Abstract

Die Erfindung befaßt sich mit einer empfängerseitigen Gebührenkontrolleinrichtung für Nachrichtenübertragungs­ systeme, bei der die Kontrolleinrichtung eine Datenlese­ einrichtung (z.B. eine Strichcodeleseeinrichtung) hat, mit der die auf einer, von der Gebühreneinzugszentrale des Nach­ richtensenders an den Besitzer des Nachrichtenempfängers gesandten Karte (z.B. in Strichcode) gespeicherten Gesamt­ daten eingelesen werden, wobei die Gesamtdaten sich in verschlüsselter Form zusammensetzen aus der Geräten­ ummer der betreffenden Empfangseinrichtung und einer dem Gebührenzeitraum (Monat, Vierteljahr) des Nach­ richtensenders zugeordneten Zeitnummer und daß die Kontrolleinrichtung eine Vergleichseinrichtung hat, in der die in den Gesamtdaten enthaltene Gerätenummer verglichen wird mit der einprogrammierten Gerätenummer der Empfangseinrichtung und außerdem die in den Gesamtdaten enthaltene Zeitnummer verglichen wird mit der vom Nach­ richtensender in gewissen Zeitabständen, zusätzlich zu der Nachrichtensendung, z.B. in einer anderen Modulationsart gesendeten Zeitnummer und nur bei positivem Ausgang beider Vergleiche die Nachrichtensendung an die Ausgabe­ einrichtung (Drucker, Lautsprecher., Bildröhre, Fernregelung oder dgl.) durchgeschaltet wird.
