Specifically, the permission allocation request is used for requesting to allocate, for a target user, a device control permission corresponding to a target scene to which a user group belongs, where the user group may be a "home" user group corresponding to a home scene or a "work" user group corresponding to an office scene; the control authority of the device can be the control authority of the intelligent air conditioner, the control authority of the portable computer and the control authority of the intelligent camera in a home scene, and also can be the control authority of the printer and the control authority of the intelligent door and window in an office scene, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited. Further, the permission allocation request at least comprises first user information corresponding to the target user. Further optionally, the first user information corresponding to the target user may be personal basic information (such as gender, age, etc.) of the target user, identity information of the target user (such as brother in home, group organization in office, etc.), user characteristics of the target user (such as good singing), etc.
102. And determining a target user label corresponding to the target user in the user group according to the first user information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, according to the first user information, a corresponding target user tag in one or more user groups may be determined, and the user tags in each user group may be different according to a scenario to which the user group belongs. Further optionally, the target user tag may be a user identity tag corresponding to the target user in the user group, a user feature tag corresponding to the target user in the user group, or a basic user tag corresponding to the target user in the user group. For example, according to the brother identity of the target user in the home scenario, it may be determined that the target user tag corresponding to the target user in the "home" user group is "brother"; alternatively, based on the user characteristic that the target user is good at singing, it may be determined that the target user tag corresponding to the target user in the "home" user group is the "soul singer".
103. And determining at least one intelligent device matched with the target user label from all devices in the target scene based on the target user label, and taking the intelligent device as all target devices of which the target user has control authority.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the target user tag corresponding to the first user may be one or more. Further optionally, a user attribute of the target user may be determined based on the target user tag; and determining at least one intelligent device matched with the target user tag from all devices in the target scene according to the user attribute of the target user, and taking the intelligent device as all target devices with control authority of the target user. For example, based on the "child" user tag, it may be determined that the user attribute of the target user is general in handling ability, loving playing, etc., and further, from the computers, refrigerators, and fan devices in the home scene, it is determined that the refrigerators and fan devices matching the "child" user tag have control rights of the refrigerators and fan devices, and thus the target user has control rights of the computer devices; based on the user label of the group leader, the user attribute of the target user can be determined to be good in manual operation capability, good in thinking capability and the like, and further, the computer and the printer equipment matched with the user label of the group leader are determined from the computer and the printer equipment in an office scene, so that the target user has control authority of the computer and the printer equipment.
104. And executing right allocation operation corresponding to all target devices on the target user so as to set the right control relation between the target user label and all the target devices.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, executing rights allocation operations corresponding to all target devices on the target user may include:
setting authority control relation between the target user tag and all target devices; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and feeding back the device information corresponding to the target user labels and each target device to a permission setting device corresponding to the permission setting personnel in the user group so as to trigger the permission setting personnel to set the permission control relation between the target user labels and all the target devices through the permission setting device.
Further optionally, before performing the rights allocation operation corresponding to all the target devices on the target user to set the rights control relationship between the target user tag and all the target devices, the method may further include:
predicting the service condition of the target user on each target device in the target scene according to the target user labels, each target device and scene parameters of the target scene;
determining the application range of the target user to each target device according to the predicted use condition of each target device;
And executing the permission distribution operation corresponding to all the target devices on the target user according to the application range of the target user to each target device.
Specifically, the scene parameters of the target scene can be understood as the user activity condition in the target scene; the application range may be at least one of an application time period, an application area range, and an application device function range; the permission control relationship may be a permission control relationship related to a usage period of the target device, a permission control relationship related to a usage location of the target device, or a permission control relationship related to a device function of the target device. For example, a target user corresponding to a user tag of "child" can only control the smart tv in the living room; or, only in the evening time period, the control authority of the intelligent television is provided; or when father works in home, the child only has the program determining authority of the intelligent television, but does not have the sound regulating authority; on the other hand, the target user corresponding to the father user label can be set to have the control authority of all equipment functions in the whole time period and all directions of the intelligent television. Furthermore, the permission setting device can be a user terminal of a permission setting person and can also be a device terminal of the intelligent target device. Specifically, the authority setting personnel are personnel with the set authority of the equipment authority in the user group, such as an administrator in the user group.
