Abstract
Anzeigeneinrichtung zur Anzeige der Geschwindigkeit eines Fahrzeugs, mit der die momentane Fahrgeschwindigkeit bei der über eine Empfangseinrichtung (6) aus einem empfangenen Datensignal (10) die aufgrund von bestehenden Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungen zulässige Höchstgeschwindigkeit abgeleitet wird, wobei das empfangene Datensignal (10) in einem Signalkonverter (11) in ein für einen nachgeschalteten Prozessor (7) geeignetes Datenformat umgewandelt wird, und der Prozessor (7) über eine Anzeigensteuerung (9) die jeweils zulässige Höchstgeschwindigkeit an einer Tachometeranzeige (1), die eine Skalierung (2) aufweist, zur Anzeige bringt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Skalenbereich der Tachometeranzeige (1) bis zur jeweils zulässigen Höchstgeschwindigkeit vollständig dargestellt wird, und dass der übrige Skalenbereich dunkel geschaltet oder in einer reduzierten optischen Darstellung angezeigt wird.Display device for displaying the speed of a vehicle, with which the current driving speed at which the maximum speed permissible due to existing speed limits is derived via a receiving device (6) from a received data signal (10), the received data signal (10) in a signal converter (11 ) is converted into a data format suitable for a downstream processor (7), and the processor (7) displays the maximum permissible speed on a speedometer display (1) which has a scale (2) via a display control (9), characterized in that the scale range of the speedometer display (1) is displayed in full up to the maximum permissible speed in each case, and that the remaining scale range is switched to dark or displayed in a reduced visual display.
