Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described in detail through the drawings and the embodiments.
Summary of The Invention
As described above, the asset checking method and system based on the mobile terminal are highly automatic, have real-time performance, accuracy and convenience, and are beneficial to improving the efficiency and data quality of asset checking, so that the asset management requirement is better supported.
Exemplary method
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an asset inventory method based on a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment includes the following steps:
s101: asset information of an inventory asset in an inventory task is received and stored.
Preferably, inventory assets have unique said asset information. For example, for higher value inventory assets, to achieve inventory accuracy, the inventory asset may be any asset having unique asset information, including but not limited to electronic devices, jewelry, books, luxury items, and the like.
Inventory assets may also not have unique asset information, i.e., no unique identification. For example, for a lower value inventory asset, not requiring too high an inventory accuracy, the asset identification entered in this case may be a complete and clear overall view of the asset, as shown in FIG. 3 k.
For inventory tasks with unique asset information, the asset information may be a serial number, nameplate information, or other unique identifier. For inventory tasks that do not have unique asset information, the asset information may be its external characteristics.
For example, the server receives and stores the inventory asset to be checked, which is uploaded by the manager, as the videoconference terminal NE60 and the serial number 7D2050321 CE52 thereof.
In a word, the invention has wide application range, is suitable for the inventory of different types of assets, not only can have higher inventory value and unique asset information and require ultra-high-precision inventory of assets, but also can have lower inventory value and no unique asset information and requires general inventory of assets for inventory precision.
S102: and receiving an instruction for distributing the inventory tasks to executors according to the lending records.
As an alternative embodiment, an instruction to assign the inventory task to a responsible person based on the lending record may be received first; and then receiving an instruction of the responsible person for distributing the checking task to the executor. The executives may be the responsible person or others.
For example, the inventory assets are 100 video conference terminals NE60, the responsibility of which is the salesperson king of the video conference terminals, the manager distributes inventory tasks to king, the king specifically views the lending records of 100 video conference terminals NE60 recorded by the king Wang Zai, wherein 20 of the 100 video conference terminals NE60 are not lended, 30 of the 100 video conference terminals NE are lended to the king a company of beijing, 50 of the 100 video conference terminals NE60 are lended to the taiwan C company of C, wang Lianji of the 100 video conference terminals NE, and C of the 100 video conference terminals NE, and 35 of the 50 video conference terminals NE are lended to d of 15 video conference terminals NE, and the king distributes 20, 30, 35 and 15 video conference terminals NE to the manager, a, d and f of the 50 video conference terminals NE according to serial numbers.
As yet another alternative, the instruction may be received that the executive dispatch its inventory task to others, with the dispatcher acting as a new executive.
For example, in the above example, the small a finds that it cannot perform counting, or clicks "transfer" to input the account information of the appropriate person small w on the transfer page, clicks "confirm" to transfer the counting task to the small w, the server receives the transfer instruction, takes the transferred person small w as a new executor, clears the counting task in the small a account, and re-issues the counting task to the account of the small w.
In addition, the manager distributes inventory tasks to the final asset holder directly according to the complete lending record, and takes the asset holder as the executor.
When the next round of counting is carried out, the invention defaults to distribute the counting task with the counting record to the original executor of the previous round. If not, the manager, responsible person or executor may submit the modification again.
In a word, aiming at wide asset distribution range and scattered asset positions, the invention can accurately distribute inventory tasks to the executives which are most convenient and most suitable for inventory operation according to the outer borrowing records, optimize human resource utilization, reduce redundant work, improve inventory efficiency and save traffic time cost.
S103: and issuing the inventory task to the account corresponding to the executor according to the instruction.
The account number may be a contact way of the executor, where the contact way includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone number, a mailbox address, an instant chat account number, and a social media platform account number. Specifically, generating a link containing the inventory task according to the instruction; and sending the link to the corresponding executor through the contact way. For example, the contact way is a mobile phone number, and the link containing the checking task is sent to the corresponding executor in a short message form through the mobile phone number.
