Illustratively, on the client 14 in fig. 1, a diagnosis interface for commission settlement is logged in, a target diagnosis account period and an object identifier of an object to be diagnosed are selected in an option box of the diagnosis interface, and a diagnosis instruction carrying the target diagnosis account period and the object identifier of the object to be diagnosed can be generated by clicking a "start diagnosis" button, and meanwhile, the diagnosis instruction is issued to a corresponding server, and the server receives the diagnosis instruction, for example, the server 13 in fig. 1 receives the diagnosis instruction.
Optionally, a target diagnosis account period and an object identifier of the object to be diagnosed can be added in the configuration file, the configuration file is uploaded to the diagnosis interface, then a diagnosis start button is clicked, and a diagnosis instruction carrying the target diagnosis account period and the object identifier of the object to be diagnosed is generated by loading configuration information in the configuration file.
S202, acquiring a target original ticket file of a target diagnosis account period corresponding to the object to be diagnosed.

Illustratively, the diagnosis system for commission settlement problems deployed on the server 13 in fig. 1 interfaces with the channel centralized management system, and a commission settlement log for a target diagnosis account period corresponding to the object to be diagnosed can be obtained from the channel centralized management system, and the commission settlement log is parsed to obtain second settlement data. Integrating a third party comparison tool in a diagnosis system of the commission settlement problem, or comparing the first settlement data with the second settlement data by means of software programs and the like to obtain a diagnosis result corresponding to the n+1th link, wherein the diagnosis result reflects whether the first settlement data and the second settlement data are consistent or not, if so, the commission calculation of the n+1th link in the channel centralized management system is correct, and if not, the commission calculation of the n+1th link in the channel centralized management system is abnormal.
And S205, if the diagnosis result reflects that the first settlement data and the second settlement data are inconsistent, stopping diagnosis, and outputting the diagnosis result corresponding to the (n+1) th link.
When the first settlement data and the second settlement data are inconsistent, namely abnormal commission calculation occurs in the (n+1) th link in the channel centralized management system, diagnosis is terminated at the moment, that is, the problem of commission payment error caused by abnormal calculation occurs in the (n+1) th link is already located, and a diagnosis result corresponding to the (n+1) th link is output for the user to review.
According to the method and the device, the first calculation data are obtained by calculating each link of the commission settlement based on the commission settlement rules and the target original ticket file, the first settlement data are compared with the second settlement data obtained from the channel centralized management system, the diagnosis results corresponding to the current links are obtained, the settlement problems are refined to each link, so that the problem positioning is more accurate, in addition, when the diagnosis results reflect that the first settlement data are inconsistent with the second settlement data, the diagnosis is terminated, the diagnosis results corresponding to the current links are output, namely, the diagnosis is terminated in time when the first settlement data are inconsistent with the second settlement data in any link, the diagnosis time of the commission settlement problem is saved, and the problem positioning efficiency is improved. In addition, since the commission rule used in the diagnosis method of the commission settlement problem is consistent with the commission rule in the channel centralized management system, a reliable basis can be provided for the adjustment of the commission rule involved in the commission calculation flow of the channel centralized management system.
In one possible implementation manner, the links with the sequence included in the commission settlement are sequentially auditing, sorting, merging, rating and calculating fees, and correspondingly, according to the output of the nth link included in the commission settlement, the target original ticket file and the commission settlement rule corresponding to the (n+1) th link, the first settlement data is obtained, which is specifically divided into the following cases:

It can be understood that the rating is to analyze the generated composite ticket information, accumulate channel-level indexes, generate the fee-counting worksheet, and calculate the commission at the user level after merging, i.e. the rating result comprises accumulated integral data and accumulated proportion data corresponding to the channel.
In a fifth aspect, if the link is a fee calculation, the second settlement data is a fee calculation result obtained by the channel centralized management system, and the first settlement data is obtained according to the output of the nth link, the target original ticket file, and the fee settlement rule corresponding to the (n+1) th link, where the fee settlement includes: and performing commission calculation on the priced data, generating at least one of an agent bill and a developer bill, and obtaining a fee calculation result as first settlement data.