Therefore, after the user label corresponding to the target user in the user group is determined, the device control authorities can be automatically allocated according to the user label, and the master user does not need to manually configure the device control authorities one by one, so that the method and the device control authorities not only are beneficial to simplifying the allocation flow of the device control authorities, but also shorten the time required by allocating the device control authorities, thereby realizing the rapid allocation of the device control authorities, reducing the occurrence of allocation error conditions of the device control authorities, further improving the safety of the follow-up target user when using the intelligent device, and further improving the user experience.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of an automatic allocation method of device control rights according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method for automatically distributing the device control rights described in fig. 2 may be applied to any one of a home scenario, a work scenario, etc. of an automatic distributing apparatus having the device control rights, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. Optionally, the method may be implemented by a rights allocation system, where the rights allocation system may be integrated in a rights allocation device, and the rights allocation system may also be a local server or a cloud server for managing an automatic allocation procedure of a device control right, where embodiments of the present invention are not limited. As shown in fig. 2, the automatic allocation method of the device control authority may include the following operations:
201. And receiving a permission allocation request corresponding to a certain target user in a certain user group.
202. Acquiring group parameters of a user group, and judging whether other users except a target user have a binding relationship with a target scene to which the user group belongs in the user group according to the group parameters of the user group; when the judgment result of the step 202 is yes, triggering and executing the steps 203-204; when the result of the determination in step 202 is no, the execution of step 205 is triggered.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the group parameters of the user group may include a user binding condition (such as the number of binding people, the time of each user joining the user group, etc.) matched with the target scene, or may include user information of the joined user (such as a user tag, a user identity, etc. of the joined user), or may further include the creation time, the use frequency, etc. of the user group. Optionally, one or more other users, except the target user, which have a binding relationship with the target scene to which the user group belongs may exist in the user group, or the other users may not exist, that is, the newly created group.
203. And analyzing the user relationship between the target user and other users according to the first user information and the acquired second user information corresponding to the other users.
In the embodiment of the invention, optionally, one or more other users may be provided. Further optionally, according to the first user information and the second user information corresponding to all other users, by combining with the corresponding target scenario, a user membership (such as a group leader and a minor member) between the target user and the other users, a user relatives (such as dad and son) between the target user and the other users, and a user contact (such as a destructor and a guardian) between the target user and the other users may be analyzed.
204. And generating a target user label corresponding to the target user in the user group according to the user relationship between the target user and other users and the user labels of the other users which are determined in advance.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, one or more user labels of other users may be used, where any user label of other users may or may not have an association relationship with the user relationship.
Further optionally, before generating the target user label corresponding to the target user in the user group according to the user relationship between the target user and the other users and the predetermined user labels of the other users, the method may further include:
Acquiring all user tags to be matched corresponding to other users;
calculating the matching degree of each user label to be matched with the user relationship according to the user relationship between the target user and other users and each user label to be matched corresponding to other users;
determining all user tags to be matched, which are in a relation with the user, from all user tags to be matched, wherein the matching degree of the user tags to be matched is greater than or equal to a preset matching degree threshold value, and taking the user tags to be matched as user tags of other users; the user labels of other users are labels with association relation to the target user label to be generated.
For example, if a "dad" user in a "home" user group has "soul singer", "father" and "chef" user labels to be matched, and a son and a "dad" user are analyzed to be in a father-son relationship when the son joins the "home" user group, the "son" user label or the "child" user label of the son can be determined according to the "father" user label with higher association degree with the father-son relationship. Thus, the target user label can be determined more specifically, and the accuracy of the generated target user label is improved.
Further, before generating the target user label corresponding to the target user in the user group according to the user relationship between the target user and the other users and the predetermined user labels of the other users, the method may further include:
calculating the user association degree of the target user and other users according to the user relationship between the target user and the other users, and judging whether the user association degree is greater than or equal to a preset user association degree threshold value;
when the user association degree is judged to be greater than or equal to a preset user association degree threshold, based on the user relationship between the target user and other users, performing label changing operation on the user labels of the other users determined in advance, and obtaining user labels of the other users after changing;
and generating a target user label corresponding to the target user in the user group according to the user relationship between the target user and other users and the user label of the other users after modification based on the user labels of the other users after modification.
For example, if the user labels of the original target user and its father in the user group are "son" and "father", respectively, the son of the target user joins the user group later, and the user labels of the original target user and its father are changed to "father" and "grandfather" due to the high degree of user association of the three, and the user label corresponding to the son of the target user may be determined as the "son" label.
205. And creating a target user label corresponding to the target user in the user group according to the first user information.
In the embodiment of the invention, optionally, according to the first user information, all user tags matched with the first user information and the group parameters of the user group can be determined, and all user tags are fed back to the user terminal of the target user, so that the target user can determine the corresponding target user tag in the user group; the target user label corresponding to the target user in the user group can be directly created according to the first user information.
206. And determining a target user label corresponding to the target user in the user group according to the first user information.
207. And determining at least one intelligent device matched with the target user label from all devices in the target scene based on the target user label, and taking the intelligent device as all target devices of which the target user has control authority.

Therefore, by implementing the embodiment of the invention, the target user label of the target user can be determined in a targeted and basis manner according to the multi-user information in the user group, the accuracy of the generated target user label is ensured, and further, the effective distribution can be carried out in the subsequent distribution process of the equipment control authority, thereby ensuring the use safety of the target user on the distributed target equipment.
