Description

The present invention relates to a removable enclosure provided with fixing assemblies on the ground of structural elements of the enclosure.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a mechanical assembly for fixing on the ground structural elements forming the frame of a removable enclosure of the type constituted by tarpaulins which are stretched over the structural elements thus forming the frame of the 'pregnant.

It is increasingly used, especially for exhibitions or other types of events, demountable enclosures which are in the form of tents of large dimensions, these tents being constituted by a frame formed by the assembly of elements of structure on which tarps are stretched to make the roof and walls of the enclosure. It is understood that for this type of enclosure, the installation of which takes place only for a limited period, it is desirable that the assembly and disassembly of the enclosure be as simple as possible and can be done as quickly as possible. .

It is also desirable that the manufacturing cost of the various parts, in particular of the structural elements of the frame, be as low as possible.

A consideration which makes it possible, on the one hand, to reduce manufacturing costs and, on the other hand, to simplify assembly and disassembly operations consists in providing as much as possible of standard elements to constitute the various structural elements or at least certain categories of structural elements.

It is understood that the structural elements consist of vertical posts on which are mounted sand pits and rafters to define the roof of the enclosure as well as cross members to secure the posts together. The tarpaulins, in particular those which constitute the lateral walls of the enclosure, are most often engaged on respectively upper and lower crosspieces, these crosspieces being horizontal and fixed on the vertical posts. Finally, it is understood that the posts must be fixed at their lower end to the ground where the enclosure must be erected and it is desirable that this fixing is as simple as possible and does not require any particular earthworks.

An object of the present invention is to provide a demountable enclosure provided with fixing assemblies on the ground of structural elements and in particular of the lower end of the vertical posts and of one end of the horizontal tensioning bars which are standard for the different posts whatever their position in the removable enclosure and which is moreover of an easy and fast implementation .

Le document DE-U-8 610 010 décrit une structure démontable du type tente mais dans laquelle les éléments de fixation au sol des structures ne satisfont pas aux conditions énoncées ci-dessusThe document DE-U-8 610 010 describes a removable structure of the tent type but in which the elements for fixing to the ground of the structures do not meet the conditions set out above.

   une semelle d'ancrage au sol comportant une plaque horizontale destinée à être fixée sur le sol et deux flasques parallèles entre eux et perpendiculaires à ladite plaque, la distance entre lesdits flasques étant légèrement supérieure au grand côté de la section droite dudit poteau ;
To achieve this object, according to the invention, the demountable enclosure comprising structural elements fixed to the ground by fixing assemblies, said structural elements comprising at least one vertical post with rectangular cross section having a large side L and a small side l and at least two horizontal bars, one end of each bar to be secured to the lower part of said post, the fixing assemblies each comprising:
an anchor sole to the ground comprising a horizontal plate intended to be fixed on the ground and two flanges parallel to each other and perpendicular to said plate, the distance between said flanges being slightly greater than the long side of the cross section of said post;
a locking member able to penetrate into two orifices provided respectively in said flanges and in a through hole of said post when its lower end is engaged between said flanges and to secure to said post one end of a first bar; and
a deflection piece comprising two orthogonal portions therebetween, one of said portions being provided with an orifice capable of receiving said locking member, the second portion comprising a fixing extension projecting from said second portion to penetrate into an orifice provided for one end of the second horizontal bar, the distance between said first portion and said attachment extension being substantially equal to half the length separating the external faces of said flanges.

  • la figure 1 est une vue en perspective partielle d'une enceinte utilisant l'ensemble de fixation selon l'invention ;

The invention will be better understood on reading the following description of an embodiment of the invention given by way of non-limiting example. The description refers to the appended figures in which:
  • Figure 1 is a partial perspective view of an enclosure using the fixing assembly according to the invention;
  • Figure 2 is a horizontal section of a pole belonging to the structure of the enclosure;

This enclosure is made up of structural elements forming the frame of the enclosure on which tarpaulins are mounted to constitute the roof and the vertical walls of the enclosure. In this figure, vertical angle posts 12, 14 are shown, a vertical post 16 to define the gable of the enclosure, and an intermediate post 18 to define the side wall of the enclosure. Also shown are sand pits such as 20 and rafters such as 22 fixed to the upper end of the posts to define the structure of the must. There is also shown a set of upper horizontal bars 24 and a set of lower horizontal bars 26 for tensioning the walls integral with the posts on which the ends of the vertical covers 28 are engaged in order to constitute the vertical walls of the enclosure. Figure 1 also shows a sheet 30 constituting the roof of the enclosure. This figure also shows, in a simplified form, sets for fixing to the ground the posts referenced 32 and 34 for the corner posts 12 and 14 and 36 for the sprocket post 16.

Figure 2 shows the cross section of a vertical post. It is conventionally constituted by an aluminum profile 40 of generally rectangular shape having a small side l and a large side L. To allow the edges of the sheets such as 28 to be held, the profile 40 defines two vertical grooves 42 and 44 of circular shape having of course an opening 46 to allow the engagement of a rod arranged on the edge of the sheet. As can be seen, the grooves 42 and 44 are arranged on either side of a small side of the post. As shown in Figure 1 and as best shown in Figure 7, taking into account the position of the grooves 42 and 44 of the vertical posts, the corner posts 12 and 14 must be arranged with their long side parallel to the plane of the pinion while the central post 16 must be arranged with its short side parallel to this plane.

