For example, uploading photos placed in the heat preservation box in the distribution vehicle, photos of refrigerants in the heat preservation box, and the like. And can report the text description without carrying the heat preservation box or the refrigerant.
In some embodiments of the present application, a report entry for reporting real-time transportation conditions of the delivery task is displayed at a delivery capacity client corresponding to the delivery task, including: and displaying a report entry for reporting the real-time transportation condition of the delivery task in a popup window mode at the upper layer of the delivery capacity client interface corresponding to the delivery task. As shown in fig. 3, the delivery capacity client 220 may create a popup window 300 on top of the detail page of the delivery task, and display a report entry for reporting the real-time transportation condition of the delivery task in the popup window. In some embodiments of the present application, the report entry may include only: a report portal 310 for reporting transportation scenario photos, i.e. transportation scenario photos that the delivery capacity has to upload the delivery tasks. In other embodiments of the present application, the report entry may further include: a report entry 320 for reporting the preset transportation scenario description information, for example, a report entry where the delivery capacity does not carry a text description of the incubator.
Correspondingly, the report entry comprises: reporting an reporting entry of a transportation scene photo, and when reporting the reporting entry of preset transportation scene description information, responding to the reporting entry being triggered, displaying a real-time transportation condition reporting interface, including: responding to the report entrance for reporting the transportation scene photo to be triggered, and displaying a real-time transportation condition report interface; after the delivery capacity client corresponding to the delivery task displays the report entrance for reporting the real-time transportation condition of the delivery task, the method further comprises the following steps: and responding to the triggering of the reporting entrance for reporting the preset transportation scene description information, and reporting the preset transportation scene description information to a preset server. For example, when the delivery capacity clicks on the report entry (such as report entry 310 shown in fig. 3) reporting a transportation scenario photo, the delivery capacity client jumps to the display real-time transportation condition report interface; when the delivery capacity clicks on a report entry (such as report entry 320 shown in fig. 3) that reports the preset transportation scenario description information, the delivery capacity client reports, for example, transportation scenario description information indicating that the incubator is not carried to the server 210.
In some embodiments of the present application, a transport scenario description information surface reported by the delivery capacity client to the server 210 after the reporting entry is triggered may be displayed at the reporting entry for reporting the preset transport scenario description information. For example, text information such as "no incubator is carried" may be displayed on a button as the report entry 320, and when the delivery capacity clicks the report entry 320 for reporting the preset transportation scenario description information, the delivery capacity client 220 sends the text information displayed on the report entry 320, that is, "no incubator is carried" to the server 210.
As shown in fig. 4, in the step 120, the contents displayed in the real-time transportation condition reporting interface displayed by the delivery capacity client 220 at least include: a photo acquisition portal 410. After the delivery capacity triggers the photo collection portal 410, the delivery capacity client 220 triggers a process of collecting photos, so that the delivery capacity collects photos of real-time transportation scenes in the delivery vehicle through man-machine interaction with the real-time transportation condition reporting interface.
After detecting completion of the photo capture, e.g., after exiting from the camera application, the shipping capacity client 220 obtains the shipping capacity to obtain the captured photo and presents the captured photo in a real-time shipping condition reporting interface, such as 420 in FIG. 4, so that the shipping capacity can inspect the captured photo.
In some embodiments of the present application, photo samples may also be presented in a real-time shipping condition reporting interface for distribution capacity reference.
In some embodiments of the present application, when the transportation condition compliance check is performed based on only the image representing the transportation condition of the delivery vehicle, the photo information includes: the photo, the photo information of the real-time transportation scene of the delivery task, which is acquired by triggering the delivery capacity through the real-time transportation condition reporting interface, comprises: and responding to the delivery capacity to trigger a photo acquisition inlet arranged in the real-time transportation condition reporting interface, and calling an image acquisition system interface corresponding to the delivery capacity client to acquire photos in real time. Correspondingly, the step of uploading the identification information of the distribution task and the photos corresponding to the photo information to a preset server for compliance checking of distribution operation includes: uploading the photos and the identification information of the distribution task to a preset service end, so that the preset service end performs visual compliance checking on the distribution task through the received photos.
For example, after the shipping capability clicks on the photo capture portal 410 as shown in FIG. 4, the shipping capability client 220 invokes a system camera interface to invoke a camera application of the device at which the photo is captured. The distribution capacity operation camera application collects photos showing the placement condition of the incubator in the distribution vehicle. The photo acquisition ends and the camera application exits and returns to the shipping capacity client 220. The shipping capacity client 220 takes the captured photograph and displays it on the current interface. Thereafter, the delivery capacity trigger photo upload button (e.g., 430 in fig. 4) triggers a photo information upload operation, and the delivery capacity client 220 packages and transmits the photo together with the identification information of the delivery task to the server 210 in response to the photo information upload operation.
In other embodiments of the present application, when the compliance check of the transportation condition is performed according to both the image content representing the transportation condition of the delivery vehicle and the collection place and/or time of the photograph, the photograph information includes: the method comprises the steps of acquiring photos, photo acquisition time and/or photo acquisition geographical positions, wherein the acquisition of the photo information of the real-time transportation scene of the delivery task, which is triggered and acquired by the delivery capacity through the real-time transportation condition reporting interface, comprises the following steps: and responding to the delivery capacity to trigger a photo acquisition inlet arranged in the real-time transportation condition reporting interface, calling an image acquisition system interface corresponding to the delivery capacity client, acquiring photos in real time, and acquiring photo acquisition time and/or photo acquisition geographic position of the photos.
For example, after the shipping capability clicks on the photo capture portal 410 as shown in FIG. 4, the shipping capability client 220 invokes a system camera interface to invoke a camera application of the device at which the photo is captured. The distribution capacity operation camera application collects photos showing the placement condition of the incubator in the distribution vehicle. The photo collection ends, the camera application exits and returns to the shipping capacity client 220, and the shipping capacity client 220 obtains the collected photo. Meanwhile, the delivery capacity client 220 obtains the current system time by calling the system time interface of the device, and the current system time is used as the photo collection time of the photo, and obtains the real-time geographic position of the device by calling the positioning interface of the color device, and the current system time is used as the photo collection geographic position of the photo.
Correspondingly, the step of uploading the identification information of the distribution task and the photos corresponding to the photo information to a preset server for compliance checking of distribution operation includes: acquiring a waybill query result within a preset geofence range where the photo acquisition geographic position is located according to the photo acquisition geographic position; and superposing the photo acquisition time, the acquisition geographic position and one or more pieces of auxiliary inspection information in the waybill query result on the photo, uploading the photo superposed with the auxiliary inspection information and the identification information of the distribution task to a preset server, so that the preset server performs visual compliance inspection on the distribution task based on the received photo.
Next, the shipping capacity client 220 invokes a preset shipping order fence system based on the photo acquisition geographic location, queries the shipping orders within the photo acquisition geographic location preset distance geofence, and obtains the query results. In some embodiments of the present application, the query results may include an order identification (e.g., order number) of the queried delivery order. The order quantity may be set to 0 when no delivery order within the pre-set distance geofence from the photo acquisition geographic location is queried (e.g., delivery capacity acquires a photo when the delivery order is not delivered to the designated delivery address).
Then, the delivery capacity client 220 superimposes the photo collection time, the collection geographical location, and the waybill query result on the photo to generate a photo superimposed with the above information, and uploads the photo superimposed with the above information, together with the identification information of the delivery task, to the server 210, so that the server 210 performs visual compliance check on the delivery task based on the received photo.
In some embodiments of the present application, the above information may be superimposed on the photo in such a way that the photo acquisition time, the acquisition geographical location, and the waybill query result are used as a photo watermark. In other embodiments of the application, the above information may be superimposed on the photograph in other ways. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific technical means adopted for superposing the information on the photo.
In an embodiment of the present application, the service end 210 performs a visual compliance check on the delivery task based on the received photo, including: the server 210 sends the identification information of the photo and the distribution task to the compliance check client 230, and the compliance check client 230 displays the photo for the inspector to check the transportation condition based on the image information in the photo, or to check the transportation condition based on the image information in the photo, the photo collection time, the photo collection geographical location, and the query result of the distribution order in the XX meter fence.
In some embodiments of the present application, the compliance check client 230 may be a web page or a front-end application.
In some embodiments of the present application, the compliance check client 230 may set up a check result upload entry, such as "pass" and "fail" buttons, and the inspector activates the corresponding buttons according to the manual check result. Then, the compliance check client 230 uploads the check result corresponding to the triggered button and the identification information of the currently checked delivery task to the server 210.
According to the delivery operation compliance checking method disclosed by the embodiment of the application, whether the delivery operation compliance checking is carried out on the delivery task is determined according to the transport attribute matched with the delivery objects in the delivery task and the delivery capacity compliance checking index, namely, the delivery task needing to be subjected to the delivery operation compliance checking is selected by combining the factors of the delivery objects and the delivery capacity, so that the directional pushing compliance checking task is realized, the meaningless checking is avoided, and the efficiency of the delivery operation compliance checking is improved. On the other hand, the task amount of the delivery operation compliance check can be reduced, human resources are further saved, the coverage of the delivery task of the delivery operation compliance check is further enlarged, and the delivery operation compliance is pushed.