In an optional embodiment, the determining, based on the target user tag in step 207, at least one intelligent device matching the target user tag from all devices in the target scene, as all target devices having control rights of the target user, may include:
determining user parameters of the target user based on the target user tag;
when the user parameters of the target user comprise the user type of the target user and the user type of the target user is a temporary user type matched with the target scene, judging whether other user groups bound with the target user exist, and when judging that the other user groups bound with the target user exist, determining at least one intelligent device matched with the target user tag from all devices of the target scene according to the existing device control authority of the target user in the scene to which the other user groups belong and the device information of all devices included in the target scene as all target devices with the control authority of the target user;
when the user parameters of the target user comprise the user type of the target user and the user type of the target user is the resident user type matched with the target scene, judging whether at least one similar user with the similarity larger than or equal to a preset similarity threshold exists in all users with the existing device control authority in the user group according to the user parameters of the target user, if so, determining at least one intelligent device matched with the target user tag from all devices of the target scene according to the existing device control authority of all the similar users, and taking the intelligent device as all target devices with the control authority of the target user.
In this alternative embodiment, after determining the user parameter of the target user based on the target user tag, the user parameter of the target user may be analyzed to determine all target devices that the target user has control authority. Optionally, the optional embodiment may further include: and when judging that other user groups bound with the target user do not exist, executing the step of judging whether at least one similar user with the similarity larger than or equal to a preset similarity threshold exists in all the users with the existing equipment control authority in the user group according to the user parameters of the target user.
Specifically, the user parameter of the target user may include at least one of a user identity corresponding to the target user, habit information of the target user, a user type of the target user, and a user characteristic of the target user. Specifically, the user identity corresponding to the target user of the target user may be a corresponding user identity in any scene, or may be a user identity corresponding to a specific time or place; the habit information of the target user may be habit information for a time or place (e.g. "stay up workers"); the user type of the target user is a resident user type or a temporary user type matched with the target scene (such as a resident user type-a user living in home frequently; a temporary user type-a user playing in home occasionally); the user characteristics of the target user may be interests, specials, etc. of the target user.
Further, after determining that the target user is a temporary user type and determining that other user groups bound with the target user exist, existing device control authorities of the target user corresponding to scenes of the other user groups can be associated with device information of all devices included in the target scene, so that at least one intelligent device matched with the target user tag is determined from all devices in the target scene. For example, if the user tag of the user a in the user group "family 1" is "child", it may be determined that the user a is a temporary user type, at this time, it may be determined whether there are other user groups bound by the user a in the preset group library, and when it is determined that the user a is also bound by the other user groups "family 2", it may be determined that the intelligent computer is a device matching with "child" according to the control authority of the intelligent computer of the user a in "family 2" and the intelligent computer networked in the family, and may be a target device of the user a having the control authority in "family 1".
Still further, after determining that the target user is a resident user type and determining that there is a similar user in the user group having a similarity with the target user greater than or equal to a preset similarity threshold, or after determining that the target user is a transient user type and determining that there is no other user group bound with the target user, an existing device control authority of the similar user may be used as a determination basis, so as to determine at least one intelligent device matched with the target user tag from all devices in the target scene. For example, if the user tag of the user a in the user group of "family 1" is "brother", it may be determined that the user a is a resident user type, at this time, it may be determined whether there is a similar user (such as sister) with a higher similarity with the target user in the user group, if so, it may be determined that the device is a device that matches with "brother" according to the control authority of the smart tv of the sister in the user group of "family 1", and may be a target device of the user a having the control authority in "family 1".
Therefore, the optional embodiment can intelligently determine the target equipment which is matched with the user tag and can be controlled by the target user based on the user parameter of the target user determined by the user tag, so that the analyzed user parameter can be fully utilized, the accuracy of the authority control relationship between the determined intelligent equipment and the user tag is improved, the matching degree between the determined intelligent equipment and the target user is improved, the intelligent allocation mode of the equipment control authority is enriched, the authority allocation rate is further accelerated, and the user viscosity is improved.
In another alternative embodiment, after determining that there is another user group bound to the target user in the above step, the method may further include:
calculating the scene matching degree of the target scene and the scenes of other user groups according to the scene parameters corresponding to the target scene and the scene parameters corresponding to the scenes of other user groups;
judging whether the scene matching degree is greater than or equal to a preset scene matching degree threshold value, and if so, determining at least one intelligent device matched with a target user tag from all devices of the target scene according to the existing device control authorities corresponding to the scenes of other groups of the target user and the device information of all devices included in the target scene, wherein the step is executed as all target devices with the control authorities of the target user; and if not, judging whether at least one similar user with the similarity larger than or equal to a preset similarity threshold exists in all the users with the existing equipment control authority in the user group according to the user parameters of the target user.