It is also understood that the set of lower horizontal bars 26 must be fixed to the fixing assemblies 32, 34 and 36. In the case of the corner posts 12 and 14, these bars are of course perpendicular to each other and the assembly fixing must include means for fixing these bars in orthogonal directions. In addition, the fasteners for the corner posts must take into account the difference between the long length L and the short length l of the cross section of the posts so that the center distance between the posts which that either their position is always the same in order to allow the use of standard bars.

La plaque 60 comporte deux trous 61 et 63 pour le passage de piquets 65 qui sont enfoncés dans le sol.FIG. 3 shows a preferred embodiment of the fixing assembly to the ground 32 allowing the fixing of the corner post 12 and the horizontal bars 50 and 52, the bar 50 being parallel to the pinion of the enclosure, the bar 52 being parallel to one of these side walls forming a wall. The fixing assembly 32 includes an anchor sole 54 to the ground, a locking member 56 and a deflection piece 58. The anchor sole 54 consists essentially of a horizontal plate 60 intended to be fixed to the ground and by two flanges 62 and 64 parallel to each other and perpendicular to the plate 60, that is to say that these flanges are vertical. The plate 60 has two holes 61 and 63 for the passage of stakes 65 which are driven into the ground.

As best shown in Figures 4a and 4b, the distance L'between the flanges 62 and 64 is slightly greater than the large dimension L of a cross section of a vertical post. Thus, the lower end 12a of the post can be engaged between the flanges. In addition, each flange has an orifice respectively referenced 66 and 68 which has a horizontal common axis. The lower end 12a of the post 12 is also provided with two orifices 70 which are therefore through for the post and arranged parallel to the great length L of the cross section of the post. The locking element 56 is preferably constituted by a pin 72 which can be engaged in the holes 66 and 68 of the flanges and in the holes 70 of the post. The pin 72 is equipped with an auxiliary pin 74 secured to the main pin by a chain and it can be engaged in an orifice 76 formed near one end of the pin 72 in order to immobilize the latter after its engagement in the flanges and in the lower end of the post.

The reference piece 58 is constituted by an L-shaped plate comprising a first portion 78 and a second portion 80 orthogonal to each other. The second portion 80 is provided with an orifice 84 while the first portion 78 is provided with a fixing extension constituted, in this particular embodiment, by a stud 86 protruding from the external face of the portion 78. To secure the ends of the bars 50 and 52, we first put in place the lower end of the post between the flanges 62 and 64, we then introduce the pin 72, we also engage the return piece on the pin in such a way that the latter enters the orifice 84 and the end of the bar 52 which is provided with the orifice 88 is also engaged on the end of the pin. The annex pin 74 is then introduced into the orifice 76 to secure it. To carry out the fixing of the bar 50, the orifice 90 with which the end of the bar 50 is provided is engaged around the concrete 86 and an annex pin 92 which can be engaged in the orifice 93 formed in the stud makes it possible to immobilize the end of this bar.

As can be seen in FIG. 5b, the distance L1 between the portion 80 of the deflection piece and its stud 86 is substantially equal to half the distance between the external faces of the flanges 62 and 64 of the anchoring flange. We understand that thus, as shown better in Figure 7, the stud 86 after mounting the return piece 58 is in the middle PP 'of the post 12. Figure 4a shows that the flanges 62 and 64 are not arranged symmetrically on the plate 60 but one of their edges is disposed flush with an edge of the plate 60. This arrangement facilitates the possible installation of a rigid door which can thus be mounted flush with the vertical post engaged in the mounting plate. Preferably, as shown in FIG. 7, one of the ends of the horizontal bars 26, 26 ', 50, 50' is provided with an oblong hole 90 and its other end is in fact provided with a circular hole 106. This arrangement allows to compensate for possible dispersions in the inter-axes between the fixing plates. However, the circular hole allows very precise positioning of the bar relative to the post at its corresponding end. This is particularly interesting in the case of mounting a rigid part.

It follows from the preceding description that the fixing assembly on the ground is specially adapted to the case of the corner posts 12 and 14 but that it can adapt to the central posts 16. In fact, as has already been explained in the case of corner posts 12 or 14, in accordance with the invention, the deflection piece 58 is used, which allows the fixing of one end of the bars according to the two orthogonal directions and, in the case of FIGS. 6 and 7, the end of the bars such as 50 and 50 ′ are directly engaged on the end of the locking member 56 associated with the central post. It is thus seen that a standardization of the structural elements is carried out since the inter-axes between the posts, whether they are arranged in one direction or the other, are the same and that the sole for fixing to the ground and the locking member are also the same regardless of the position of the post, only the addition of the deflection piece according to the invention or not allowing adaptation to the particular position of the post.

It should also be noted that the lower ends of the vertical posts are mounted on the pins 72, themselves engaged in the flanges of the anchoring flanges. As a result, the vertical posts have a possibility of pivoting around the pins to absorb any mechanical stresses which could be applied to them by the rest of the structure. We see that this possibility still exists for corner posts although their lower ends are connected to two lower bars arranged orthogonally. In fact, one of the bars is integral with the deflection piece 58 which is itself pivotally mounted on the pin 72, the other bar being directly mounted on the pin 72. Consequently, even in this case, installation is avoided rigid from the lower end of the post.
