The lifting link 630 is disposed adjacent to the receiving link 510, when the lifting link 630 approaches the brew head assembly 200 along with the brewing barrel 300, the lifting link 630 pushes the receiving link 510 to swing, and when the lifting link 630 moves a certain distance and then goes over the first indent 5111 and the second indent 5121 of the receiving link 510, the receiving link 510 swings in a direction approaching the lifting link 630, so that both ends of the lifting link 630 are located at a side facing the opening of the first indent 5111 and the second indent 5121.
It can be understood that the two opposite sides of the bottom frame 120 are provided with the limiting grooves 121, and the lifting rod 630 moves in the limiting grooves 121, so that when the cake pushing assembly 600 moves along with the brewing cylinder 300 in a direction close to the brewing head assembly 200, the lifting rod 630 can move from one end of the limiting groove 121 to the other end. At this time, the brewing barrel 300 moves to cooperate with the brew head 220 to compress the powder, and the lifting rod 630 abuts against the end of the retaining groove 121. Through the structure, the function of automatically pushing out the cake is realized, and the cake pushing assembly 600 can be separated from the connecting rod assembly 500.
In some embodiments, the spring 640 may be omitted, and when the swing arm 520 is pushed by the wing 211 to swing so as to drive the carrying rod 511 to swing away from the cake pushing assembly 600, so that the lifting rod 630 is disengaged from the carrying rod 511, the piston rod 620 can be reset by gravity as much as possible, and the brewing barrel 300 needs to be vertically or approximately vertically arranged relative to a supporting surface.
In some embodiments, the connecting rod assembly 500 and the cake pushing assembly 600 may be omitted, the through hole 321 of the partition 320 may be omitted, and the limiting groove 121 may be omitted, in which case the brewing apparatus 900 includes the base frame 100, the brew head assembly 200, the brewing cylinder 300, and the brewing cylinder driving assembly 400, and when the brewing cylinder driving assembly 400 drives the brewing cylinder 300 to move towards the brew head assembly 200, the brewing cylinder 300 cooperates with the brew head 220 to compress the powder falling into the brewing cylinder 300.

As shown in fig. 15, after the cake pushing assembly 600 pushes the cake out of the brewing barrel 300, the mounting frame driving assembly 240 drives the mounting frame 210 to return to the initial position, during the movement, as shown by the arrow in the figure, the baffle 212 pushes the cake to gradually move away from the piston head 610, and finally fall out of the environment, and at the same time, the wing plate 211 pushes the swing rod 520 to swing, so as to drive the bearing rod 510 to disengage from the lifting rod 630, so that the piston rod 620 is reset, thereby completing the cake falling step and the resetting of the brewing head assembly 200.