In this alternative embodiment, optionally, the scene parameters corresponding to the target scene may include a user activity condition, each user attribute, and the like in the target scene. Specifically, it can be understood that the step of determining the device control rights of the target user may determine the rights control relationship of the respective device control rights from the user group or from the user perspective, and if the rights control relationship is not determined from the two perspectives, the rights control relationship may be fed back to the rights setting personnel having the device rights setting rights, so that the rights setting personnel sets the rights control relationship between the user tag and the device control rights, which is favorable for the system to continuously supplement and optimize the rights control relationship between the existing user tag and the device control rights.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can fully utilize the target scene and the information of each user group, further enrich the intelligent distribution mode of the device control authority, not only be beneficial to the smooth proceeding of the authority control relation determining step between the user tag and the device control authority, but also be beneficial to the improvement of the reliability and accuracy of the determined authority control relation between the user tag and the device control authority.
In yet another optional embodiment, determining at least one intelligent device matching the target user tag from all devices in the target scene according to the existing device control rights of all similar users in the above steps as all target devices having control rights of the target user may include:
determining at least one undetermined device matched with the existing device control rights of all similar users from all devices of the target scene according to the existing device control rights of all similar users;
for each piece of equipment to be determined, judging whether the first matching degree of the equipment to be determined and the user parameters of the target user is larger than or equal to a preset first matching degree threshold value according to the user parameters of the target user;
when the first matching degree is judged to be greater than or equal to a preset first matching degree threshold value, determining the equipment to be determined as intelligent equipment matched with the target user tag;
inquiring a device user matched with the undetermined device when the first matching degree is judged to be smaller than a preset first matching degree threshold value; the equipment user is a user with control authority of the equipment to be determined;
judging whether the second matching degree of the user parameters of the equipment user and the target user is larger than or equal to a preset second matching degree threshold value according to the user parameters of the target user;
When the second matching degree is judged to be greater than or equal to a preset second matching degree threshold value, determining the equipment to be determined to be intelligent equipment matched with the target user tag;
and determining all target devices with control authority of the target user according to all intelligent devices matched with the target user tag in all the undetermined devices.
In this alternative embodiment, the first matching degree may be understood as a matching degree between the target user and the device to be determined (for example, whether the target user has a requirement for use on the device), and the second matching degree may be understood as a matching degree between the target user and the device user with the device control authority (for example, the affinity between the target user and the device user is high or low). Specifically, the similar user may be understood as a user having a user class closer to the target user, or may be understood as a user having a user association degree closer to the target user. It should be noted that, in this alternative embodiment, the device user is not completely consistent with the similar users in the user group, and the device user may be a user having device control authority in the user group, or may be a user having device control authority in another user group, or may be a user not in a group library but having device control authority (such as a laptop purchased by a user, but not in any user group).
Further optionally, in this optional embodiment, determining, according to all intelligent devices that match the target user tag in all the pending devices, all target devices that have control rights for the target user may include:
judging whether at least two identical repeated devices exist in all the intelligent devices according to all the intelligent devices matched with the target user labels in all the undetermined devices; if so, determining the equipment function parameters of each repeated equipment corresponding to the target user, and judging whether the equipment function parameters of all the repeated equipment are consistent; if the control rights are consistent, determining one of the repeated devices as all target devices with the control rights of the target user; if the function parameters of the target user are inconsistent, reserving all the repeated devices with inconsistent function parameters of the device as all the target devices with control authority of the target user.
From the perspective of the equipment and the equipment user, the optional embodiment can determine the target equipment which is matched with the target user and has control authority, so that the intellectualization of the authority control relation determining step between the target user and the target equipment is improved, an effective determining basis is provided, and the reliability and the accuracy of the authority control relation determining step between the target user and the target equipment are improved.
In yet another optional embodiment, for each device to be determined in the step above, after determining that the first matching degree is greater than or equal to the preset first matching degree threshold, the method may further include:
determining a use risk factor of the target user for the equipment to be determined according to the user parameters of the target user and the equipment parameters of the equipment to be determined;
calculating a use risk index of the equipment to be determined according to a use risk factor of the target user for the equipment to be determined, and judging whether the use risk index of the equipment to be determined is smaller than or equal to a preset risk index threshold;
and when judging that the use risk index of the undetermined equipment is smaller than or equal to the preset risk index threshold, executing the operation of determining the undetermined equipment to be the intelligent equipment matched with the target user label.