If the link is the price, the diagnosis result comprises the channel name with difference, the accumulated value of the integral data and the accumulated value of the proportion data.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a diagnosis result corresponding to a price in a diagnosis process of a commission settlement problem according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 7, the composite ticket generated by the merging module is parsed, channel related data is extracted, and integration data accumulation and proportion data accumulation are performed on channels. Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a diagnosis result corresponding to a fee calculation in a diagnosis process of a fee settlement problem according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, the fee calculation is performed on the rated data, an agent bill and a developer bill are generated, the result (first settlement data) after the fee calculation is compared with the fee calculation result (second settlement data) of the fee settlement process, if there is no difference, the next module is continuously executed, if there is a difference, the comparison result is output, and, for example, the comparison result is displayed in a list form, and information displayed in the list is the fee, the agent bill and the developer bill, so that it is determined that the fee settlement process problem occurs in the fee calculation module, and particularly, the fee calculation module has a problem in calculating the fee, generating the agent bill and the developer bill.
According to the embodiment of the application, the contents contained in the diagnosis results of all links in the commission settlement are contracted, and after a problem occurs in diagnosis of a certain link, the diagnosis results can provide clear investigation basis for a user, so that the method and the device are convenient to use for determining the problem, and the investigation efficiency of the problem is improved.
In some embodiments, the outputting the diagnosis result corresponding to the n+1th link may include the following possible implementation manners:
in the first implementation manner, the diagnosis result corresponding to the (n+1) th link is displayed on a diagnosis interface.
Still referring to the diagnosis results shown in each link in the diagnosis process of the commission settlement problem in fig. 4 to 8, the diagnosis results are displayed on the diagnosis interface, so that the user can conveniently check.
In a second implementation, a link to a diagnostic report is displayed in a diagnostic interface, the diagnostic report containing the diagnostic result.
For example, after the comparison of the first settlement data and the second settlement data corresponding to the (n+1) th link is completed, the difference point (i.e. the diagnosis result) may be saved in a link form, and the diagnosis report may be downloaded by clicking the link, so as to further view the diagnosis result.
Alternatively, the diagnosis result corresponding to the n+1th link may be displayed on the diagnosis interface, and the link of the diagnosis report may be displayed on the diagnosis interface.
According to the embodiment of the application, the visual interface is used for outputting the diagnosis result, so that the method is simple, visual and easy to use, and the efficiency of problem investigation is improved.
Based on any of the foregoing embodiments, in some embodiments, the obtaining the target original ticket file corresponding to the target diagnostic accounting period of the object to be diagnosed may include:

The data warehouse pulls a target ticket file snapshot of the target diagnostic account period corresponding to the object to be diagnosed from the HDFS server, can be stored in a database of a diagnosis system of the commission settlement problem, and restores the target ticket file snapshot into a target original ticket file for diagnosis of the commission settlement problem, and reads the target original ticket file from the database when diagnosis of the commission settlement problem is performed.

According to the embodiment of the application, the original ticket files uploaded by the peripheral system are stored in the HDFS server in the form of the ticket file snapshot to be backed up, and in the related technology, the original ticket files are stored in the SFTP server to be backed up, file backup deletion can be generated due to misoperation in the process of backing up the original ticket files, or after the files are backed up to the related catalogues on the SFTP, hackers or virus attack is easy to occur, and compared with the situation that the files are maliciously deleted or destroyed, the embodiment of the application is stored in the form of the ticket file snapshot, so that the safety of the backup files is improved to a certain extent, and the safety performance of the HDFS server is superior to that of the SFTP server, and the safety of the backup files is further enhanced.

and the data repository 124 is configured to obtain, from the SFTP server 121, an original ticket file uploaded by the peripheral system in response to receiving the version snapshot backup task, generate a ticket file snapshot corresponding to the original ticket file, and store the ticket file snapshot to the HDFS server 125.
Optionally, the commission settlement problem diagnosis system 120 further includes an RDS126, and the RDS126 is configured to store version information of the original ticket file generated by the version control center 122.
Optionally, the peripheral systems include, but are not limited to, CBSS for generating original ticket files for the user class and the payment class, via the subsystem for generating original ticket files for the business usage and user detail information, ECS for generating original ticket files for the card sales information, ECS for generating original ticket files for the user electronic ticket information, an activity center for generating original ticket files for the billing revenue duty cycle information, and a revenue management system for generating original ticket files for the billing revenue duty cycle information.
The implementation principle and technical effects of the commission settlement problem diagnosis system provided in this embodiment can be referred to the foregoing embodiments, and will not be described herein.

