Abstract

The device consists of a valve block and an electronic regulator unit (1) with electronic components at least for braking interventions that process vehicle dynamics sensor signals, e.g. of yaw rate/acceleration sensors. The valve block has at least electrohydraulic valves. At least one vehicle dynamics sensor (3) is integrated into the regulator unit or valve block and especially mechanically attached to or enclosed by the regulator unit housing. Independent claims are also included for the following: a method of orienting one or more vehicle dynamics sensors.

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Bremsaggregat mit einem Elektromotor (E- Motor), einer hydraulischen Regeleinheit (Hydraulik Control Unit HCU bzw. Sie sind allerdings, wie die interne Motorkontaktierung, elastisch über die Spulenkontaktierung 13 mit dem Elektronikgehäuse 9 verbunden. Die Sensorelemente bzw. das Cluster 14 ist im Reglergehäuse bzw. auf der Platine 11 angeordnet. Umgehungslösungen sind in der Ausführung der Verbindung zwischen HCU und ECU denkbar. Auch ist denkbar, daß die Sensorelemente bzw. das Sensorcluster nicht unmittelbar auf der Platine angeordnet ist, sondern über einen Stecksockel in das Reglergehäuse gesteckt werden. Claims (5)

Bremsaggregat mit einem Elektromotor (1), einer hydraulischen Regeleinheit (2) und einer elektronischen Regeleinheit (9, 11, 17), wobei in einer Bremsanlage Sensoren (14) vorgesehen sind, deren Signale in der elektronischen Regeleinheit (9, 11, 17) ausgewertet werden und mittels derer über die hydraulische Regeleinheit (2) die Bremsanlage geregelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Sensor (14) im Gehäuse (9) der elektronischen Regeleinheit (9, 11, 17) angeordnet ist.1.