In this optional embodiment, optionally, the device parameter of the to-be-determined device may include at least one of a device type of the to-be-determined device, a function parameter of the to-be-determined device, and a device usage situation of the to-be-determined device, where the device type of the to-be-determined device may be a smart television, a smart range hood, a smart printer, and so on; the function parameters of the undetermined equipment can be sound regulation and control function parameters of the intelligent television, program picture regulation and control function parameters, gear regulation and control function parameters of the intelligent smoke exhaust ventilator and the like; the device usage of the pending device may be a frequency of usage of the pending device, a single use duration, a maintenance history, and the like. Further optionally, the usage risk factor of the target user for the pending device includes a device risk factor of the pending device and/or a user privacy risk factor of the pending device when the target user is using the pending device. Specifically, the device risk factor may be understood as whether the target user may cause personal harm to the target user or other users when using the pending device, and the user privacy risk factor of the pending device may be understood as whether the target user may cause user privacy disclosure to the target user or other users when using the pending device.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can calculate the equipment use risk index through the determined equipment use risk factor, so as to estimate whether the target user can have dangerous situations when using the equipment to be determined, and is beneficial to further improving the matching degree between the determined intelligent equipment and the target user, so as to avoid the situation that the target user uses the equipment improperly, and further improve the safety of the subsequent target user when using the target scene equipment.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise:
when judging that the use risk index of the undetermined equipment is larger than a preset risk index threshold, judging whether a monitored user matched with a target user exists in a target scene at the target moment;
and when judging that the monitoring user exists in the target scene at the target moment, executing the operation of determining the undetermined equipment to be the intelligent equipment matched with the target user label.
In this optional embodiment, the monitoring user is a user capable of monitoring the target user, where the monitoring user may monitor in an on-site monitoring manner or may monitor remotely (e.g. by a camera) when monitoring the target user; the target time is a time when the target user has a use requirement on the device to be determined, wherein the target time can be a current time with the use requirement of the device or a future fixed time with the use requirement of the device. For example, when a monitored user exists in a target scene at a target moment, even if a dangerous situation occurs to the target user, the dangerous situation of the target user can be processed timely; alternatively, the target user can be instructed when using the device.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can meet the use requirement of the target user on the intelligent device as much as possible, ensures the safety of the target user when the intelligent device is used, and is beneficial to improving the rationality of the intelligent device which is matched with the target user, so that the use experience of the user and the user viscosity are improved.
Example III
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an automatic device for distributing control rights of equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the automatic allocation apparatus of device control authority may include:
a receiving module 301, configured to receive a permission allocation request corresponding to a certain target user in a certain user group;
a first determining module 302, configured to determine, according to the first user information, a target user tag corresponding to a target user in the user group;
a second determining module 303, configured to determine, based on the target user tag, at least one intelligent device that matches the target user tag from all devices in the target scene, as all target devices that the target user has control authority;
and the permission distribution module 304 is configured to perform permission distribution operations corresponding to all target devices on the target user, so as to set a permission control relationship between the target user tag and all target devices.
In this alternative embodiment, the permission allocation request is used to request to allocate, to the target user, a device control permission corresponding to a target scenario to which the user group belongs, where the permission allocation request includes at least first user information corresponding to the target user.
Therefore, the automatic distribution device for the device control rights described in fig. 3 can automatically distribute the device control rights according to the user tags after determining the corresponding user tags of the target users in the user groups, without manually configuring the device control rights one by the master user, which is beneficial to simplifying the distribution flow of the device control rights, further shortening the time required for distributing the device control rights, thereby realizing the quick distribution of the device control rights, reducing the occurrence of the distribution error condition of the device control rights, further improving the safety of the subsequent target users when using the intelligent device, and further improving the user experience.
In an alternative embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
an obtaining module 305, configured to obtain a group parameter of a user group before the first determining module 302 determines, according to the first user information, a target user tag corresponding to the target user in the user group;
A judging module 306, configured to judge whether other users, except the target user, that have a binding relationship with the target scene to which the user group belongs, exist in the user group according to the group parameters of the user group;
the analysis module 307 is configured to analyze a user relationship between the target user and the other users according to the first user information and the acquired second user information corresponding to the other users when the judgment module 306 judges that the other users exist in the user group;
the tag generation module 308 is configured to generate a target user tag corresponding to the target user in the user group according to a user relationship between the target user and other users and a predetermined user tag of the other users;
the tag generation module 308 is further configured to create a target user tag corresponding to the target user in the user group according to the first user information when the determination module 306 determines that no other user exists in the user group.
In this alternative embodiment, the group parameters of the user group include user binding that matches the target scenario.
Therefore, the automatic allocation device for implementing the device control authority described in fig. 4 can determine the target user label of the target user in a targeted and basis manner according to the multi-user information in the user group, so as to ensure the accuracy of the generated target user label, further effectively allocate the subsequent device control authority allocation process, and further ensure the use safety of the target user on the allocated target device.
In another alternative embodiment, the second determining module 303 may include:
a first determining submodule 3031, configured to determine a user parameter of the target user based on the target user tag;
a judging submodule 3032, configured to judge whether there are other user groups bound with the target user when the user parameter of the target user determined by the first determining submodule 3031 includes the user type of the target user and the user type of the target user is a temporary user type matched with the target scene;
the first determining submodule 3031 is further configured to determine, when the determining submodule 3032 determines that there is another user group bound to the target user, at least one intelligent device matched with the target user tag from all devices in the target scene according to the existing device control authority of the target user corresponding to the scene to which the other user group belongs and the device information of all devices included in the target scene, as all target devices with control authority of the target user;
the judging submodule 3032 is further configured to judge whether at least one similar user with similarity greater than or equal to a preset similarity threshold exists among all users with equipment control authority in the user group according to the user parameters of the target user when the user parameters of the target user determined by the first determining submodule 3031 include the user type of the target user and the user type of the target user is a resident user type matched with the target scene;

In this optional embodiment, the user parameter of the target user includes at least one of a user identity corresponding to the target user, habit information of the target user, a user type of the target user, and a user feature of the target user, where the user type of the target user is a resident user type or a transient user type that matches the target scene.
Therefore, the automatic distribution device for the device control authority described in fig. 4 can intelligently determine the target device which is matched with the user tag and can be controlled by the target user based on the user parameter of the target user determined by the user tag, so that the analyzed user parameter can be fully utilized, the accuracy of the authority control relationship between the determined intelligent device and the user tag is improved, the matching degree between the determined intelligent device and the target user is improved, the intelligent distribution mode of the device control authority can be enriched, the authority distribution rate is further accelerated, and the user viscosity is improved.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the first determining submodule 3031 is further configured to:
after the judging submodule 3032 judges that other user groups bound with the target user exist, calculating the scene matching degree of the target scene and the scenes to which the other user groups belong;
judging whether the scene matching degree is greater than or equal to a preset scene matching degree threshold value, and triggering and executing according to the existing equipment control authorities corresponding to the scenes of other groups of target users and the equipment information of all the equipment included in the target scenes when the judging result is yes, and determining at least one intelligent equipment matched with the target user tag from all the equipment of the target scenes as all target equipment with the control authorities of the target users; and when the judgment result is negative, triggering the judgment submodule 3032 to execute the step of judging whether at least one similar user with the similarity larger than or equal to a preset similarity threshold exists in all the users with the equipment control authority in the user group according to the user parameters of the target user.
Therefore, the implementation of the automatic distribution device of the device control rights described in fig. 4 can fully utilize the information of the target scene and each user group, further enrich the intelligent distribution mode of the device control rights, not only facilitate the smooth implementation of the rights control relationship determining step between the user tag and the device control rights, but also facilitate the improvement of the reliability and accuracy of the rights control relationship between the determined user tag and the device control rights.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the second determining submodule 3033 may include:
a determining unit 30331, configured to determine, according to the existing device control rights of all similar users, at least one pending device matching the existing device control rights of all similar users from all devices in the target scene;
a judging unit 30332, configured to, for each pending device, judge, according to the user parameter of the target user, whether the first matching degree of the pending device and the user parameter of the target user is greater than or equal to a preset first matching degree threshold;
the determining unit 30331 is further configured to determine that the to-be-determined device is an intelligent device that matches the target user tag when the determining unit 30332 determines that the first matching degree is greater than or equal to a preset first matching degree threshold;
a query unit 30333, configured to query a device user that matches the pending device when the determining unit 30332 determines that the first matching degree is less than a preset first matching degree threshold;
the judging unit 30332 is further configured to judge whether the second matching degree of the user parameters of the device user and the target user is greater than or equal to a preset second matching degree threshold according to the user parameters of the target user;
the determining unit 30331 is further configured to determine that the to-be-determined device is an intelligent device that matches the target user tag when the judging unit 30332 judges that the second matching degree is greater than or equal to the preset second matching degree threshold;
The determining unit 30331 is further configured to determine, according to all the intelligent devices that match the target user tag in all the pending devices, all the target devices for which the target user has control authority.
In this alternative embodiment, the device user is a user with pending device control rights.
Therefore, the automatic distribution device for the control rights of the equipment described in fig. 4 can determine the target equipment which is matched with the target user and has the control rights from the angles of the equipment and the equipment user, thereby improving the intellectualization of the rights control relationship determining step between the target user and the target equipment, providing effective determining basis, and improving the reliability and the accuracy of the rights control relationship determining step between the target user and the target equipment.
