Claims (68)
1. Chirurgisches Verbindungselement zur Fixierung
benachbart angeordneter Knochenplatten, umfassend
ein erstes Anlageelement (18; 78; 306), ein
zweites Anlageelement (20; 96; 328) und ein Kopp
lungselement (28; 76; 304), mittels welchem erstes
und zweites Anlageelement derart miteinander
koppelbar sind, daß zwischen dem ersten und zwei
ten Anlageelement liegende Knochenplatten (10, 12)
fixierbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das zweite Anlageelement und das Kopplungselement
so ausgebildet und aufeinander abgestimmt sind,
daß durch Relativbewegung zwischen dem Kopplungs
element und dem zweiten Anlageelement quer zu
einer Klemmrichtung (22) die Knochenplatten (10,
12) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Anlage
element fixierbar sind.1.