For another example, the contact mode is a micro-signal, and the link containing the inventory task is sent to the corresponding executor in the form of public number information or applet information through the micro-signal.
In a word, by directly issuing the inventory tasks to the account numbers of the corresponding executives according to the instructions, the accurate allocation of the tasks is ensured, and misunderstanding or confusion during the allocation of the tasks is avoided; the task link is sent to the account number of the executor, such as a mobile phone number, a mailbox address, an instant chat account number or a social media platform account number, the executor can be immediately informed that the task needs to be executed, and the executor can easily access the detailed information of the task by sending the task link, so that quick response and task starting are facilitated.
S104: and receiving and passing an account login request sent by the executor by using the mobile terminal.
For example, the account number of the executor Wang Liangliang is the mobile phone number thereof, wang Liangliang clicks to open a short message, continues to click on a link containing an inventory task in the short message, enters a login page as shown in fig. 3l, inputs the mobile phone number and a corresponding verification code, and after clicking "login", the server receives and passes through the login request.
S105: and receiving an asset identifier which is input by the executor for the selected inventory asset by utilizing the mobile terminal.
The asset identification is a scan code, original serial number, nameplate, and/or asset profile.
The scanning code is a bar code or a two-dimensional code.
The original serial number can be an original serial number printed on the appearance of the inventory asset when the inventory asset leaves the factory or an original serial number picture pasted on the appearance of the inventory asset, or can be an attribute of opening the inventory asset after the inventory asset is started, and the serial number is displayed in the attribute of the inventory asset on a display screen.
In particular, a scan code of the selected inventory asset scanned by the executor using the mobile terminal may be received; the method can also be used for receiving the picture containing the scanning code, the serial number or the nameplate of the selected inventory asset, which is shot by the executor by utilizing the mobile terminal; the video containing the serial numbers of the selected inventory assets, which is shot by the executor through the mobile terminal, can be received; the asset profile photograph containing the selected inventory asset taken by the executor using the mobile terminal may also be received.
The pictures, photos and videos are prohibited from being uploaded locally from the mobile terminal and must be pictures or videos taken in real time.
For example, an executor, namely, a principal Wang Liangliang logs in an account Number to enter a device inventory page, displays an inventory task as shown in fig. 3a, selects a first inventory task, namely, a small fish easy-to-connect AE700 host, clicks "instant inventory", enters an instant inventory page as shown in fig. 3b, clicks "photograph upload", photographs clear SN and model pictures in real time (clicks "view example" display examples) with reference to examples 1 and 2 as shown in fig. 3c, and after the confirmation, automatically identifies SN (Serial Number) in the photographed pictures as shown in fig. 3d, and if SN is not identified, prompts as shown in fig. 3 e; if the identified SN is matched with the target SN of the task to be recorded, directly filling; if the identified SN does not match the target SN, then a pop window appears as shown in fig. 3 f. If the SN is incorrect, the confirmation of inventory may be continued by a background person.
In order to improve the inventory accuracy, the method may further include, after the step of receiving the picture including the scan code, serial number or nameplate of the selected inventory asset taken by the executor using the mobile terminal, determining whether the picture includes the selected inventory asset profile, and the original serial number and/or the scan code, for example, preventing the same original serial number from being taken for multiple uploads, and taking the asset profile as an essential part in uploading the picture:
If yes, acquiring a serial number small image from the image by matting;
if not, returning the picture to be inconsistent with the requirement prompt.
The purpose of obtaining the sequence number small image from the large image by matting is to reduce the text recognition range in the next step and more accurately recognize the sequence number, namely, step S106 obtains the corresponding sequence number through text recognition of the sequence number small image.
Similarly, to improve inventory accuracy, after the step of receiving the asset profile photograph including the selected inventory asset taken by the executor using the mobile terminal, the method further includes determining whether the photograph includes a capture background:
if yes, acquiring an asset profile small image from the photo by matting;
if not, returning the picture to be inconsistent with the requirement prompt.