In a further alternative embodiment, the determining unit 30331 is further configured to:
for each device to be determined, after the determining unit 30332 determines that the first matching degree is greater than or equal to the preset first matching degree threshold, determining a use risk factor of the target user for the device to be determined according to the user parameter of the target user and the device parameter of the device to be determined;
calculating a use risk index of the undetermined equipment according to the use risk factor of the target user for the undetermined equipment;
Judging whether the use risk index of the equipment to be determined is smaller than or equal to a preset risk index threshold value, and triggering and executing the operation of determining that the equipment to be determined is the intelligent equipment matched with the target user label when the use risk index of the equipment to be determined is smaller than or equal to the preset risk index threshold value.
In this optional embodiment, the device parameter of the pending device includes at least one of a device type of the pending device, a function parameter possessed by the pending device, and a device usage situation of the pending device, and the usage risk factor of the target user for the pending device includes a device risk factor of the target user for the pending device when using the pending device, and/or a user privacy risk factor of the pending device.
Therefore, the automatic distribution device for the device control authority described in fig. 4 can calculate the device use risk index through the determined device use risk factor, so as to estimate whether the target user can have dangerous situations when using the undetermined device, thus being beneficial to further improving the matching degree between the determined intelligent device and the target user, further avoiding the situation that the target user uses the device improperly, and further improving the safety of the subsequent target user when using the target scene device.
In a further alternative embodiment, the determining unit 30331 is further configured to:
when judging that the use risk index of the undetermined equipment is larger than a preset risk index threshold, judging whether a monitored user matched with a target user exists in a target scene at the target moment;
and triggering and executing the operation of determining the undetermined equipment to be the intelligent equipment matched with the target user label when judging that the monitoring user exists in the target scene at the target moment.
In this alternative embodiment, the monitoring user is a user capable of monitoring the target user, and the target time is a time when the target user has a use requirement for the pending device.
Therefore, the automatic distribution device for the control authority of the equipment described in fig. 4 can meet the use requirement of the target user on the intelligent equipment as far as possible, ensures the safety of the target user when the intelligent equipment is used, and is beneficial to improving the rationality of the intelligent equipment which is determined to be matched with the target user, thereby improving the use experience of the user and the user viscosity.

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an automatic distribution device of control rights of another apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the automatic allocation apparatus of device control authority may include:

the processor 402 invokes executable program codes stored in the memory 401 to execute steps in the automatic allocation method of device control authority described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment of the present invention.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a computer storage medium which stores computer instructions for executing the steps in the automatic allocation method of the device control authority described in the first or second embodiment of the invention when the computer instructions are called.
Example six
An embodiment of the present invention discloses a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, and the computer program is operable to cause a computer to perform the steps in the automatic allocation method of device control rights described in the first or second embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A method for automatically assigning device control rights, the method comprising:
receiving a permission allocation request corresponding to a certain target user in a certain user group; the permission allocation request is used for requesting to allocate equipment control permission corresponding to a target scene to which the user group belongs to the target user, and the permission allocation request at least comprises first user information corresponding to the target user;
determining a target user label corresponding to the target user in the user group according to the first user information;
Determining at least one intelligent device matched with the target user tag from all devices in the target scene based on the target user tag, wherein the intelligent device is used as all target devices with control authority of the target user;
and executing authority allocation operation corresponding to all the target devices on the target user so as to set the authority control relation between the target user tag and all the target devices.
2. The method for automatically assigning device control permissions according to claim 1, wherein said determining, based on said first user information, that said target user is prior to a corresponding target user tag in said user group, said method further comprises:
acquiring group parameters of the user group, and judging whether other users which have binding relation with the target scene of the user group except the target user exist in the user group according to the group parameters of the user group; the group parameters of the user group comprise user binding conditions matched with the target scene;
when the existence of other users in the user group is judged, analyzing the user relationship between the target user and the other users according to the first user information and the acquired second user information corresponding to the other users;
Generating a target user label corresponding to the target user in the user group according to the user relationship between the target user and the other users and the user labels of the other users which are determined in advance;
and when judging that the other users do not exist in the user group, creating a target user label corresponding to the target user in the user group according to the first user information.

The automatic allocation method of device control authority according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the determining, based on the target user tag, at least one intelligent device matching the target user tag from all devices of the target scene as all target devices for which the target user has control authority, includes:
determining user parameters of the target user based on the target user tag; the user parameters of the target user comprise at least one of user identity corresponding to the target user, habit information of the target user, user type of the target user and user characteristics of the target user, wherein the user type of the target user is a resident user type or a temporary user type matched with the target scene;
When the user parameters of the target user comprise the user type of the target user and the user type of the target user is the type of the temporary user matched with the target scene, judging whether other user groups bound with the target user exist, and when the other user groups bound with the target user exist, determining at least one intelligent device matched with the target user tag from all devices in the target scene according to the existing device control authority of the target user corresponding to the scene of the other user groups and the device information of all devices included in the target scene as all target devices with the control authority of the target user;
when the user parameters of the target user comprise the user type of the target user and the user type of the target user is the resident user type matched with the target scene, judging whether at least one similar user with the similarity greater than or equal to a preset similarity threshold exists in all users with the existing device control authority in the user group according to the user parameters of the target user, if so, determining at least one intelligent device matched with the target user tag from all devices of the target scene according to the existing device control authority of all the similar users, and taking the intelligent device as all target devices with the control authority of the target user.
