Accordingly, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the upper portion (the side close to the outer housing cover 11) of the housing body 12 is provided with a mounting and dismounting opening 121 for facilitating mounting and dismounting of the water storage box 2, and the mounting and dismounting opening 121 extends upward to the upper edge of the housing body 12 (i.e., the edge close to the side of the outer housing cover 11) so that the mounting and dismounting opening 121 can be U-shaped.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 9 and 10, the mounting portion of the water storage cartridge 2 is provided on the housing cover 11, and the attachment/detachment opening 121 is provided at the upper portion of the housing cover 11. The water leakage hole 111 of the outer shell cover 11 is directly communicated with the water storage box 2 at the lower side, and water flow can directly flow into the water storage box 2 after flowing down from the water leakage hole 111.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, a control panel 15 may be provided on the case body 12. The control panel 15 can be clamped on the shell body 12, so that the assembly and disassembly are convenient. Operation keys for operating the cooking appliance may be provided on the control panel 15 to improve the convenience of the cooking appliance to which the pot assembly 100 is mounted. In addition, a prompt module, such as an indicator light, may be disposed on the control panel 15, and different colors may be displayed through the indicator light to provide a striking prompt for the user. Claims (13)

1. A pan body assembly, comprising:
the shell comprises a shell body, a supporting seat fixed on one side of the shell body and an outer shell cover fixed on the other side of the shell body, wherein the outer shell cover is provided with a water leakage hole, one of the supporting seat and the outer shell cover is provided with an installation part positioned in the shell body, and the shell body is provided with a dismounting opening; and
the water storage box is detachably installed to the installation part and is arranged to receive water from the water leakage hole and the disassembly and assembly opening for disassembly and assembly.
2. The pot body assembly of claim 1, wherein the mounting portion comprises a protrusion portion provided on the support base protruding toward the side of the outer shell cover, the protrusion portion having a mounting groove with an opening on one side, the water storage box being configured to be mounted into the mounting groove from the opening.
3. The pot body assembly according to claim 2, wherein a first end wall of the protrusion facing the side of the outer shell cover is provided with a water receiving opening, and the water receiving opening is arranged to be communicated with the water inlet of the water storage box;
the shell cover is provided with a water guide groove, one end of the water guide groove is communicated with the water leakage hole, and the other end of the water guide groove extends towards the water receiving opening.
4. The pan body assembly according to claim 3, wherein the water chute is inserted into the water receiving opening; or a gap is formed between the adjacent end surfaces of the water chute and the water receiving opening.
5. The pan body assembly as claimed in claim 3, wherein a notch is formed on a side of the wall of the water chute facing the water receiving opening.

The pot body assembly according to claim 3, wherein the first end wall is provided with a protrusion protruding toward one side of the outer shell cover, the protrusion is provided with a water receiving channel communicated with the water receiving port, and the other end of the water chute extends toward a water inlet of the water receiving channel.

The pot body assembly according to claim 1, wherein the mounting part comprises a protrusion part provided at a side of the outer shell cover facing the supporting base, the protrusion part being provided with a mounting groove having an opening at one side, the water storage box being provided to be mounted into the mounting groove from the opening.
8. The pot body assembly of any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the protrusion is provided with a rib located outside the shell body and abutting against an outer side wall surface of the shell body located at a periphery of the mounting/dismounting opening.
9. The pan body assembly of claim 8, wherein the mounting/dismounting opening extends to an edge of the shell body on a side close to the shell cover or the support base, and the rib is U-shaped.
10. The pot body assembly of any one of claims 1 to 7 wherein the outer shell is covered with a recess recessed toward the side of the support base, and a wall of the recess on the side of the support base is provided with the water leakage holes.
11. The pot body assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the shell body is provided with a control panel, and the water storage box is disposed at a side opposite to the control panel.
12. The pot body assembly of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the shell body is made of hardware or plastic.
13. A cooking appliance comprising the body assembly of any one of claims 1 to 12 and a lid removably attached to or hingedly connected to the body assembly.