When the original serial number is specifically the serial number in the attribute displayed on the display screen after the inventory asset is started, the image sent to the inventory asset is taken by the executor in a impersonation mode, preferably, a video containing the serial number of the selected inventory asset, which is taken by the executor through the mobile terminal, is received. For example, the inventory asset is a notebook computer, the serial number shot by the executor is prevented from being from the attribute pictures of other notebook computers received in advance, and whether the video contains the operation of opening the attribute on the display screen and the serial number in the attribute can be judged by adopting the video:
If yes, acquiring a sequence number small image from the screenshot in the video;
if not, returning the prompt that the video does not meet the requirements.
Since video analysis is more complex than picture recognition, it is preferable that the executor take pictures with the mobile terminal that contain the serial numbers of the selected inventory assets.
Since the serial number is easily recognized as an error, it is preferable that the executor take a picture containing the scan code with the mobile terminal. In the invention, for inventory assets without scanning codes and unordered column numbers, the shooting nameplate can be selected, and the scanning codes, the serial numbers and the nameplate are not available, and as shown in fig. 3k, only clear and complete product pictures can be shot.
In addition, the invention can also set trust level for executives, and the higher the trust level is, the lower the requirement of the input asset identification is. For example, a person with a first-level trust level preferably scans the scan code directly, and even if the person needs to start to acquire the serial number, the person only needs to take a picture, no video is required to be taken, and the picture can only contain the serial number and no asset appearance is required to be contained. Because the executor with higher trust level can adopt a faster method, such as directly scanning the scanning code, the task can be completed faster, and the efficiency of checking the task and the operation experience of the executor can be improved. I.e., setting the level of trust of the executor, may make the allocation and execution of inventory tasks more efficient and intelligent.
In short, the invention has high flexibility, different assets and different executives can select different asset identification entries, and the invention is especially suitable for large-scale asset inventory and asset management. The recorded asset identification can be flexibly adjusted according to the trust level of the executor, whether the asset information of the inventory asset is easy to read, whether the inventory asset information is unique and the inventory accuracy requirement. Taking a picture containing the scanning code preferentially with the scanning code; the preferred shooting of the scan code is not done to count the picture of the original serial number attached to the asset; preferably, the operation action including the opening attribute and the serial number video are shot without the original serial number; the scanning code and the serial number are not available, and a picture containing a nameplate is preferably shot; the scanning code, the serial number and the nameplate are not available, and a clear and complete asset appearance photo is shot; for the condition of the scanning code, if the trust level of the executive person is higher, the scanning can be directly performed without taking pictures, asset appearance photos or videos containing asset information.
S106: and reading asset information corresponding to the asset identification.
For example, the SN in the taken picture is automatically identified as shown in fig. 3 d.
For the case that the entered asset identifier is only the asset profile, that is, step S105 is to receive the asset profile photo containing the selected inventory asset, which is taken by the executor using the mobile terminal, the profile feature in the asset profile photo can be intelligently identified as asset information in combination with a deep learning model.
S107: detecting whether the asset information is correct: if yes, checking is successful, and the position of the mobile terminal is obtained as the position of the selected checked asset; if not, checking fails.
The position of the mobile terminal defaults to the position nearest to the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal location supports reselection of other locations within a distance.
For example, the identified SN is matched with the target SN of the task to be recorded, and then the SN is directly filled, and the mobile phone shooting position "guangzhou city" is automatically identified as the position of the host computer "in Jiangxi road 222", after clicking "submit", the task to be recorded is shifted from "to" recorded "in fig. 3j, and the first recorded task is clicked, as shown in fig. 3 g. The prompt "please open the location service of the current browser in the settings" will be received before shooting. By default, the nearest position is filled into the shooting position, and clicking the position icon can open the popup window of the shooting position, as shown in fig. 3h, and the position within 100m is reselected. If the submitted inventory information is found to be incorrect, the "clear heavy" can also be clicked, as shown in FIG. 3 i.
If the checking fails, the support selection continues to submit to the manual detection channel.
In a word, the asset information and the asset position are obtained directly by executing the code scanning shooting and positioning functions of the mobile terminal, so that the accuracy is high, simplicity and practicability are realized, and the cost is low.