4. The automatic allocation method of device control authority according to claim 3, wherein after determining that the other user group bound to the target user exists, the method further comprises:
calculating the scene matching degree of the target scene and the scenes of the other user groups according to the scene parameters corresponding to the target scene and the scene parameters corresponding to the scenes of the other user groups;
judging whether the scene matching degree is greater than or equal to a preset scene matching degree threshold value, and executing the step of determining at least one intelligent device matched with the target user tag from all devices of a target scene according to the existing device control authority corresponding to the scene of the target user in other groups and the device information of all devices included in the target scene as all target devices with control authority of the target user when the judging result is yes; and when the judgment result is negative, executing the step of judging whether at least one similar user with the similarity larger than or equal to a preset similarity threshold exists in all the users with the equipment control authority in the user group according to the user parameters of the target user.

The method for automatically assigning device control rights according to claim 4, wherein said determining at least one intelligent device matching the target user tag from all devices of the target scene according to existing device control rights of all the similar users as all target devices of the target user having control rights includes:
determining at least one pending device matched with the existing device control rights of all the similar users from all the devices of the target scene according to the existing device control rights of all the similar users;
for each device to be determined, judging whether a first matching degree of the device to be determined and the user parameters of the target user is larger than or equal to a preset first matching degree threshold value according to the user parameters of the target user;
when the first matching degree is larger than or equal to the preset first matching degree threshold value, determining the undetermined equipment as intelligent equipment matched with the target user tag;
inquiring a device user matched with the undetermined device when the first matching degree is judged to be smaller than the preset first matching degree threshold value; the equipment user is a user with the control authority of the equipment to be determined;
Judging whether the second matching degree of the user parameters of the equipment user and the target user is larger than or equal to a preset second matching degree threshold value according to the user parameters of the target user;
when the second matching degree is larger than or equal to the preset second matching degree threshold value, determining the undetermined equipment as intelligent equipment matched with the target user label;
and determining all target devices with control authority of the target user according to all intelligent devices matched with the target user tag in all the undetermined devices.
6. The method for automatically assigning device control permissions according to claim 5, wherein for each of the pending devices, after determining that the first degree of matching is greater than or equal to the preset first degree of matching threshold, the method further comprises:
determining a use risk factor of the target user for the equipment to be determined according to the user parameters of the target user and the equipment parameters of the equipment to be determined; the equipment parameters of the equipment to be determined comprise at least one of equipment type of the equipment to be determined, functional parameters of the equipment to be determined and equipment use conditions of the equipment to be determined, and the use risk factors of the target user for the equipment to be determined comprise equipment risk factors of the equipment to be determined and/or user privacy risk factors of the equipment to be determined when the target user uses the equipment to be determined;
Calculating a use risk index of the equipment to be determined according to the use risk factor of the target user for the equipment to be determined, and judging whether the use risk index of the equipment to be determined is smaller than or equal to a preset risk index threshold;
and when judging that the use risk index of the undetermined equipment is smaller than or equal to the preset risk index threshold, executing the operation of determining that the undetermined equipment is the intelligent equipment matched with the target user label.
7. The method for automatically assigning device control rights according to claim 6, further comprising:
when judging that the use risk index of the undetermined equipment is larger than the preset risk index threshold, judging whether a monitored user matched with the target user exists in the target scene at the target moment; the monitoring user is a user capable of monitoring the target user, and the target moment is a moment when the target user has a use requirement on the equipment to be determined;
and when judging that the monitoring user exists in the target scene at the target moment, executing the operation of determining the undetermined equipment as the intelligent equipment matched with the target user label.
8. An automatic distribution device for device control rights, the device comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a permission allocation request corresponding to a certain target user in a certain user group; the permission allocation request is used for requesting to allocate equipment control permission corresponding to a target scene to which the user group belongs to the target user, and the permission allocation request at least comprises first user information corresponding to the target user;

and the permission distribution module is used for executing permission distribution operation corresponding to all the target devices on the target user so as to set the permission control relation between the target user tag and all the target devices.
9. An automatic distribution device for device control rights, the device comprising:
A memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled to the memory;
the processor invokes the executable program code stored in the memory to perform the automatic allocation method of device control rights according to any one of claims 1-7.
