Abstract

Der Signalgeber ist zur Erfassung und Verarbeitung einer physiologischen Variablen ausgebildet. Der Signalgeber weist hierzu Mittel zur Aufbereitung, Verarbeitung und/oder Bereitstellung von Signalen auf, die aus Meßwerten der physiologischen Variablen generiert werden. Entsprechend einer realisierten Ablaufsteuerung werden die Meßwerte aus der Detektion von elektromagnetischen Wellen unterschiedlicher Wellenlängen gewonnen. Die elektromagnetischen Wellen durchlaufen vor der Signalerfassung ein zu untersuchendes Medium bzw. werden von diesem reflektiert. Wenigstens bei einem Teil der Signalmenge werden für jedes generierte Signal wenigstens zwei Meßwerte verwendet, die zeitnah erfaßt wurden. DOLLAR A Der Signalgeber ist zur Verwendung in einem Regelkreis geeignet, der unter Einbeziehung eines Aktors dafür ausgelegt ist, die vom Signalgeber meßtechnisch erfaßte physiologische Variable zu beeinflussen.
