Use of a dirndl blouse comprising a front part (3), a back part (5), two sleeves (7) and a cutout (11), wherein the dirndl blouse is tailored to a wearer so that a lower waistband (15) of the front part (3) of the dirndl blouse terminates at the wearer below the breast and above the waist, and wherein at least one band (17) having a length (1) of at least 10 cm, in particular at least 20 cm, is fastened to the lower collar (15) of the front part (3), the at least one band (17) being provided and configured for this purpose to pull down the front piece (3) by pulling the end of the at least one band downwards with the hand, when wearing the dirndl blouse under a dirndl dress; together with the dirndl dress to form a dirndl, wherein the dress (19) tailored to the wearer so that a front portion of the dress (19), when worn over the dress blouse (1), partially covers the front portion (3) of the dress blouse (1).
