Both the bores for the connection 19 between the sheets of the lock case 2 resting on the locking block 5 on both sides to recognize, as well as the continuous opening 6, which passes from the outer surface 9 of the projection 21 on the folded side to the opposite narrow side of the locking block 5. The widening 7, which extends as an incision from the underside of the locking block 5 to the upper edge of the through opening 6, is still in the region of the keyhole shape 8, the through opening 6, which only ends somewhat within the widening 7.

Claims (8)

  1. A lock securing arrangement for security lock cylinders (1) which can be fitted into a lock casing (2) of a door, wherein the security lock cylinder (1) has a through bore (3) in the transverse direction in its lower part for a securing screw,
       characterised in that
    - there is provided a locking block (5) which can be fitted into the lock casing (2) and which is provided with a through opening (6) which is aligned with the through bore (3) of the security lock cylinder (1),
    - the opening (6) has an enlargement portion (7) in the extent thereof,
    - the opening (6) is of a keyhole shape (8) when considered in cross-section in the region between the enlargement portion (7) and the outside face (9) of the locking block (5), which is associated with the end face of the door, and
    - disposed in the through bore (3) in the locking block (5) is a securing pin (12) which is coupled to a plug-in lock (10) which is lockable in the opening (6) of the locking block (5).
  2. A lock securing arrangement according to claim 1 characterised in that the locking block (5) can be subsequently inserted into and fixed in the lock casing (2) in a different direction from the direction of introducing the securing screw.
  3. A lock securing arrangement according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the outside surface (9) of the locking block (5), which outside surface projects through the surface of the lock casing (2) associated with the outside edge of the door does not represent the entire end face of the locking block (5) in that direction.
  4. A lock securing arrangement according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the enlargement portion (7) is a recess which extends from the lower edge of the securing block to the upper edge of the keyhole-shaped part (8) of the opening (6).
  5. A lock securing arrangement according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that at its rear end the plug-in lock (10) is connected to the pin (12) which comprises a hard material, by way of a connection capable of transmitting a tensile force.
  6. A lock securing arrangement according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the pin (12) is pointed at its end remote from the plug-in lock (10) and has a peripherally extending collar (13) in the region most closely adjacent to the plug-in lock (10).
  7. A lock securing arrangement according to claim 6 characterised in that disposed on the shank of the pin (12) in contact against the collar (13) or the plug-in lock (10) is a coil compression spring (14) which is of adequate spring force and length to hold the lower part of the security lock cylinder (1) pressed against the side of the lock casing (2) remote from the plug-in lock (10), when the pin (12) is completely pushed into the through bore (3).
  8. A lock securing arrangement according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the outside periphery of the collar (13) of the pin (12) is only slightly smaller than the inside diameter of the circular portion of the keyhole-shaped part (8) of the opening (6).