The embodiment of the application discloses a compliance checking device for distribution operation, as shown in fig. 5, the device comprises:
the real-time transportation condition reporting entrance display module 510 is configured to respond to matching of a delivery task with a delivery operation compliance check condition, and display a reporting entrance for reporting the real-time transportation condition of the delivery task at a delivery capacity client corresponding to the delivery task;

In some embodiments of the present application, the compliance check client is further configured to send a result obtained by the compliance check to the server, where the server is configured to perform subsequent processing, such as storing compliance check data, updating a compliance check index, and the like, based on the result.
The specific implementation manner of each component in the distribution system disclosed in the embodiment of the present application is referred to in embodiment one, and will not be described herein again.

1. A method of compliance checking for a dispensing operation, the method comprising:
responding to a delivery task matching delivery operation compliance check condition, and displaying a report entry for reporting real-time transportation conditions of the delivery task at a delivery capacity client corresponding to the delivery task;
and responding to the report entrance being triggered, displaying a real-time transportation condition report interface, wherein the contents displayed in the real-time transportation condition report interface comprise: a photo acquisition inlet;
acquiring photo information of a real-time transportation scene of the delivery task, wherein the photo information is triggered and acquired by the delivery capacity through the real-time transportation condition reporting interface;
and uploading the identification information of the distribution task and the photos corresponding to the photo information to a preset server for compliance checking of distribution operation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the dispensing operation compliance check condition comprises one or more of: the delivery capacity matching capacity compliance check index and delivery property matching of the delivery articles, wherein the response to the delivery task matching the delivery operation compliance check condition, at the delivery capacity client corresponding to the delivery task, shows a report entry for reporting the real-time transportation condition of the delivery task, comprises:
