The cross-sectional shape of the water tank 3 is circular, and accordingly, the guide plate 403 is circular arc-shaped. The guide plate 403 can guide the water tank 3 during the process of placing and taking out the water tank 3, so that the water tank 3 can be conveniently taken and placed. The top plate 402 is covered on the convex edge 4013 at the top end of the cylinder body 401, the part of the top end of the cylinder body 401 which is not covered by the top plate 402 forms an opening 404 exposed at the top end of the water supply tank 3, the top end of the water tank 3 and the lifting handle 303 are positioned outside the cylinder body 401, the lifting handle 303 is not shielded by the cylinder body 401, and the water tank 3 can be conveniently taken and placed, as shown in fig. 11. The top plate 402 is located above the display circuit board 13, the lamp holes 4021 are formed in the top plate 402 and correspond to the display lamps on the display circuit board 13, the shell further comprises a display panel 15 covered on the top plate 402, the display panel 15 can be adhered to the top plate 402 through self-adhesive, light of the display lamps can be emitted through the lamp holes 4021 and displayed on the display panel 15, and the display panel 15 is located at the top of the water dispenser and can be operated by a user conveniently. The side wall of the cylinder 401 of the housing 4 is provided with a second opening 4011, and the second opening 4011 is used for a water outlet pipe 11 between a water outlet nozzle 7 positioned outside the housing 4 and a water outlet of the heater 10 to pass through.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 9a, 9b, and 9c, the housing may further include a nozzle cover 5 disposed at the second opening 4011, the nozzle 7 is disposed in the nozzle cover 5, and a water outlet of the nozzle 7 extends from a third opening 5021 disposed on the nozzle cover 5. The water outlet nozzle cover body 5 comprises a cover body 501 and a cover body bottom cover 502 arranged at the bottom of the cover body 501. An opening 5011 is formed in the side, facing the housing 4, of the cover body 501, a buckle 5012 is arranged at the opening 5011, and the buckle 5012 is connected with a clamping groove 4012 (shown in fig. 8 b) arranged at the second opening 4011 in a clamping manner. The peripheral edge of the cover body bottom cover 502 is provided with a plurality of buckles 5023, and the plurality of buckles 5023 are connected with a plurality of clamping grooves 5013 arranged on the cover body 501 in a clamping mode. The cover body bottom 502 is provided with a plurality of jaws 5022 and a third opening 5021, the jaws 5022 are used for connecting the water outlet nozzle 7 in the water outlet nozzle cover body 5, the third opening 5021 can protrude out of the bottom surface of the cover body bottom 502, the shape of the third opening 5021 is matched with the shape of the water outlet nozzle 7, for example, a conical hole is formed, and the inner wall of the third opening 5021 is attached to the outer wall of the water outlet nozzle 7, so that the guiding and positioning effects can be achieved. The water outlet nozzle 7 is arranged outside the shell 4 and is positioned in the water outlet nozzle cover body 5 arranged on the side wall of the shell 4, so that a user can conveniently receive water, and the water outlet nozzle cover body 5 can fix the water outlet nozzle 7 through the clamping jaw 5022 arranged in the water outlet nozzle cover body, so that the position of the water outlet nozzle 7 is firmly fixed.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, when the water tank 3 is placed in the fixing cylinder 203, the cover 302 of the water tank 3 may be flush with the display panel 15 at the top of the housing, and the handle 303 of the water tank 3 may be supported at the top end of the barrel 401 of the housing 4, so as to facilitate the water tank to be taken and placed. The water dispenser further comprises a residual water box 14, the residual water box 14 is detachably connected to the base 1 and is arranged opposite to the water outlet nozzle 7, a water permeable hole 1401 is formed in the top surface of the residual water box 14, and the residual water box 14 is used for collecting water which is carelessly scattered during water receiving. In this example, as shown in fig. 10, magnets 23 are provided inside both the residual water tank 14 and the base 1, and both are fixed by magnetic attraction of the magnets 23, so that the residual water tank 14 can be conveniently detached.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 12a and 12b, the water tank assembly may further include a float cover 16 fixed to the bottom inside the water tank 3 and a float 17 movably disposed inside the float cover 16, wherein the float 17 is configured to be in a first position (the position shown in fig. 12 a) when the water level inside the water tank 3 is higher than the minimum water level and configured to be in a second position (the position shown in fig. 12 b) when the water level inside the water tank 3 is lower than the minimum water level. The electronic control system may further comprise a water level switch 18 disposed on an outer wall of the fixed cylinder 203, the water level switch 18 may be fixed in a clamping groove 2032 (shown in fig. 6 a) disposed on the outer wall of the fixed cylinder 203, and the water level switch 18 is configured to be turned on when the float 17 is in the first position and configured to be turned off when the float 17 is in the second position. When the water level switch 18 is in a communicated state, the water level in the water tank 3 is in a water level range of normal water making of the water dispenser, and the water dispenser can work normally after being electrified; when the water level switch 18 is in an off state, it indicates that the water level in the water tank 3 is too low, the water dispenser stops producing water, and "water shortage" can be displayed to remind a user to add water to the water tank 3. In this example, the float cover 16 may be engaged with a locking rib 3013 (shown in fig. 5 b) provided on the inner bottom surface of the tank body 301 of the water tank 3 to achieve fixation. The float cover 16 is provided with an opening so that water in the water tank 3 can enter the float cover 16 and the float 17 can rise and fall according to the height of the water level.
In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in fig. 13a, 13b, and 13c, a through hole 2012 is provided on the first partition 201 corresponding to the water outlet 3012 of the water tank 3, and the water outlet seat 6 is fixed at the through hole 2012. The water tank component further comprises a check valve 19 and an elastic part 20 which are arranged at the position of the water tank water outlet 3012, and the elastic part 20 is arranged between the check valve 19 and the water tank 3. The check valve 19 is arranged to abut against the water outlet seat 6 and open the water outlet 3012 of the water tank 3 when the water tank 3 is placed in the fixed cylinder 203, the elastic member 20 is arranged to be compressed when the water tank 3 is placed in the fixed cylinder 203, and the check valve 19 is arranged to block the water outlet 3012 of the water tank 3 by utilizing self elasticity after the water tank 3 is separated from the fixed cylinder 203. The water outlet seat 6 may be provided with a holding groove 601, a boss 602 is provided in the holding groove 601, and the water inlet 603 of the water outlet seat 6 is disposed at the top end of the boss 602. The water outlet 3012 of the water tank 3 protrudes out of the bottom surface of the water tank 3, the water outlet 3012 of the water tank 3 extends out of the through hole 2012 to the inside of the accommodating groove 601 and is sleeved outside the boss 602, the check valve 19 abuts against the top end of the boss 602 and opens the water outlet 3012 of the water tank 3, and a sealing ring 21 is arranged between the outer wall of the water outlet 3012 of the water tank 3 and the inner wall of the accommodating groove 601 to prevent water from flowing into the inside of the water dispenser. In this example, the elastic member 20 may be a spring, the check valve 19 includes a head portion and a body portion, the head portion of the check valve 19 is located on one side of the bottom wall of the water tank 3 facing the inside of the water tank 3, and the body portion is located in the water tank water outlet 3012. The spring cover is established at the body of check valve 19, when water tank 3 was placed in fixed cylinder 203 (namely water tank 3 was in the state of placing shown in fig. 13 a), goes out the boss 602 of water seat 6 and upwards jacks up check valve 19, and the head of check valve 19 does not contact with water tank 3, and then the delivery port 3012 of water tank 3 is opened, and water in the water tank 3 can be followed delivery port 3012 and flow out, and under this state, the spring is the compression form, and the one end butt of spring is on the spacing ring that the one end of keeping away from the head of check valve 19 body set up, and the other end butt is on the diapire of water tank 3. After the water tank 3 is separated from the fixed cylinder 203 (i.e. the water tank 3 is in the lifted state shown in fig. 13 c), because the check valve 19 is not abutted on the boss 602 of the water outlet base 6, the head of the check valve 19 is abutted on the bottom wall of the water tank 3 under the elastic force of the spring and blocks the water outlet 3012 of the water tank 3, so that the water in the water tank 3 cannot flow out. The check valve 19 and the elastic member 20 are disposed at the water outlet 3012 at the bottom of the water tank 3, and the check valve 19 is matched with the water tank outlet 3012, the elastic member 20 and the water outlet base 6, so that the water outlet 3012 of the water tank 3 can be opened when the water tank 3 is in a standing state, and the water outlet 3012 of the water tank 3 can be closed when the water tank 3 is in a taking state, thereby preventing residual water stored in the water tank 3 from leaking after the water tank 3 is taken out.
In some exemplary embodiments, the working process of the water dispenser of the embodiments of the present invention may be:
(1) when a user fills the water tank 3 and places the water tank at the installation position of the water tank (water can be directly poured into the water tank 3 or the water tank 3 is taken down for receiving water), the check valve 19 at the water outlet 3012 of the water tank is pushed open by the water outlet seat 6, the water path is connected, meanwhile, the floater 17 in the water tank 3 rises to the highest position to be opposite to the position of the water level switch 18, the water level switch 18 is communicated, and the water dispenser can normally work after being electrified. When a user takes water through the operation display panel 15, water in the water tank 3 is extracted by the water pump 8 and enters the heater 10 through the water outlet seat 6, the water pump 8 and the water valve 9 in sequence, and the heater 10 immediately heats the water to the temperature and the volume required by the user and flows out through the water outlet nozzle 7 within 3 seconds;
(2) along with the gradual water intake of the user, the water level in the water tank 3 gradually descends, when the position of the floater 17 which descends into the water tank 3 is not opposite to the position of the water level switch 18, the water level switch 18 is switched off, the machine stops water production, and simultaneously displays 'water shortage' to remind the user of adding water.
The water valve 9 can adopt a one-way valve, so that when the water dispenser is used and a user takes away the water tank 3 and does not put back for a long time, the one-way valve can effectively prevent water in the heater 10 from flowing back into the water dispenser, thereby avoiding potential safety hazards and poor user experience.

Claims (10)

1. A water dispenser is characterized in that: the water tank comprises a shell, a bracket, a water tank component and a waterway system;
the shell comprises a base and a shell arranged on the base, the support is arranged in the shell, a first mounting cavity is arranged between the support and the base, and a second mounting cavity is arranged between the support and the shell;

The water dispenser of claim 1, wherein: the bracket comprises a first partition plate, a fixed cylinder and a second partition plate, the bottom ends of the fixed cylinder and the second partition plate are fixed on the first partition plate, and one side edge of the second partition plate is fixed on the outer wall of the fixed cylinder;
the water tank is arranged in the fixed cylinder, the first mounting cavity is arranged between the first partition plate and the base, the second mounting cavity is arranged between the first side face of the second partition plate and the shell, the water outlet seat and the water pump are fixed to the direction of the first partition plate on the side face of the base, and the heater is fixed to the first side face of the second partition plate.
