Abstract
La invención comprende la combinación de una serie de elementos mecánicos y electrónicos que interactúan entre si para servir como "candado hermético" de contenedores y permitir, por un parte, detectar desde la distancia y mediante el uso de las redes de telefonía móvil celular y uso de la constelación de satélites de órbita baja, la condición de apertura y cierre tanto de las puertas del contenedor como del mismo sistema de "candado hermético" electromecánico ante un posible intento de violación, permitiendo determinar si dicho sistema se intentó abrir o en efecto se abrió, y por otra parte, permite el conocimiento en tiempo real de la posición geográfica del contenedor, determinada en grados de longitud y latitud, además de supervisar y generar condiciones de alarma de diversas variables telemétricas de la carga mediante la utilización de sensores alámbricos o inalámbricos de temperatura, humedad, aceleración y vibraciones del contenedor. La combinación de elementos de la invención está contenida dentro de una caja que garantiza su invulnerabilidad frente a intervención de terceros y su hermetismo frente a condiciones ambientales extremas como el sol y la lluvia.
