daß die Kontrolleinrichtung eine Datenleseeinrichtung (z.B. eine Strichcodeleseeinrichtung) hat, mit der die auf einer, von der Gebühreneinzugszentrale des Nachrichtensenders an den Besitzer des Nachrichtenempfängers gesandten Karte (z.B. in Strichcode) gespeicherten Gesamtdaten eingelesen werden, wobei die Gesamtdaten sich in verschlüsselter Form zusammensetzen aus der Gerätenummer der betreffenden Empfangseinrichtung und einer dem Gebührenzeitraum (Monat, Vierteljahr) des Nachrichtensenders zugeordneten Zeitnummer und
daß die Kontrolleinrichtung eine Vergleichseinrichtung hat, in der die in den Gesamtdaten enthaltene Gerätenummer verglichen wird mit der einprogrammierten Gerätenummer der Empfangseinrichtung und außerdem die in den Gesamtdaten enthaltene Zeitnummer verglichen wird mit der vom Nachrichtensender in gewissen Zeitabständen, zusätzlich zu der Nachrichtensendung, z.B. in einer anderen Modulationsart gesendeten Zeitnummer und nur bei positivem Ausgang beider Vergleiche die Nachrichtensendung an die Ausgabeeinrichtung (Drucker, Lautsprecher, Bildröhre, Fernregelung oder dgl.) durchgeschaltet wird.
