Referring to fig. 1, it is a flow of a nuclear power plant electronic file management method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the nuclear power plant electronic file management method is applicable to a terminal device, and as shown in the figure, the nuclear power plant electronic file management method may include the following steps:
step S101, acquiring a query instruction.
The terminal equipment where the nuclear power station electronic file management method is located is connected with at least one business system, wherein the business system is a system for implementing a certain preset process, such as a financial system, a purchasing system and the like, a user of the business system is a user who successfully registers the business system, the user of the business system can call the nuclear power station electronic file management method in the terminal equipment through a corresponding functional component, and then a query instruction is input to the terminal equipment through the preset functional component.
The query instruction includes, but is not limited to, query information and query operation, and the query information may refer to text information, such as "book", input by a user of the business system in a preset search box, query box, or the like; the query operation may be an operation formed by a user of the service system clicking a preset search button, a query button, and the like.
And step S102, acquiring at least one electronic file according to the query instruction.
The method for managing the electronic files of the nuclear power station can be applied to terminal equipment, the terminal equipment receives the query instruction, outputs the query instruction to a document management system (the document management system is a system for managing and storing the electronic files and providing retrieval and reference for users), matches corresponding electronic files in the document management system according to query information and the like in the query instruction, outputs the corresponding electronic files to the terminal equipment, and feeds the corresponding electronic files back to users of a service system by the terminal equipment. Wherein, according to the inquiry information, one electronic file may be matched in the document management system, a plurality of electronic files may be matched, and the electronic file may not be matched, when the electronic file is not matched, the prompt information such as 'not matched to the inquiry content' and the like can be fed back.
Optionally, the electronic file is not an entity of the electronic file, but a file link formed by an address of the electronic file and the like is stored, the terminal device feeds the file link of the electronic file back to the service system, a user of the service system can click the file link for reference, wherein, the electronic file entity is stored in the document management system, the document management system can set corresponding user authority function, the user of the service system outputs personal information and the like to the document management system when clicking the file link, the document management system judges whether the user has authority to look up the electronic file entity according to the personal information, the service system reduces the functions of storage, backup and the like of the electronic file entity, and the safety management of the electronic file entity is completely finished by the document management system, so that the burden of the service system can be reduced, and the operation, maintenance and development work of the service system can be reduced.
Optionally, the document management system may be integrated in a terminal device, and the terminal device receives the query instruction, matches the corresponding electronic file in the terminal device according to the query instruction, and feeds back the corresponding electronic file to a user of the service system, so that corresponding transmission links can be reduced.
Step S103, acquiring a selection instruction of any electronic file in the at least one electronic file.
The method comprises the steps of feeding back at least one electronic file to a user of a service system, wherein the user of the service system selects one electronic file or a plurality of electronic files according to requirements, a selection instruction can mean that the user of the service system selects the electronic file and clicks a determination button, and the selection instruction can also mean that the user of the service system double-clicks the electronic file.
And step S104, detecting whether a preset starting flow exists in the electronic file corresponding to the selection instruction.
The preset process may refer to a business process in a business system, for example, a reimbursement process in a financial system; the preset flow may refer to a specific transaction in a business flow in the business system, for example, an accommodation reimbursement sub-flow in an reimbursement flow in the financial system.
Selecting the preset flow which is started under the electronic file corresponding to the instruction may refer to starting the preset flow under the electronic file corresponding to the instruction, or inquiring and selecting the corresponding electronic file under the started preset flow, for example, selecting the electronic file named as the "going-out lodging reimbursement method", clicking a right button of a mouse on the electronic file, clicking a left button of the mouse in a generated preset frame to select and start the "lodging reimbursement", that is, selecting the preset flow which is started under the electronic file of the "going-out lodging reimbursement method"; for another example, after a user starts a "lodging reimbursement" flow in the financial system, the user invokes a nuclear power plant electronic file management method in the terminal device through the corresponding functional component, inputs a "lodging reimbursement" in a preset query box, and after feeding back an electronic file of the "going-out lodging reimbursement method", the user selects the electronic file of the "going-out lodging reimbursement method", that is, the user has a preset flow started under the electronic file of the "going-out lodging reimbursement method".
Optionally, the detecting whether a preset process of starting exists in the electronic file corresponding to the selection instruction includes:
detecting whether starting operation on the preset flow exists before the query instruction or after the selection instruction;
if the starting operation of the preset flow exists before the query instruction or after the selection instruction, determining that the started preset flow exists in the electronic file corresponding to the selection instruction;
and if the starting operation of the preset flow does not exist before the query instruction and after the selection instruction, determining that the started preset flow does not exist in the electronic file corresponding to the selection instruction.
The starting operation of the preset process may refer to an operation of triggering a starting button of the preset process, for example, clicking a "right button" of a mouse under an option of the preset process to generate a preset frame, setting a "starting" virtual button in the generated preset frame, moving a mouse cursor to the "starting" virtual button, and clicking a "left button" of the mouse at the "starting" virtual button to perform the starting operation of the preset process.