Claims (10)

1. A method for diagnosing a commission settlement problem, comprising:
receiving a diagnosis instruction, wherein the diagnosis instruction carries a target diagnosis account period and an object identification of an object to be diagnosed;
acquiring a target original ticket file of the object to be diagnosed corresponding to the target diagnosis account period;
aiming at an n+1 link in a plurality of links with sequence contained in the commission settlement, obtaining first settlement data according to the output of the n link contained in the commission settlement, the target original ticket file and a commission settlement rule corresponding to the n+1 link, wherein the commission settlement rule is the same as the commission settlement rule corresponding to the n+1 link contained in the channel centralized management system;
Comparing the first settlement data with the second settlement data to obtain a diagnosis result corresponding to the (n+1) th link, wherein the second settlement data is obtained by the channel centralized management system, and the diagnosis result reflects that the first settlement data is consistent with the second settlement data or the diagnosis result reflects that the first settlement data is inconsistent with the second settlement data;
if the diagnosis result reflects that the first settlement data and the second settlement data are inconsistent, diagnosis is terminated, and a diagnosis result corresponding to the (n+1) th link is output.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the plurality of links in a sequence included in the commission settlement are sequentially auditing, sorting, merging, rating, and billing, wherein:
if the link is audit, the commission settlement rule corresponding to the audit is a check rule, the second settlement data is an audit check result obtained by the channel centralized management system, and the first settlement data is obtained according to the output of the nth link, the target original ticket file and the commission settlement rule corresponding to the (n+1) th link, which are included in the commission settlement, and the method comprises the following steps: performing audit verification on the target original ticket file according to the verification rule to obtain an audit verification result which is the first settlement data;
If the link is sorting, sorting the corresponding commission settlement rule as a sorting rule, wherein the second settlement data is a sorting result obtained by the channel centralized management system, and obtaining first settlement data according to the output of the nth link, the target original ticket file and the commission settlement rule corresponding to the (n+1) th link, which are included in the commission settlement, the first settlement data comprises: classifying and storing the target original ticket file according to the sorting rule to obtain a sorting result which is the first settlement data;
if the links are merging, and the corresponding commission settlement rules are merging rules, the second settlement data is a composite ticket obtained by the channel centralized management system, and the first settlement data is obtained according to the output of the nth link, the target original ticket file and the commission settlement rules corresponding to the (n+1) th link, which are included in the commission settlement, and the first settlement data comprises: merging the sorted file data according to the merging rule to generate a composite ticket as the first settlement data;
if the link is a rating, the second settlement data is a rating result obtained by the channel centralized management system, and the first settlement data is obtained according to the output of the nth link, the target original ticket file and the commission settlement rule corresponding to the (n+1) th link, which are included in the commission settlement, and includes: analyzing the composite ticket to extract channel related data, and integrating integral data and proportion data of the channel to obtain a rating result as the first settlement data;
If the link is a fee calculation, the second settlement data is a fee calculation result obtained by the channel centralized management system, and the first settlement data is obtained according to the output of the nth link, the target original ticket file and the commission settlement rule corresponding to the (n+1) th link, which are included in the commission settlement, and includes: and performing commission calculation on the priced data, generating at least one of an agent bill and a developer bill, and obtaining a fee calculation result as the first settlement data.

4. A method of diagnosing a commission settlement problem according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the acquiring the target original ticket file of the object to be diagnosed corresponding to the target diagnostic accounting period comprises:
pulling a target ticket file snapshot of the object to be diagnosed corresponding to the target diagnosis account period from a Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) server through a data warehouse, wherein a version list is stored in the data warehouse, the ticket file snapshot corresponding to the version list is stored in the HDFS server, and an original ticket file corresponding to the ticket file snapshot is generated by a peripheral system and is stored in a secure file information transmission System (SFTP) server;
and recovering the target original ticket file according to the target ticket file snapshot.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the ticket document snapshot is obtained by:
the version control center responds to monitoring that the peripheral system uploads an original ticket file to the SFTP server, and determines whether the original ticket file is a new version or not;
If the version is the new version, the version control center transmits notification information to a task scheduling center, and the task scheduling center is used for executing the diagnosis method of the commission settlement problem;
the task scheduling center responds to the receiving of the notification information and sends a version snapshot backup task for the original ticket file uploaded by the peripheral system to the data warehouse;
and the data warehouse responds to receiving the version snapshot backup task, acquires the original ticket file uploaded by the peripheral system from the SFTP server, generates a ticket file snapshot corresponding to the original ticket file, and stores the ticket file snapshot to the HDFS server.
6. A commission settlement method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the outputting of the diagnosis result corresponding to the (n+1) -th link comprises:
displaying a diagnosis result corresponding to the (n+1) th link on a diagnosis interface;
and/or, in a diagnostic interface, displaying a link to a diagnostic report, the diagnostic report comprising the diagnostic result.
7. A commission settlement problem diagnosis device, comprising:
