 20 noch abgewinkelte Seitenstege 26 vorgesehen werden. Anhand der Figuren 4 bis 8 wird nachfolgend kurz die Montage des abgewinkelten Steckverbinderteiles an der zweiten Leiterplatte 3 erläutert. Dann wird die untere Abschirmschale 21 in den vorderen Teilbereich 28b des Leistenkörpers 28 nahe der Steckfläche scharnierartig eingehängt (Fig.5), von der Unterseite der Leiterplatte 3 her gegen diese geschwenkt und an den Leistenkörper 28 angelegt, bis die Einpreßstifte 25 der Abschirmschale 21 in die Bohrungen der Leiterplatte 3 einrasten (Fig.6). Daraufhin wird die obere Abschirmschale 20 ebenfalls in den vorderen Teilbereich 28b des Leistenkörpers 28 scharnierartig eingehängt, von der Oberseite der Leiterplatte 3 her gegen diese geschwenkt (Fig.7) und an den Leistenkörper 28 angelegt, bis die Einpreßstifte 24 der oberen Abschirmschale 20 in die gleichen Bohrungen eingepreßt sind (Fig.8).