Step S105, if a started preset flow exists in the electronic file corresponding to the selection instruction, obtaining description information corresponding to the preset flow, and associating the description information with the electronic file corresponding to the selection instruction.
The description information corresponding to the preset flow may refer to a flow name of the preset flow, a reason of the preset flow, and the like, for example, for an reimbursement flow in a financial system, the reimbursement flow is the flow name; or for the lodging reimbursement sub-flow in the reimbursement flow in the financial system, the lodging is the affair cause of the lodging reimbursement flow.
The associating of the description information with the electronic file corresponding to the selection instruction may refer to recording and storing the description information as metadata of the electronic file, and the electronic file may accumulate and record data queried and used for multiple times, so as to facilitate statistics of the reason for querying and using the electronic file.
For better understanding of the present embodiment, the following describes the present embodiment with a specific application scenario:
the user of the financial system logs in the financial system, a 'lodging reimbursement' flow is started in the financial system, then a query component in a 'lodging reimbursement' flow interface is clicked, the user inputs 'reimbursement' in a query box and clicks a query button, the terminal device feeds back an electronic file of an 'going-out lodging reimbursement method' of the financial system according to the 'reimbursement', the user selects the electronic file of the 'going-out lodging reimbursement method', and the terminal device records description information of the 'lodging reimbursement' flow in metadata of the electronic file of the 'going-out lodging reimbursement method'.
According to the method, the corresponding electronic file is fed back according to the query instruction of the user, the started preset flow existing under the electronic file selected by the user is obtained, the description information of the preset flow is associated with the electronic file, the records of the flows such as the reason and the like of the electronic file query are simply and automatically realized, the defects of statistical information such as the flow information of the query electronic file and the like are effectively overcome, and meanwhile, the problems of information omission and poor consistency caused by manual statistics are solved The recorded data has consistency, and is beneficial to correspondingly guiding the work of analysis, statistics, classification and the like of the electronic files.
Referring to fig. 2, it is a flow of a nuclear power plant electronic file management method provided in the second embodiment of the present application, where the nuclear power plant electronic file management method is applicable to a terminal device, and on the basis of the nuclear power plant electronic file management method in the foregoing embodiment, as shown in the figure, the nuclear power plant electronic file management method may include the following steps:
in step S201, a query instruction is acquired.
Step S202, at least one electronic file is obtained according to the query instruction.
Step S203, acquiring a selection instruction for any electronic file in the at least one electronic file.
Step S204, detecting whether a preset starting flow exists in the electronic file corresponding to the selection instruction.
Step S205, if there is a preset flow started in the electronic file corresponding to the selection instruction, obtaining description information corresponding to the preset flow, and associating the description information with the electronic file corresponding to the selection instruction.
Step S201 to step S205 are the same as step S101 to step S105, and reference may be specifically made to the related description of step S101 to step S105, which is not described herein again.
Step S206, obtaining the system information of the service system outputting the query instruction.
The system information of the service system outputting the query instruction includes, but is not limited to, a system name of the service system, and the system information of the service system can be output to the terminal device when a user of the service system calls a nuclear power plant electronic file management method in the terminal device through a corresponding functional component.
Optionally, the obtaining system information of the service system that outputs the query instruction includes:
acquiring a uniform resource locator of a service system outputting the query instruction;
and acquiring system information of the service system outputting the query instruction according to the uniform resource locator.
Among them, the uniform resource locator (URL address) is also called a web address, and generally includes: the URL address contains a plurality of characters, and the specific contents of the characters are correspondingly set according to different service systems; the system information of the service system outputting the query instruction may be the URL address directly, or may be other information obtained by referring to a mapping relation library according to the URL address, and the mapping relation library may be a database composed of a plurality of URL addresses and information corresponding to each URL address one by one.
Optionally, the obtaining, according to the uniform resource locator, system information of a service system that outputs the query instruction includes:
detecting whether a preset character exists in the uniform resource locator;
if the preset characters exist in the uniform resource locator, acquiring the number of the preset characters in the uniform resource locator;
if the number of the preset characters is one, acquiring all characters positioned in front of the preset characters in the uniform resource locator;
detecting whether all characters positioned before the preset characters exist in a preset system database or not;
if all characters before the preset characters exist in the preset system database and the number of the system information corresponding to all the characters in the preset system database is one, determining the system information as the system information of the service system outputting the query instruction;
if the number of the preset characters is multiple, taking the first preset character in the uniform resource locator as a target preset character;
step a, acquiring all characters positioned in front of the target preset character in the uniform resource locator;
b, detecting whether all characters positioned in front of the target preset character exist in the preset system database or not;
step c, if all characters before the target preset character exist in the preset system database and the number of the system information corresponding to all the characters in the preset system database is one, determining the system information as the system information of the service system outputting the query instruction;
step d, if all characters before the target preset character do not exist in the preset system database or the number of systems corresponding to all characters in the preset system database is multiple, taking the next preset character after the first preset character in the uniform resource locator as the target preset character;
and repeating the steps a, b, c and d until the system information of the service system outputting the query instruction is obtained.
The preset system database may be a database including system information of a plurality of service systems and characters corresponding to the system information of each service system, and the characters corresponding to the system information of each service system may be a part or all of URL addresses.
When a plurality of preset characters exist in the URL address, the steps a, b, c, and d are repeatedly executed until all the preset characters are traversed, and the unique system still cannot be determined or the corresponding system information still does not exist, that is, the system information of the service system that outputs the query instruction is not acquired, at this time, the loop is ended, and for the case of the system information of the service system that does not acquire the query instruction, the following contents are referred to.
For example, a generic URL address is of the form: http:// dyw/caiwusstem/baoxiao, where "http://" is a fixed format of the URL address, and a backslash "/" is a preset character, so there are two preset characters "/" in the URL address.
The first preset character "/" is taken as a target preset character, and all characters before the target preset character are http:// dyw; matching is carried out in a preset system database aiming at the http:// dyw, and if the http:// dyw exists in the preset system database and the number of the system information corresponding to the http:// dyw in the preset system database is one, the system information is determined to be the system information of a service system outputting a query instruction; if the preset system database does not contain http:// dyw 'or the number of the system information corresponding to http:// dyw' in the preset system database is multiple, taking a second preset character "/" in the URL address as a target preset character, taking all characters before the target preset character as http:// dyw/caiwuwsystem ", and matching in the preset system database aiming at the http:// dyw/caiwuusystem", and if the preset system database contains the http:// dyw/caiwuusystem "and the number of the system information corresponding to the http:// dyw/caiwuusystem" in the preset system database is one, determining the system information as the system information of the service system outputting the query instruction; if the preset system database does not have http:// dyw/caiwussystem 'or the number of the system information corresponding to http:// dyw/caiwussystem' in the preset system database is multiple, the matching cannot be continued because the second preset character "/" is the last preset character "/", and therefore the loop process is ended.
Optionally, the method for managing the electronic file of the nuclear power plant further includes:
and if the system information of the service system outputting the query instruction is not acquired from the preset system database, sending prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user that the system information of the service system outputting the query instruction is not acquired.
After the matching process, the system information corresponding to the URL address cannot be matched in the preset system database, or a plurality of pieces of system information corresponding to the URL address are matched in the preset system database, which is a case where the system information is not obtained from the preset system database, in this case, a corresponding prompt needs to be output to prompt the user of the business system querying and using the electronic file to contact a corresponding administrator to perfect the preset system database, or prompt the user managing the preset system database to perfect the preset system database.
For example, the URL address is: http:// dyw/caiwussestm/baoxiao, a first preset character "/" is taken as a target preset character, the preset system database does not have "http:// dyw", a second preset character "/" is taken as a target preset character, all characters before the target preset character are "http:// dyw/caiwussestm", and the preset system database does not have "http:// dyw/caiwussestm", that is, system information of a service system which does not acquire an output query instruction in the preset system database, a text prompt is sent, wherein the text content is, for example: the corresponding system information is not matched.
Step S207, associating the system information with the electronic file corresponding to the selection instruction.
The associating of the system information with the electronic file corresponding to the selection instruction may refer to recording and storing the system information as metadata of the electronic file, and the electronic file may accumulate and record data that is queried and used for many times, so as to facilitate statistics of a system in which the electronic file is queried and used.
According to the method and the device, the corresponding electronic file is fed back according to the query instruction of the user, the system information of the business system outputting the selection instruction is obtained, and the system information is associated with the electronic file, so that the recording of the conditions of the system and the like for automatically querying the electronic file is simply realized, the defect of statistical information such as the system information and the like for querying the electronic file is effectively made up, and the corresponding guidance on the work of analyzing, counting, classifying and the like of the electronic file is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 3, which is a flow of a nuclear power plant electronic file management method provided in the third embodiment of the present application, the nuclear power plant electronic file management method may be applied to a terminal device, and on the basis of the nuclear power plant electronic file management method in the second embodiment, as shown in the figure, the nuclear power plant electronic file management method may include the following steps:
in step S301, a query instruction is acquired.
Step S302, at least one electronic file is obtained according to the query instruction.
Step S303, acquiring a selection instruction for any electronic file in the at least one electronic file.
Step S301 to step S303 are the same as step S101 to step S103, and reference may be specifically made to the description of step S101 to step S103, which is not described herein again.
Step S304, acquiring the personal information of the user triggering the selection instruction and the time for triggering the selection instruction.
The personal information of the user triggering the selection instruction includes, but is not limited to, a name of the user triggering the selection instruction, and department information of the user triggering the selection instruction, where the department information of the user triggering the selection instruction may be obtained by comparing the user name with a satellite staff database, where the satellite staff database includes the user name and information such as a department corresponding to the user name.
